There are a number of disadvantages to doing so: the brush is difficult to touch old oil sludge in the deep part of the gap of the shaft pin, the cleaning effect is poor, and the lubricating function is seriously influenced; lubricating oil can only be coated on the periphery of the shaft pin, and cannot effectively enter a gap between the shaft pin and a shaft sleeve contact surface, so that the lubricating effect is not ideal; the efficiency is low due to the pure manual cleaning operation.

The compressed air has strong airflow, can accelerate the drying process and quickly remove residual cleaning liquid and stains. The air current can directly spout lubricating oil into the gap depths of running parts such as round pin axle, improves lubricated effect. If wireless connection is adopted between a control handle on the spray gun and the device main body, the problem of wire entanglement is avoided, the handle remotely controls to select working conditions, and the controller receives instructions from the control handle and automatically controls all electromagnetic valves of the whole device to switch and the system to operate.

3. Blow-dry-press the blow-dry button of the control handle of the high-pressure spray gun, close the electromagnetic valve of the cleaning liquid and the electromagnetic valve of the lubricating oil by the controller, and connect the electromagnetic valve of the air, at this time, only the compressed air is sprayed out from the high-pressure spray gun at a high speed, and the air flow blows the cleaning agent on the pin shaft to dry quickly.
