背景技术
在石油价格日益高涨的今天,汽车的节能要求也日益提高,虽然目前出现了很多新能源:氢动力,燃料电池或混合动力等,新能源汽车也开始逐步实用化,但从真正经济实用的角度出发,现阶段采用新型柴油机作为车辆动力,无疑是最可行的方案之一。
因此,许多发达国家都把柴油的研究列为重点课题,向环保、更苛刻的挥发性要求、更好的燃料经济性的节能型发展是目前发动机油的一个显著的发展趋势。为了提高柴油的燃烧率、减少柴油车尾气对环境的污染,市场上已有很多不同类型的柴油添加剂化工产品。但现有燃油添加剂功效比较单一,虽然能够在一定程度上改善燃油的燃烧性能,但在提高发动机动力、减少废气的排放方面效果不明显,出现实际节油率不高,清除黑烟不理想,在提升油品品质及提高燃烧效率的功能方面不理想等情况。并且多数柴油添加剂并没有改善柴油润滑情况,在抗磨损方面没有显著效果。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案如下:一种节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:清净分散剂30~50重量份、脂肪酸25~40重量份、乳酸乙酯20~40重量份、环氧丙烷20~30重量份、导热剂15~25重量份、异辛醇10~20重量份、燃烧催化剂10~15重量份、硝酸盐10~15重量份、亚磷酸二正丁酯8~13重量份、助燃剂8~12重量份、抗氧剂7~11重量份、丙酮6~10重量份、二甲苯4~8重量份、硝基甲烷4~8重量份、油性乳化剂3~6重量份、稳定剂2~4重量份、四氢呋喃1~3重量份、异辛醇1~3重量份。
根据本发明提供的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,发明人前期进行了大量的组分以及用量的筛选实验,意外的发现,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分可有效改善燃油燃烧状况,热值高,马力大,启动性能好,降低柴油消耗,含有清洁分散剂,可有效清除积碳,清除油路油泥,保持燃油供给系统通畅,促进燃油燃烧,可减少柴油车的有害气体排放量,对于城市中治理汽车尾气排放污染具有较好的效果,含有亚磷酸二正丁酯,具有保养抗磨作用,从而保护发动机内部,延长发动机使用寿命,而且通过导热剂能够防止柴油添加剂内的抗磨剂自燃,提高使用的安全效率。

一种节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:清净分散剂为50重量份,脂肪酸为40重量份,乳酸乙酯为40重量份,环氧丙烷为 30重量份,导热剂为25重量份,异辛醇为20重量份,燃烧催化剂为15重量份,硝酸盐为15重量份,亚磷酸二正丁酯为13重量份,助燃剂为12重量份,抗氧剂为11重量份,丙酮为10重量份,二甲苯为8重量份,硝基甲烷为8重量份,油性乳化剂为6重量份,稳定剂为4重量份,四氢呋喃为3 重量份,异辛醇为3重量份。
对比例一
不采用环氧丙烷和异辛醇,其余成分与实施例一相同。
对比例二
不采用丙酮和二甲苯,其余成分与实施例一相同。
效果测试
将本发明的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂的各个实施例和对比例的燃烧效率和有害气体排放量(一氧化硫、一氧化碳、二氧化硫)、发动机使用寿命提升率进行比较。测试结果如下表:
结合上述数据可知,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分可有效改善燃油燃烧状况,提升发动机动力,降低柴油消耗,含有清洁分散剂,可有效清除积碳,清除油路油泥,保持燃油供给系统通畅,促进燃油燃烧,可减少柴油车的有害气体排放量,对于城市中治理汽车尾气排放污染具有较好的效果,含有亚磷酸二正丁酯,具有保养抗磨作用,添加本发明的柴油添加剂的燃油可润滑在车内所接触的机件和可渗透的缝隙,形成一层薄薄的保护膜,所以能防锈、抗磨损、减少噪音,从而保护发动机内部,延长发动机使用寿命。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (7)
1.一种节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:清净分散剂30~50重量份、脂肪酸25~40重量份、乳酸乙酯20~40重量份、环氧丙烷20~30重量份、导热剂15~25重量份、异辛醇10~20重量份、燃烧催化剂10~15重量份、硝酸盐10~15重量份、亚磷酸二正丁酯8~13重量份、助燃剂8~12重量份、抗氧剂7~11重量份、丙酮6~10重量份、二甲苯4~8重量份、硝基甲烷4~8重量份、油性乳化剂3~6重量份、稳定剂2~4重量份、四氢呋喃1~3重量份、异辛醇1~3重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为30重量份,所述脂肪酸为25重量份,所述乳酸乙酯为20重量份,所述环氧丙烷为20重量份,所述导热剂为15重量份,所述异辛醇为10重量份,所述燃烧催化剂为10重量份,所述硝酸盐为10重量份,所述亚磷酸二正丁酯为8重量份,所述助燃剂为8重量份,所述抗氧剂为7重量份,所述丙酮为6重量份,所述二甲苯为4重量份,所述硝基甲烷为4重量份,所述油性乳化剂为3重量份,所述稳定剂为2重量份,所述四氢呋喃为1重量份,所述异辛醇为1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为40重量份,所述脂肪酸为33重量份,所述乳酸乙酯为30重量份,所述环氧丙烷为25重量份,所述导热剂为20重量份,所述异辛醇为15重量份,所述燃烧催化剂为12重量份,所述硝酸盐为12重量份,所述亚磷酸二正丁酯为10重量份,所述助燃剂为10重量份,所述抗氧剂为9重量份,所述丙酮为8重量份,所述二甲苯为6重量份,所述硝基甲烷为6重量份,所述油性乳化剂为4重量份,所述稳定剂为3重量份,所述四氢呋喃为2重量份,所述异辛醇为2重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为50重量份,所述脂肪酸为40重量份,所述乳酸乙酯为40重量份,所述环氧丙烷为30重量份,所述导热剂为25重量份,所述异辛醇为20重量份,所述燃烧催化剂为15重量份,所述硝酸盐为15重量份,所述亚磷酸二正丁酯为13重量份,所述助燃剂为12重量份,所述抗氧剂为11重量份,所述丙酮为10重量份,所述二甲苯为8重量份,所述硝基甲烷为8重量份,所述油性乳化剂为6重量份,所述稳定剂为4重量份,所述四氢呋喃为3重量份,所述异辛醇为3重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为聚异丁烯胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述的燃烧催化剂是环烷酸铈、环烷酸钡中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保高效促燃柴油添加剂,其特征在于,所述导热剂为纳米石墨粉、石墨烯、碳纳米管的一种或几种的混合物。
