技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种建筑专用阻燃填料。
背景技术
传统的阻燃填料通常为卤系阻燃剂,但是卤系阻燃剂在燃烧时会产生有毒的刺激性气体且其作为废弃物易产生二次污染。为符合日益严格的环保要求,急需寻找一种兼具阻燃性能和环保性能的阻燃填料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种建筑专用阻燃填料。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种建筑专用阻燃填料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂35—85份、尿素10—32份、铝镁水滑石颗粒7—18份、碳酸钙7—15份、水菱镁石粉2—8份、聚磷酸1—9份、二氧化硅11—15份、十二烷基磺酸钠4—15份。
上述一种建筑专用阻燃填料,其特征在于,所述铝镁水滑石颗粒颗粒的粒径为40-70nm。
本发明所得的填料的阻燃性能极佳,且对环境环保。

聚氯乙烯树脂35份、尿素10份、铝镁水滑石颗粒7份、碳酸钙7份、水菱镁石粉2份、聚磷酸1份、二氧化硅11份、十二烷基磺酸钠4份。
铝镁水滑石颗粒颗粒的粒径为40nm。
实施例2
一种建筑专用阻燃填料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂85份、尿素32份、铝镁水滑石颗粒18份、碳酸钙15份、水菱镁石粉8份、聚磷酸9份、二氧化硅15份、十二烷基磺酸钠15份。
铝镁水滑石颗粒颗粒的粒径为70nm。

聚氯乙烯树脂35—85份、尿素10—32份、铝镁水滑石颗粒7—18份、碳酸钙7—15份、水菱镁石粉2—8份、聚磷酸1—9份、二氧化硅11—15份、十二烷基磺酸钠4—15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑专用阻燃填料,其特征在于,所述铝镁水滑石颗粒颗粒的粒径为40-70nm。
