背景技术
发泡绳是塑料绳的一种,主要成分为聚丙烯,它是由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂,聚丙烯的结晶度高,结构规整,因而具有优良的力学性能,具有良好的介电性能和高频绝缘性且不受湿度影响,常见的酸、碱等有机溶剂对它几乎不起作用,但聚丙烯熔点为164℃-170℃,熔点较低,用聚丙烯制得的发泡绳在接近火源时易软化,强度降低易断裂,高温下使用危险性大,容易发生事故,在达到聚丙烯燃点时不仅易燃烧,而且气味难闻,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃发泡绳,将制备的发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,发泡绳的外侧即包覆了一层阻燃覆膜,阻碍了发泡绳的燃烧,减少了环境污染,同时提高了防滑性和耐切割性。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃发泡绳,包括绳芯和阻燃覆膜,所述的绳芯,各原料重量百分比为:均聚聚丙烯50%-65%、木粉11%-18%、旧报纸4%-9%、丁基橡胶8%-15%、氧化聚乙烯蜡3%-7.4%、平光剂0.5%-1.3%、增塑剂3%-6%、消泡剂1%-2.8%;
所述的阻燃覆膜的涂料各原料重量百分比为:热塑性聚氨酯35%-50%、氢氧化镁纳米溶胶10%-20%、无碱玻璃纤维粉4%-10%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5%-10%、羧甲基纤维素钠8%-12%、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛5%-10%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯3%-7%、聚己内酯2%-5%、聚羟基烷酸酯1%-4%、余量为纯化水;
一种阻燃发泡绳的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)氢氧化镁纳米溶胶的制备
在高速分散机分散罐内加入组份量的各原料,启动分散机,调节转速,加料完后高速分散,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到氢氧化镁纳米溶胶;
(2)阻燃覆膜涂料的制备
依次加入组份量的各原料到分散机分散罐中,调节转速,分散,过滤得到涂料;
(3)发泡绳的制备
将按重量比例配制好的各原料加入到螺杆挤塑机,通过预热、熔化、塑化、计量、喷丝工序后熔融挤出塑料纤维;将熔融挤出的塑料纤维放入水槽中冷却,得到塑料单丝纤维;将冷却后的塑料单丝纤维放入牵伸机进行牵伸,之后引入成型压辊中定型得塑料丝条;塑料丝条在成股机中捻成股,之后在制绳机中合成绳,即得发泡绳;
(4)阻燃发泡绳的制备
将涂料倒入淋膜机中,将发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,在控温装置中烘干定型,经辊轮组压合,将压合成型的阻燃发泡绳送入冷却装置冷却,最后收卷切割,即得到阻燃发泡绳。
进一步,所述的阻燃发泡绳阻燃覆膜的厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm。
进一步,所述的增塑剂为环氧脂肪酸丙酯、萘二酸二乙酯中的一种。
进一步,所述的消泡剂为硅酮丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物,硅酮丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的重量比为1:1。

与现有技术相比,本发明中阻燃覆膜涂料采用的氢氧化镁纳米溶胶、无碱玻璃纤维粉具有优良的阻燃效果,将制备的发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,发泡绳的外侧即包覆了一层阻燃覆膜,具有了阻燃覆膜的发泡绳在250℃下遇热不软化,最高使用温度达500℃,短时间耐温度可达600℃,阻碍了发泡绳的燃烧,减少了环境污染,同时提高了强度和防滑性,使用寿命长,可供于家庭和工业生产作业中;采用的脂肪族二异氰酸酯,解决了发泡绳受紫外线照射变黄的难题;生产工艺简单,效率高,成本低。

在高速分散机分散罐内加入氢氧化镁50kg、纳米二氧化钛10kg、环氧树脂15kg、软胶粉6kg、蛭石粉3kg、偏磷酸钠6kg、聚天冬酸2.5kg、甲壳素1kg、纯化水6.5kg,启动分散机,调节转速,加料完后高速分散30min,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨1h,过滤后得到氢氧化镁纳米溶胶;
(2)阻燃覆膜涂料的制备
依次加入热塑性聚氨酯35kg、氢氧化镁纳米溶胶20kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉10kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5kg、羧甲基纤维素钠12kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛5kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯3kg、聚己内酯2kg、聚羟基烷酸酯1kg、纯化水7kg到分散机分散罐中,将转速调至800r/min,分散2h,过滤得到涂料;
(3)发泡绳的制备
将均聚聚丙烯50kg、木粉13.5kg、旧报纸4kg、丁基橡胶15kg、氧化聚乙烯蜡7.4kg、肉豆蔻酸锌1.3kg、环氧脂肪酸丙酯6kg、硅酮丙三醇1.4kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1.4kg加入到螺杆挤塑机,通过预热、熔化、塑化、计量、喷丝工序后熔融挤出塑料纤维;将熔融挤出的塑料纤维放入水槽中冷却,得到塑料单丝纤维;将冷却后的塑料单丝纤维放入牵伸机进行牵伸,之后引入成型压辊中定型得塑料丝条;塑料丝条在成股机中捻成股,之后在制绳机中合成绳,即得发泡绳;
(4)阻燃发泡绳的制备
将涂料倒入淋膜机中,将发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,在控温装置中烘干定型,经辊轮组压合,将压合成型的阻燃发泡绳送入冷却装置冷却,最后收卷切割,即得到阻燃发泡绳,阻燃覆膜的厚度为0.1mm;发泡绳在220℃下遇热不软化,最高使用温度达480℃。
实施例2
(1)氢氧化镁纳米溶胶的制备
在高速分散机分散罐内加入氢氧化镁60kg、纳米二氧化钛10kg、环氧树脂10kg、软胶粉3kg、蛭石粉3kg、偏磷酸钠3.5kg、聚天冬酸3.5kg、甲壳素4kg、纯化水3kg,启动分散机,调节转速,加料完后高速分散60min,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨1h,过滤后得到氢氧化镁纳米溶胶;
(2)阻燃覆膜涂料的制备
依次加入热塑性聚氨酯50kg、氢氧化镁纳米溶胶10kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉4kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯10kg、羧甲基纤维素钠8kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛6kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯5kg、聚己内酯3kg、聚羟基烷酸酯2kg、纯化水2kg到分散机分散罐中,将转速调至800r/min,分散2h,过滤得到涂料;

将均聚聚丙烯65kg、木粉11kg、旧报纸8.5kg、丁基橡胶8kg、氧化聚乙烯蜡3kg、肉豆蔻酸锌0.5kg、萘二酸二乙酯3kg、硅酮丙三醇0.5kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.5kg加入到螺杆挤塑机,通过预热、熔化、塑化、计量、喷丝工序后熔融挤出塑料纤维;将熔融挤出的塑料纤维放入水槽中冷却,得到塑料单丝纤维;将冷却后的塑料单丝纤维放入牵伸机进行牵伸,之后引入成型压辊中定型得塑料丝条;塑料丝条在成股机中捻成股,之后在制绳机中合成绳,即得发泡绳;
(4)阻燃发泡绳的制备

(2)阻燃覆膜涂料的制备
依次加入热塑性聚氨酯38kg、氢氧化镁纳米溶胶10.3kg、无碱玻璃纤维粉10kg、脂肪族二异氰酸酯6kg、羧甲基纤维素钠12kg、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛9.6kg、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯6.3kg、聚己内酯4.8kg、聚羟基烷酸酯1.6kg、纯化水1.7kg到分散机分散罐中,将转速调至800r/min,分散2h,过滤得到涂料;

将均聚聚丙烯57.5kg、木粉14.8kg、旧报纸5.6kg、丁基橡胶9.3kg、氧化聚乙烯蜡3.7kg、肉豆蔻酸锌0.8kg、萘二酸二乙酯5.8kg、硅酮丙三醇1.25kg、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1.25kg加入到螺杆挤塑机,通过预热、熔化、塑化、计量、喷丝工序后熔融挤出塑料纤维;将熔融挤出的塑料纤维放入水槽中冷却,得到塑料单丝纤维;将冷却后的塑料单丝纤维放入牵伸机进行牵伸,之后引入成型压辊中定型得塑料丝条;塑料丝条在成股机中捻成股,之后在制绳机中合成绳,即得发泡绳;
(4)阻燃发泡绳的制备
将涂料倒入淋膜机中,将发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,在控温装置中烘干定型,经辊轮组压合,将压合成型的阻燃发泡绳送入冷却装置冷却,最后收卷切割,即得到阻燃发泡绳,阻燃覆膜的厚度为0.25mm;发泡绳在246℃下遇热不软化,最高使用温度达488℃。

Claims (6)

1.一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:包括绳芯和阻燃覆膜,所述的绳芯,各原料重量百分比为:均聚聚丙烯50%-65%、木粉11%-18%、旧报纸4%-9%、丁基橡胶8%-15%、氧化聚乙烯蜡3%-7.4%、平光剂0.5%-1.3%、增塑剂3%-6%、消泡剂1%-2.8%;
所述的阻燃覆膜的涂料各原料重量百分比为:热塑性聚氨酯35%-50%、氢氧化镁纳米溶胶10%-20%、无碱玻璃纤维粉4%-10%、脂肪族二异氰酸酯5%-10%、羧甲基纤维素钠8%-12%、锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛5%-10%、对甲氧基肉桂酸异辛酯3%-7%、聚己内酯2%-5%、聚羟基烷酸酯1%-4%、余量为纯化水;
该阻燃发泡绳的生产工艺步骤为:
(1)氢氧化镁纳米溶胶的制备
在高速分散机分散罐内加入组份量的各原料,启动分散机,调节转速,加料完后高速分散,接着进一步在三辊机上研磨,过滤后得到氢氧化镁纳米溶胶;
(2)阻燃覆膜涂料的制备
依次加入组份量的各原料到分散机分散罐中,调节转速,分散,过滤得到涂料;
(3)发泡绳的制备
将按重量比例配制好的各原料加入到螺杆挤塑机,通过预热、熔化、塑化、计量、喷丝工序后熔融挤出塑料纤维;将熔融挤出的塑料纤维放入水槽中冷却,得到塑料单丝纤维;将冷却后的塑料单丝纤维放入牵伸机进行牵伸,之后引入成型压辊中定型得塑料丝条;塑料丝条在成股机中捻成股,之后在制绳机中合成绳,即得发泡绳;
(4)阻燃发泡绳的制备
将涂料倒入淋膜机中,将发泡绳引入压辊中进行覆膜,在控温装置中烘干定型,经辊轮组压合,将压合成型的阻燃发泡绳送入冷却装置冷却,最后收卷切割,即得到阻燃发泡绳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:所述的阻燃发泡绳阻燃覆膜的厚度为0.1mm-0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为环氧脂肪酸丙酯、萘二酸二乙酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为硅酮丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的混合物,硅酮丙三醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚的重量比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:所述的平光剂为肉豆蔻酸锌、醋酸钙中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃发泡绳,其特征在于:所述的氢氧化镁纳米溶胶组成的重量百分比如下:氢氧化镁50%-60%、纳米二氧化钛10%-20%、环氧树脂10%-15%、软胶粉6%-12%、蛭石粉3%-6%、偏磷酸钠3%-6%、聚天冬酸2%-5%、甲壳素1%-4%、余量为纯化水。
