技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,特别是涉及一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步,医疗行业得到了飞速的发展。尤为明显的是医用材料的发展进步较大,且目前社会对于医用材料的安全性能、抗菌性能等的关注力度不断提高。
塑料材料是医疗行业的常用材料,其是医疗用品的基础原料。医用硬质塑料件通常需要承受较高的温度。而现有医用硬质材料在高温条件下的耐冲击性能、耐水性能和抗菌性能均不能满足日益提高的医用要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种综合性能优异的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,包括如下重量份组分:混合树脂基体80~100份、复合抗菌剂母粒10~15份、功能性填料20~25份、热稳定剂母粒20~30份、抗氧剂3~5份、光稳定剂5~15份和硬脂酸锌3~5份;其中,所述混合树脂包括聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂的混合质量比为6~8:1~2:0.5~1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合抗菌剂母粒包括质量比为1:1~2的复合抗菌剂和ABS树脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合抗菌剂包括纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素的质量比为3~5:3~5:2~3:5~10。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热稳定剂母粒包括质量比为1 :1~2的热稳定剂和聚砜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,经过科学的配方设计,使得所得的硬质塑料材料具有优异的耐冲击性能、耐水性能和抗菌性能,热稳定性能优异,综合性能优异,市场前景广阔。

本发明揭示了一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,包括如下重量份组分:混合树脂基体80份、复合抗菌剂母粒10份、功能性填料20份、热稳定剂母粒20份、抗氧剂3份、光稳定剂5份和硬脂酸锌3份。
其中,所述混合树脂包括混合质量比为6:1:0.5的聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂。
所述复合抗菌剂母粒包括质量比为1:1的复合抗菌剂和ABS树脂。
所述复合抗菌剂包括质量比为3:3:2:5的纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素。
所述热稳定剂母粒包括质量比为1 :1的热稳定剂和聚砜。
实施例2
本发明揭示了一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,包括如下重量份组分:混合树脂基体100份、复合抗菌剂母粒15份、功能性填料25份、热稳定剂母粒30份、抗氧剂5份、光稳定剂15份和硬脂酸锌5份。
其中,所述混合树脂包括混合质量比为8:2:1的聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂。
所述复合抗菌剂母粒包括质量比为1:2的复合抗菌剂和ABS树脂。
所述复合抗菌剂包括质量比为5:5:3:10的纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素。
所述热稳定剂母粒包括质量比为1 :2的热稳定剂和聚砜。
上述耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,经测试,其耐高温性能相较现有材料提高25%以上,耐冲击性能提高18%以上,且具有广谱抗菌性,经老化箱内模拟老化至产品不能使用,测试器抗菌性能仅为初始抗菌性能的75%,即具有优异的抗菌耐久性。

1.一种耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份组分:混合树脂基体80~100份、复合抗菌剂母粒10~15份、功能性填料20~25份、热稳定剂母粒20~30份、抗氧剂3~5份、光稳定剂5~15份和硬脂酸锌3~5份;其中,所述混合树脂包括聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,所述聚砜、聚碳酸酯和ABS树脂的混合质量比为6~8:1~2:0.5~1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,所述复合抗菌剂母粒包括质量比为1:1~2的复合抗菌剂和ABS树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,所述复合抗菌剂包括纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素。
5.根据权利要求4所述的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化银、纳米二氧化钛、聚六亚甲基胍磷酸盐和甲壳素的质量比为3~5:3~5:2~3:5~10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温医用硬质塑料材料,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂母粒包括质量比为1 :1~2的热稳定剂和聚砜。
