本发明涉及一种环保阻燃涂料,包括银离子抗菌剂、除臭剂、阻燃剂、防霉剂、抗静电剂、有机硅树脂、水,各组分的质量份数为:银离子抗菌剂6‑12、除臭剂3‑8份、阻燃剂5‑8份、防霉剂2‑5份、抗静电剂2‑5份、有机硅树脂12‑18份、水30‑50。本发明的涂料具有很好的阻燃性的同时,还具有抗菌、防霉、除臭、防潮等性能,整体上是一款绿色环保型的多功能涂料。

本发明涉及一种家装涂料领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种环保阻燃涂料。
背景技术
涂料在生活中随处可见,主要起保护和装饰的作用,且根据不同的使用环境,种类也多种多样。目前我国在室内装饰装修中涂料产品的使用量逐年增大,在儿童房的装饰装修材料中,涂料和油漆的隐患最大,其中含有的甲醛和苯类物质是儿童健康的最大杀手,是导致小儿白血病和癌症的重要原因。这就引发了人们对包括涂料在内的装饰装修材料的关注和其安全性能的担忧。银离子抗菌产品以其强大的抗菌能力近年来备受关注,因此越来越多的被应用到生产当中。
目前市场上的涂料阻燃效果良莠不齐,具有高质量高阻燃性的环保涂料很少,因此有必要开发出一种环保阻燃涂料。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的环保阻燃涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种环保阻燃涂料,包括银离子抗菌剂、除臭剂、阻燃剂、防霉剂、抗静电剂、有机硅树脂、水,各组分的质量份数为:银离子抗菌剂6-12、除臭剂3-8份、阻燃剂5-8份、防霉剂2-5份、抗静电剂2-5份、有机硅树脂12-18份、水30-50。
作为优选,所述的环保阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述环保阻燃涂料各组分的质量份数为:银离子抗菌剂11、除臭剂3份、阻燃剂5份、防霉剂4份、抗静电剂3份、有机硅树脂16份、水35。
作为优选,所述的环保阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述防霉剂为吡啶硫酮锌。
作为优选,所述的环保阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁。
