As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a warning light 27 and a weight sensor 28 are disposed on the upper surface of the sealing plate 11, and a sound output module and a light emitting element are disposed in the warning light; the folding chair also comprises a control device, the control device consists of an A/D converter, a memory, a processor connected with the drivers of the motors and a control switch for controlling the working state of the processor, the processor is respectively connected with the A/D converter, the control switch and the memory, as shown in figure 14, the control device, the weight sensor and the warning lamp are electrically connected with a circuit board arranged in the sealing plate, and the circuit board is connected with a battery; the warning light is connected with the processor, and the weight sensor is connected with the A/D converter. secondly, sequentially or simultaneously turning on the motors in the screw and nut mechanisms 7 to enable the rotating screw to drive the nuts which are respectively matched and connected to move upwards, and stopping the motors in the screw and nut mechanisms 7 when the nuts move upwards to a proper position above the floor 4 of the folding chair;
then, the cushion 6 is opened through the self-locking folding piece, so that the cushion 6 is perpendicular to the backrest 5 which is vertically arranged; when the upper end of the electric telescopic rod I is extended to be supported on the lower surface of the seat cushion 6, the electric telescopic rod I stops working, and the state of the folding chair and the screw and nut mechanism is shown in figure 2;
then, the closing plate 11 needs to be moved until it completely seals the notch 40 on the floor 4, and the following actions are performed: when a motor for controlling the rotation of the driving sprocket 17 is started, the edges of the notches 40 and coils of electromagnets at two ends of the sealing plate 11 are simultaneously electrified, the driving sprocket 17 and the driven sprocket 18 drive the chain 19 to horizontally move towards the direction close to the notches 40, and when the outer edge of the sealing plate 11 corresponds to the edges of the notches 40, the motor for controlling the rotation of the driving sprocket 17 stops working; starting a motor for controlling the rotation of the gear 12, wherein the gear 12 continues to drive the rack 13 to vertically rise, and when the upper surface of the sealing plate 11 is flush with the upper surface of the floor 4, the motor for controlling the gear 11 stops working; the state of the sealing device is shown in fig. 3;
and finally, extending the electric telescopic rod II 29 and the electric telescopic rod III 30 driven by the motor to the two electromagnetic blocks for attaching and adsorbing, wherein the using state of the folding chair is shown in figure 1.
(2) When it is necessary to change from the state of fig. 1 to the original state of fig. 13, first, the closing plate 11 needs to be moved until the notch 40 on the floor 4 is completely opened, and the following operations are performed: when the weight sensor 28 on the sealing plate 11 in fig. 1 does not sense the existence of weight, the motor for controlling the rotation of the gear 12 is started, simultaneously, the coils of the electromagnets at the edges of the notches 40 and the two ends of the sealing plate 11 are powered off, and when the rack 13 moves downwards until the upper surface of the sealing plate 11 is lower than the lower surface of the floor 4, the motor for controlling the gear 12 stops working; starting a motor for controlling the rotation of the driving sprocket 17, enabling the driving sprocket 17 and the driven sprocket 18 to drive the chain 19 to horizontally move in the direction away from the gap 40, and when the sealing plate 11 moves along with the chain 19 to a position where the action of containing the folding chair into the bottom bin 2 is not influenced, enabling the motor of the driving sprocket 17 to stop working; and the cushion 6 is folded by the self-locking folding piece, so that the cushion 6 is attached to the backrest 5 which is vertically arranged, and the state is shown in figure 12;
secondly, sequentially or simultaneously opening the motors in the screw and nut mechanisms 7 to enable the rotating screw to drive the nuts which are respectively matched and connected to move downwards, and stopping the motors in the screw and nut mechanisms 7 when the nuts move downwards to the position where the folding chair is completely accommodated into the bottom bin without influencing the action of the sealing plate 11;
then, the sealing plate 11 needs to be moved to completely seal the notch 40 on the floor 4, and the following operations are performed: when a motor for controlling the rotation of the driving sprocket 17 is started, the edges of the notches 40 and coils of electromagnets at two ends of the sealing plate 11 are simultaneously electrified, the driving sprocket 17 and the driven sprocket 18 drive the chain 19 to horizontally move towards the direction close to the notches 40, and when the outer edge of the sealing plate 11 corresponds to the edges of the notches 40, the motor for controlling the rotation of the driving sprocket 17 stops working; starting a motor for controlling the rotation of the gear 12, wherein the gear 12 continues to drive the rack 13 to vertically rise, and when the upper surface of the sealing plate 11 is flush with the upper surface of the floor 4, the motor for controlling the gear 11 stops working; the state of the sealing device is shown in fig. 3;
then, the motor in the driving mechanism for controlling the rotation of the cover plate 22 is turned on, so that the motor drives the cover plate 22 to rotate to seal the groove 110 through the crank 23, and the positioning mechanism limits the cover plate 22 and the closing plate 11 to be in a horizontal state (as shown in fig. 10); a view of the location of the sealing device is shown in fig. 13;
and finally, the electric telescopic rod II 29 and the electric telescopic rod III 30 driven by the motor are contracted to the shortest length simultaneously.
