Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布的自动折叠分卷机,涉及一种无纺布的生产设备,其特征在于:所述的无纺布架设有上落架,上落架设有U形钩,上落架的两侧设有气缸,上落架的前方设有喷洒轴,喷洒轴连接有柔韧剂溶液箱,所述的折叠架比无纺布架和定位收布架高出两米以上,折叠架的顶部设有转角导向轴,折叠架向位收布架的一侧设有对折架,对折架向下倾斜至定位收布架的上方,所述的收布架设有多组定位轴,定位轴后方设有收布轴,其中的一根与其他的转向相反。本发明实现了折叠分卷全自动生产,具有对折平整、工作效率高、有效防止无纺布变形或裂开的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布的生产设备,同时还涉及农用薄膜的生产设备。
背景技术
无纺布在产生时为了确保工作业效率,每一卷无纺布长达数百米或过千米不等,但是普通农用和商用都用不了那么多,所以要分卷包装出购,对于幅宽小的无纺布就可以直接分卷处理,但是对于幅宽大的无纺布如果直接分卷,分卷后变得又细又长,为运输带来诸多不便,再者纸芯的受力有限容易折断,采用更长的纸芯会导致成本高,所以最好方法就将无纺布对折后再分卷,这样可以使分卷的长度降低一半以上,但是对折分卷存在两个问题,第一对折时无纺布容易出现皱纹,第二:收卷的拉力大,导致无纺布变形或裂开。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无纺布的自动折叠分卷机,实现了折叠分卷全自动生产,具有对折平整、工作效率高、有效防止无纺布变形或裂开的功能。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:包括有无纺布架1、折叠架2、定位收布架3,所述的无纺布架1设有上落架11,上落架11设有U形钩,上落架11的两侧设有气缸13,上落架11的前方设有喷洒轴14,喷洒轴14连接有柔韧剂溶液箱15,所述的折叠架2比无纺布架1和定位收布架3高出两米以上,折叠架2的顶部设有转角导向轴21,折叠架2向位收布架3的一侧设有对折架22,所述的对折架22呈等腰三角形,对折架22向下倾斜至定位收布架3的上方,所述的收布架3设有多组定位轴31,每组定位轴31至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,定位轴31后方设有收布轴32,所述的收布轴32至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,其中的一根与其他的转向相反。
所述的柔韧剂溶液箱15之中的柔韧剂是采用以下材料的按重量比例配制而成:
乙醇16~29份、聚氨酯丙烯酸溶液3~8份、硅酸钠溶液5~8份、氧化硅6~7份、马来酸二丁酯0.5~1份、醋酸乙烯酯0.6~1.3份、甲基丙烯酸2~3份、聚碳酸酯1~2份、丁酮0.3~0.5份。
布卷通过喷洒轴14时,在无纺布上喷洒柔韧剂,使其变得柔软光滑、坚韧有效防止无纺布皱纹、变形或裂开的现象,无纺布在对折架22等腰三角形辅助下两边对折,再由定位轴31挤压,最近收布轴带动纸芯旋转,其中一根转向相反旋转,能有压紧收卷的密度和防止纸芯跳动,从布卷上机到折叠分小卷实现了全自动化生产,工作效率高、分卷均匀。

具体实施方式
下面用最佳的实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,一种无纺布的自动折叠分卷机,包括有无纺布架1、折叠架2、定位收布架3,所述的无纺布架1设有上落架11,上落架11设有U形钩,上落架11的两侧设有气缸13,上落架11的前方设有喷洒轴14,喷洒轴14连接有柔韧剂溶液箱15,所述的折叠架2比无纺布架1和定位收布架3高出两米以上,折叠架2的顶部设有转角导向轴21,折叠架2向位收布架3的一侧设有对折架22,所述的对折架22呈等腰三角形,对折架22向下倾斜至定位收布架3的上方,所述的收布架3设有多组定位轴31,每组定位轴31至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,定位轴31后方设有收布轴32,所述的收布轴32至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,其中的一根与其他的转向相反。
所述的柔韧剂溶液箱15之中的柔韧剂是采用以下材料的按重量比例配制而成:
乙醇22份、聚氨酯丙烯酸溶液5份、硅酸钠溶液7份、氧化硅6份、马来酸二丁酯0.8份、醋酸乙烯酯0.9份、甲基丙烯酸2份、聚碳酸酯1.5份、丁酮0.4份。
布卷通过喷洒轴14时,在无纺布上喷洒柔韧剂,使其变得柔软光滑、坚韧有效防止无纺布皱纹、变形或裂开的现象,无纺布在对折架22等腰三角形辅助下两边对折,再由定位轴31挤压,最后收布轴带动纸芯旋转,其中一根转向相反旋转,能有压紧收卷的密度和防止纸芯跳动,从布卷上机到折叠分小卷实现了全自动化生产,工作效率高、分卷均匀。
最后应说明的是:显然,上述实施例仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之中。

1.一种无纺布的自动折叠分卷机,其特征是:包括有无纺布架(1)、折叠架(2)、定位收布架(3),所述的无纺布架(1)设有上落架(11),上落架(11)设有U形钩,上落架(11)的两侧设有气缸(13),上落架(11)的前方设有喷洒轴(14),喷洒轴(14)连接有柔韧剂溶液箱(15),所述的折叠架(2)比无纺布架(1)和定位收布架(3)高出两米以上,折叠架(2)的顶部设有转角导向轴(21),折叠架(2)向位收布架(3)的一侧设有对折架(22),所述的对折架(22)呈等腰三角形,对折架(22)向下倾斜至定位收布架(3)的上方,所述的收布架(3)设有多组定位轴(31),每组定位轴(31)至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,定位轴(31)后方设有收布轴(32),所述的收布轴(32)至少由两根以上旋转轴组成,其中的一根与其他的转向相反。
2.如利权要求1所述的一种无纺布的自动折叠分卷机,其特征在于:所述的柔韧剂溶液箱(15)之中的柔韧剂是采用以下材料的按重量比例配制而成:
乙醇16~29份、聚氨酯丙烯酸溶液3~8份、硅酸钠溶液5~8份、氧化硅6~7份、马来酸二丁酯0.5~1份、醋酸乙烯酯0.6~1.3份、甲基丙烯酸2~3份、聚碳酸酯1~2份、丁酮0.3~0.5份。
