The wire stripper comprises a machine base (1), a wire clamping mechanism and a stripping mechanism, and is characterized in that the wire stripper further comprises a wire cutting mechanism arranged between the wire clamping mechanism and the stripping mechanism, the wire cutting mechanism comprises an air suction cylinder (2) and a wire cutting assembly which are arranged on the machine base (1), the wire cutting assembly comprises a first cutter (3) and a second cutter (4) which are arranged in pairs, an air suction opening of the air suction cylinder (2) is upwards opened, the wire cutting assembly further comprises a wire cutting frame (5), the first cutter (3) is connected to the wire cutting frame (5) in a sliding manner through a first air cylinder (6), the second cutter (4) is connected to the wire cutting frame (5) in a sliding manner through a second air cylinder (7), the first cutter (3) and the second cutter (4) are oppositely folded and then are positioned above the air suction opening of the air suction cylinder (2), a first positioning block (8) is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the first cutter (3), a second positioning block (9) is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the second cutter (4), the first positioning block (5) comprises a first positioning block (10) and a first sliding block (11) which is connected to a sliding rail (11), the piston rod of the second cylinder (7) is fixedly connected with the second positioning block (9) and the second sliding block (12), the first cutter (3) is provided with a first fork-shaped notch (31) which is arranged towards the second cutter (4), the first cutter (3) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the first positioning block (8), the second cutter (4) is provided with a second fork-shaped notch (41) which is arranged towards the first cutter (3), the second cutter (4) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the second positioning block (9), the first cutter (3) is higher than the second cutter (4), and after the first cutter (3) and the second cutter (4) are folded, the bottom surface of the first cutter (3) is propped against the top surface of the second cutter (4), a gap is reserved between the first positioning block (8) and the second positioning block (9), the wire clamping mechanism comprises a fixing table (14) for placing wires and a wire clamping clamp (15) for clamping the wires, a strip-shaped access plate (16) is arranged on one side wall of the fixing table (14) facing the stripping mechanism, the length direction of the access plate (16) is arranged along the direction of the fixing table (14) facing the stripping mechanism, the rear end of the access plate (16) is fixedly connected to the fixing table (14), the access plate (16) is obliquely arranged from back to front, and the stripping mechanism comprises a motor (17), support (18) and wire stripping seat (19), wire stripping seat (19) are provided with wire rack (20), first wire stripping cutter (21) and second wire stripping cutter (22) on wire stripping seat (19) by motor (17) drive sliding connection on support (18), first wire stripping cutter (21) and second wire stripping cutter (22) are located between wire rack (20) and the wire clamping mechanism, first wire stripping cutter (21) and second wire stripping cutter (22) set up in pairs and can move in opposite directions.

Wire stripper as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the front end of the first positioning block (8) comprises a first upper limit block (81) and a first lower limit block (82), the first lower limit block (82) is located below the first upper limit block (81), the end of the first lower limit block (82) protrudes from the first upper limit block (81) towards the second cutter (4) side, the end of the first lower limit block (82) is provided with a fork-shaped opening (821), the bottom surface of the first cutter (3) abuts against the top surface of the first upper limit block (81), the front end of the second positioning block (9) comprises a second upper limit block (91) and a second lower limit block (92), the second lower limit block (92) is located below the second upper limit block (91), the end of the second upper limit block (91) protrudes from the second lower limit block (92) towards the first cutter (3) side, and the bottom surface of the second cutter (4) abuts against the top surface of the second upper limit block (91).
3. Wire stripper as in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the shredding assembly further comprises an air feed pipe (13), the air feed of the air feed pipe (13) being directed towards the extraction opening of the extraction cylinder (2).

Wire stripping machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the wire stripping seat (19) is provided with an outer cantilever (23) and an inner cantilever (24), the outer cantilever (23) comprises a first connecting arm (231) for telescopic sliding connection on the wire stripping seat (19) and a second connecting arm (232) for fixedly connecting the first wire stripping cutter (21), the second connecting arm (232) is mutually perpendicular to the first connecting arm (231), the inner cantilever (24) comprises a third connecting arm (241) for telescopic sliding connection on the wire stripping seat (19) and a fourth connecting arm (242) for fixedly connecting the second wire stripping cutter (22), the fourth connecting arm (242) is mutually perpendicular to the third connecting arm (241), the wire stripping seat (19) is further provided with a displacement sensor (25), and the outer cantilever (23) and/or the inner cantilever (24) are provided with an induction element (26) for adapting to the displacement sensor (25).
5. A wire stripping and shredding method of a wire stripping machine according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized by comprising the steps of:
step a, wire positioning: fixing the electric wire on a fixing table (14) and erecting the front end head of the electric wire on a wire erecting table (20);
step b, peeling the rubber: cutting off the rubber at the front end of the electric wire through a stripping mechanism and driving the rubber to separate from the core wire and the silk wire;
step c, silk thread aligning: sucking the silk thread through a suction cylinder (2) to enable the silk thread to be in a straightened state;
step d, wire cutting: and cutting the silk thread in a straightened state through the shredding component, and sucking the sheared silk thread into the air suction cylinder (2) for collection.
