一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传统草药的未确定结构的医用配制品，尤其是一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物。
背景技术
肺结核，俗称肺痨。是患者体内由结核杆菌及其菌体物质引起的变态免疫反应，可刺激引起白细胞介素-2的释放和增多，作为内生性致热原，白细胞介素-2作用于神经中枢的体温中枢而引起发热。肺结核病引起的发热的体温和热型有不同的表现方式，主要与肺结核病的病情和病理形态、以及疾病的发展阶段有关。病情重的患者特别是疾病进展期的患者往往表现为中、高度的发热，体温一般在38.5℃以上,有时可达40℃以上。热型无明显规律性，有时呈弛张热，有的表现为稽留热。目前，临床上上治疗肺结核通常采用抗结核药物治疗，虽然能使病情得到控制，但长期服用，药物的副作用对人体的伤害比较大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中抗结核类药物治疗肺结核存在副作用大的不足，本发明提供一种配制方便、药源广、成本低、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗肺结核的中药组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参10-20份，黄连10-20份，白茅根10-20份，刺玫果10-20份，百合5-15份，吊兰10-20份，天花粉10-20份，侧柏叶5-15份，羚羊角5-15份，百部10-20份，天冬10-20份，三七5-15份，黄明胶10-20份，秦艽5-15份，茜草5-15份，夏枯草10-20份，金银花10-20份，陈皮5-15份，人参10-20份，甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：丹参15份，黄连15份，白茅根15份，刺玫果15份，百合10份，吊兰15份，天花粉15份，侧柏叶10份，羚羊角10份，百部15份，天冬15份，三七10份，黄明胶15份，秦艽10份，茜草10份，夏枯草15份，金银花15份，陈皮10份，人参15份，甘草10份。
中医认为，本病属中医学“肺痨”、“痨瘵”、“肺疳”等范畴。先天禀赋不强，后天嗜欲无节，酒色过度、忧思劳倦、久病体衰时，正气亏耗，为内因，外受“痨虫”所染，邪乘虚而入，而致发病。
本发明所提供的中药组合物配伍科学有固本祛邪、补肾益肺的功效，本发明的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用。

一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参15g，黄连15g，白茅根15g，刺玫果15g，百合10g，吊兰15g，天花粉15g，侧柏叶10g，羚羊角10g，百部15g，天冬15g，三七10g，黄明胶15g，秦艽10g，茜草10g，夏枯草15g，金银花15g，陈皮10g，人参15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参20g，黄连10g，白茅根20g，刺玫果10g，百合15g，吊兰10g，天花粉20g，侧柏叶5g，羚羊角15g，百部10g，天冬20g，三七5g，黄明胶20g，秦艽5g，茜草15g，夏枯草10g，金银花20g，陈皮5g，人参20g，甘草5g。

一种治疗肺结核的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：丹参10g，黄连20g，白茅根10g，刺玫果20g，百合5g，吊兰20g，天花粉10g，侧柏叶15g，羚羊角5g，百部20g，天冬10g，三七15g，黄明胶10g，秦艽15g，茜草5g，夏枯草20g，金银花10g，陈皮15g，人参10g，甘草15g。
上述实施例所提供中药组合物的用法用量：将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
