Abstract
本发明公开了一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,包括耐磨层、粘合剂、防水层和底部涂层,耐磨层位于最外面一层,耐磨层的底面与防水层的表面相连接,且耐磨层与防水层之间设有粘合剂,耐磨层通过粘合剂与防水层固定连接,防水层位于底部涂层的上方,且防水层的底面与底部涂层的表面相连接。本发明通过将耐磨层采用耐磨尼龙牛津布材料,增加布料的耐磨性,使布料更加耐用,不会轻易出现磨损现象;在耐磨层的与底部涂层之间增加PTFE薄膜,使布料达到防水的效果,不会将布料里面的物品弄湿;底部涂层采用有机硅树脂材料,使布料在喷墨印刷时不会出现熔化现象,同时也增加了布料的厚度,使布料制品变得更加的挺立,增加了布料制品的美观性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水布料,具体涉及一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
布料是人们生活中不可缺少的物品,人们的衣服、鞋子、床上用品等都是布料制成的。
目前对布料功能的研究趋向于多元化发展,人们对布料的美观性的要求越来越高,现在的布料制品大多是带有花纹或是印花的,喷墨印花是印花中的一种,具有印刷快,印刷效果好的特点,但是在印花时要求温度在220度左右,现有的面料底布涂层一般都不具有耐高温的功能,这就使服装美观性受到了限制,而且现有布料的材质不具有防水功能,遇水后衣物潮湿,整个衣物重量加重,穿着者会感到极不舒服,同时衣物在穿着使用过程中常有摩擦作用,导致衣物磨损严重,只能丢弃整件衣服,造成对资源的浪费,还对环境产生一定的污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,通过将耐磨层采用耐磨尼龙牛津布材料,增加布料的耐磨性,在耐磨层的与底部涂层之间增加PTFE薄膜,使雨水不会渗透进布料的里面,将底部涂层采用有机硅树脂材料,使布料在喷墨印刷时不会出现熔化现象,解决了现有布料不能够防水、耐磨、耐高温的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,包括耐磨层、粘合剂、防水层和底部涂层,所述耐磨层位于最外面一层,所述耐磨层的底面与所述防水层的表面相连接,且所述耐磨层与所述防水层之间设有所述粘合剂,所述耐磨层通过所述粘合剂与所述防水层固定连接,所述防水层位于所述底部涂层的上方,且所述防水层的底面与所述底部涂层的表面相连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述耐磨层的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防水层的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述底部涂层的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:
本发明通过将耐磨层采用耐磨尼龙牛津布材料,增加布料的耐磨性,使布料更加耐用,不会轻易出现磨损现象;在耐磨层的与底部涂层之间增加PTFE薄膜,使布料达到防水的效果,不会将布料里面的物品弄湿;底部涂层采用有机硅树脂材料,使布料在喷墨印刷时不会出现熔化现象,同时也增加了布料的厚度,使布料制品变得更加的挺立,增加了布料制品的美观性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:如图1所示,本发明提供一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,包括耐磨层1、粘合剂2、防水层3和底部涂层4,耐磨层1位于最外面一层,耐磨层1的底面与防水层3的表面相连接,且耐磨层1与防水层3之间设有粘合剂2,耐磨层1通过粘合剂2与防水层3固定连接,防水层3位于底部涂层4的上方,且防水层3的底面与底部涂层4的表面相连接。耐磨层1位于最外面起到了保护里面的防水层3的效果,防水层3能够将雨水阻隔在外,增加了布料的保温性能,底部涂层4的设置,增加了布料的厚度,也增加了布料的挺立性,使做出来的物品美观性更好。
耐磨层1的厚度为0.4-0.6mm,耐磨层1采用的是一种耐磨尼龙牛津布材料制成的,这种耐磨尼龙牛津布采用的是经纱和纬纱相互交织制成的,不但比较耐磨,还具有良好的耐高温性能,便于在220度左右进行喷墨印花。
防水层3的厚度为0.2-0.3mm,防水层3采用的是PTFE薄膜,PTFE又叫做聚四氟乙烯,是一种高分子化合物,PTFE薄膜本身可以耐温在200度以上,而且PTFE薄膜表面不沾水和油,是一种防水透气膜,防水性能好。
粘合剂2采用的是热熔胶,热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,无毒无味,是一种环保的化学产品,热熔胶作为粘合剂操作特别方便简单,粘接力强,粘合效果好。
底部涂层4的厚度为0.4-0.6mm,底部涂层4采用的是一种有机硅树脂材料,有机硅树脂材料耐最低温为300度,当布料在高温下印花时,确保布料的底部涂层4不会出现熔化现象。
本发明在使用时,先在高温下将作为底部涂层4的有机硅树脂材料熔化,再将熔融的有机硅树脂材料与防水层3的TPFE薄膜复合,然后将耐磨层1的耐磨尼龙牛津布的背面涂上一层粘合剂3热熔胶,再将与底部涂层4复合好的防水层3放在耐磨尼龙牛津布下面,在一定的温度下,热熔胶熔化,具有粘合性,在施加一定的压力,将耐磨尼龙牛津布与复合好的TPFE薄膜粘合在一起,当雨水淋在布料上时,由于防水层3的作用,雨水不能渗透到布料的里面。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:

Claims (4)
1.一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,包括耐磨层(1)、粘合剂(2)、防水层(3)和底部涂层(4),其特征在于,所述耐磨层(1)位于最外面一层,所述耐磨层(1)的底面与所述防水层(3)的表面相连接,且所述耐磨层(1)与所述防水层(3)之间设有所述粘合剂(2),所述耐磨层(1)通过所述粘合剂(2)与所述防水层(3)固定连接,所述防水层(3)位于所述底部涂层(4)的上方,且所述防水层(3)的底面与所述底部涂层(4)的表面相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(1)的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,其特征在于,所述防水层(3)的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用纤维材料制作而成的耐火布料,其特征在于,所述底部涂层(4)的厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
