Abstract

一种完全限位的充电端子,充电枪插入充电口内时,第一端子与第二端子配合,第二端子与簧片接触,其中簧片向内部突出形成有腰部结构,在第二端子前端的外侧具有与腰部结构形状适配的凹槽,当第一端子与第二端子对插到位时,第一端子通过簧片腰部结构的外形卡住第二端子前端的凹槽,从而对第二端子进行固定,第二端子上凹槽的前后两端分别与第一端子内部簧片两侧的开孔紧密配合,形成第一端子对第二端子端部和中部的完全限位,第二端子在公差范围内无论如何晃动均不会压迫簧片,簧片一直在可允许变形的范围内,保证端子接触可靠,进而保证整个充电口充电枪长时间使用,降低充电口充电枪烧毁的风险。

一种完全限位的充电端子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电端子,,尤其涉及一种结构简易的完全限位的充电端子。
背景技术
如图1所示,市场上新能源汽车充电系统所使用的充电接口的端子是:公端插针1,母端插孔3,母端插孔3内的簧片与插针2接触。缺点:母端端子内的簧片与插针接触,但插针在插孔内没缺少径向的限位,当充电枪插入充电口内长时间使用时,由于充电枪自身的重力会导致簧片无法弹起,接触电阻变大,时间长会导致充电口与充电枪烧毁。原因:充电枪插入充电口内时,第一端子1与第二端子2配合,第二端子2与簧片3接触,由于充电枪自身的重力端子3会向上翘,长时间压迫簧片3,会导致簧片3失效,长时间使用会导致端子的接触电阻变大,温升过高,严重会导致充电口充电枪烧毁。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在于提供一种完全限位的充电端子。
一种完全限位的充电端子,充电枪插入充电口内时,第一端子1与第二端子2配合,第二端子2与簧片3接触(图2-4),其中簧片3向内部突出形成有腰部结构,在第二端子2前端的外侧具有与腰部结构形状适配的凹槽,当第一端子1与第二端子2对插到位时(图4),第一端子1通过簧片3腰部结构的外形卡住第二端子2前端的凹槽,从而对第二端子2进行固定,如图5所示,第二端子2上凹槽的前后两端分别与第一端子1内部簧片3两侧的开孔紧密配合,形成第一端子1对第二端子2端部和中部的完全限位,因此,第二端子2在公差范围内无论如何晃动均不会压迫簧片3,簧片3一直在可允许变形的范围内,保证端子接触可靠,进而保证整个充电口充电枪长时间使用,降低充电口充电枪烧毁的风险。
进一步地,腰部结构为波浪形。
本发明有益效果在于:本发明提供的充电端子通过在母端端子上增加对公端端子的限位,避免插针长时间压迫簧片(簧片也可采用弹簧结构),从而改善端子的插拔寿命及整个充电口充电枪的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明作进一步描述。
如图2至图5所示,本发明提供了一种完全限位的充电端子,充电枪插入充电口内时,第一端子1与第二端子2配合,第二端子2与簧片3接触(图2-4),其中簧片3向内部突出形成有腰部结构,优选的,腰部结构为波浪形,在第二端子2前端的外侧具有与腰部结构形状适配的凹槽,当第一端子1与第二端子2对插到位时(图4),第一端子1通过簧片3腰部结构的外形卡住第二端子2前端的凹槽,从而对第二端子2进行固定(图5),如图5所示,第二端子2上凹槽的前后两端分别与第一端子1内部簧片3两侧的开孔紧密配合,形成第一端子1对第二端子2端部和中部的完全限位,因此,第二端子2在公差范围内无论如何晃动均不会压迫簧片3,簧片3一直在可允许变形的范围内,保证端子接触可靠,进而保证整个充电口充电枪长时间使用,降低充电口充电枪烧毁的风险。

1.一种完全限位的充电端子,其特征在于:充电枪插入充电口内时,第一端子与第二端子配合,第二端子与簧片接触,其中簧片向内部突出形成有腰部结构,在第二端子前端的外侧具有与腰部结构形状适配的凹槽,当第一端子与第二端子对插到位时,第一端子通过簧片腰部结构的外形卡住第二端子前端的凹槽,从而对第二端子进行固定,第二端子上凹槽的前后两端分别与第一端子内部簧片两侧的开孔紧密配合,形成第一端子对第二端子端部和中部的完全限位,第二端子在公差范围内无论如何晃动均不会压迫簧片,簧片一直在可允许变形的范围内,保证端子接触可靠,进而保证整个充电口充电枪长时间使用,降低充电口充电枪烧毁的风险。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种完全限位的充电端子,其特征在于:腰部结构为波浪形。
