Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗污型毛纺布料,包括毛纺布料和料身,毛纺布料的外表面缝合有料身,料身的外表面贴合有经线,经线的两边均贴合有纬线,且料身的外表面镶嵌有可开闭透气孔,料身的内部贴合有防污层,防污层的底端贴合有抗菌防霉层,且抗菌防霉层的外表面缝合有氨纶丝和竹纤维丝,设置有防污层,且防污层由二氧化硅粒子组成,呈150°倾斜排布,使得一些脏物会顺着二氧化硅粒子组成的隔离层顺着一定角度留下,无法停留在毛纺布料上,有利于保持毛纺布料的清洁度,省去了使用者需要不断揉搓的过程,大大提高了毛纺布料的便捷性。

技术领域
本发明涉及毛纺布料技术领域,具体为一种抗污型毛纺布料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对服装面料的要求日益提高,而随着纺织化工技术的发展,使各种功能性纤维不断出现,为纺织企业开发功能性面料以满足人们对功能性服装面料的需求打下了基础,在日常生活、工作中,衣物的领口和袖口无疑是最容易沾染污垢的地方。
但现有的毛纺布料,容易沾水、油污、灰尘等脏物,并且各种脏物在附着后极难进行清洗除污,清除过程中,往往需要用到大量清洗剂,且还需要不断去揉搓,出汗时,无法对汗液进行排出,也会造成大量污垢。
所以,如何设计一种抗污型毛纺布料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗污型毛纺布料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗污型毛纺布料,包括毛纺布料和料身,所述毛纺布料的外表面缝合有料身,所述料身的外表面贴合有经线,所述经线的两边均贴合有纬线,且所述料身的外表面镶嵌有可开闭透气孔,所述料身的内部贴合有防污层,所述防污层的底端贴合有抗菌防霉层,且所述抗菌防霉层的外表面缝合有氨纶丝和竹纤维丝,所述抗菌防霉层的底端贴合有保暖层,且所述保暖层的底端贴合有麻织前片,所述麻织前片的底端固定连接有蚕丝层,所述蚕丝层的外表面缝合有基布。
优选的,所述抗菌防霉层的顶端缝合有导电丝,且导电丝之间间隔1cm。
优选的,所述可开闭透气孔设置有6个,且均呈等间距排列在料身上。
优选的,所述防污层是由二氧化硅粒子组成,呈150°倾斜排布。
优选的,所述保暖层采用棉麻材料制成,均匀遍布在料身内。
优选的,所述蚕丝层与基布呈平行设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种抗污型毛纺布料,设置有防污层,且防污层由二氧化硅粒子组成,呈150°倾斜排布,使得一些脏物会顺着二氧化硅粒子组成的隔离层顺着一定角度留下,无法停留在毛纺布料上,有利于保持毛纺布料的清洁度,省去了使用者需要不断揉搓的过程,大大提高了毛纺布料的便捷性,设置有可开闭透气孔,且可开闭透气孔设置有6个,并均呈等间距排列在料身上,多个可开闭透气孔有利于促进毛纺布料内部的空气流通,从而带走大部分汗液,同时,在清洗时,清洁剂可以通过可开闭透气孔快速进入毛纺布料的内部,使得对毛纺布料彻底进行清洁,提高了毛纺布料的实用性,设置有导电丝,且导电丝之间间隔1cm,能够对静电力均匀进行分散,增强面料抗静电的能力,防止面料吸附灰尘颗粒。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种畜牧养殖用粪便处理装置,包括1毛纺布料,2料身,201经线,202纬线,203可开闭透气孔,204防污层,205抗菌防霉层,2051竹纤维丝,2052氨纶丝,206保暖层,207麻织前片,208蚕丝层,209导电丝,3基布。毛纺布料1的外表面缝合有料身2,料身2的外表面贴合有经线201,经线201的两边均贴合有纬线202,且料身2的外表面镶嵌有可开闭透气孔203,料身2的内部贴合有防污层204,防污层204的底端贴合有抗菌防霉层205,且抗菌防霉层205的外表面缝合有氨纶丝2052和竹纤维丝2051,抗菌防霉层205的底端贴合有保暖层206,且保暖层206的底端贴合有麻织前片207,麻织前片207的底端固定连接有蚕丝层208,蚕丝层208的外表面缝合有基布3。
进一步的,抗菌防霉层205的顶端缝合有导电丝209,且导电丝209之间间隔1cm,能够对静电力进行分散,提高了毛纺布料1的安全性。
进一步的,可开闭透气孔203设置有6个,且均呈等间距排列在料身2上,能够促进毛纺布料1内部空气的流通,提高了毛纺布料1的实用性。
进一步的,防污层204是由二氧化硅粒子组成,呈150°倾斜排布,使得脏物更不易沾染在毛纺布料1上。
进一步的,保暖层206采用棉麻材料制成,均匀遍布在料身2内,使得毛纺布料1对温度的存储更有效,大大提高了毛纺布料1的实用性。
进一步的,蚕丝层208与基布3呈平行设置,且蚕丝层208质地较为柔软,使得使用者穿上更为舒服。
工作原理:首先,使用者在使用毛纺布料1之前,应该对毛纺布料1进行全面检查,若发现问题,应该及时进行处理,处理完毕后,才可用毛纺布料1制成衣物,当使用者穿上毛纺布料1制成衣物后,料身2表面的可开闭透气孔203会促进气流的流通,使得使用者不会感到闷热,当使用者不慎碰到脏物时,料身2表面的防污层204会对脏物进行阻隔,脏物掉落在防污层204上会顺着一定的角度掉落,同时,料身2内部的抗菌防霉层205会通过氨纶丝2052和竹纤维丝2051进行杀菌处理,若毛纺布料1制成衣物发生静电时,内部的导电丝209会对静电力进行分散,在进行清洗时,清洁剂能够透过可开闭透气孔203进入衣物内,使用者能够快速将衣物清洗干净。

1.一种抗污型毛纺布料,包括毛纺布料(1)和料身(2),其特征在于:所述毛纺布料(1)的外表面缝合有料身(2),所述料身(2)的外表面贴合有经线(201),所述经线(201)的两边均贴合有纬线(202),且所述料身(2)的外表面镶嵌有可开闭透气孔(203),所述料身(2)的内部贴合有防污层(204),所述防污层(204)的底端贴合有抗菌防霉层(205),且所述抗菌防霉层(205)的外表面缝合有氨纶丝(2052)和竹纤维丝(2051),所述抗菌防霉层(205)的底端贴合有保暖层(206),且所述保暖层(206)的底端贴合有麻织前片(207),所述麻织前片(207)的底端固定连接有蚕丝层(208),所述蚕丝层(208)的外表面缝合有基布(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污型毛纺布料,其特征在于:所述抗菌防霉层(205)的顶端缝合有导电丝(209),且导电丝(209)之间间隔1cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污型毛纺布料,其特征在于:所述可开闭透气孔(203)设置有6个,且均呈等间距排列在料身(2)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗污型毛纺布料,其特征在于:所述防污层(204)是由二氧化硅粒子组成,呈150°倾斜排布。
