背景技术
市场上出售的人造革有些是单面植绒的，为了增强一般人造革的保暖性能，可是这样的话，绒毛层盖住了皮革表面，使得人造革表面的各种花色纹路被遮盖掉，没有层次感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种增加温暖和柔软性能但是还具有层次感的人造革。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种防火性好强度高沟底植绒人造革，所述人造革包括PVC人造革，所述PVC人造革的下表面是平整的，上表面具有花色纹路且间隔设有若干条凹沟，凹沟内设有绒毛，所述PVC人造革由以下重量份数的原料组成：聚氯乙烯树脂 36~45 份；增塑剂 18 ～ 26 份；增韧剂 8~14 份；稳定剂 0.8~1.7 份；填料 9~15 份；大豆油2~4 份；润滑剂 0.3~0.9 份；黑色糊 0.5~1.1 份。所述PVC人造革下表面复合有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种编织物，所述编织物由防火线织成，所述防火线由表皮与内置纤维组成，所述表皮为塑料。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明由于凹沟处设有绒毛，使得该人造革具有较好的保暖效果，但是非凹沟处的皮革纹理依然清晰，使得整理具有层次感和美观性。
本发明表皮主要起保护与包裹内置纤维的作用，所述内置纤维采用防火材料，能起阻燃的作用，所述纤维置于表皮之中还能起到增强整根防火线的强度的作用。本发明编织物具有特定编制结构，相比较与一般编制物具强度高、牢固性好等特点。本发明编织物具有防火性好，强度高的特点。
