背景技术
现有一种鞋面(中国台湾证书号第M464032号专利案),是以单纯的弹性纱编织产生一个上表层、一个下表层,该上表层中间设有一剖槽,该剖槽两侧各设有数个不同花纹的区域。这种鞋面因为前述天然纱线材质的设限,且设有所述不同花纹的区域,很容易被异物勾损,强度、韧度皆不足,抗张力也较差。
另外一种鞋面(中国台湾证书号第I 533816及M516334号专利案),是利用复合材料构成,且以热压方式使得复层材料结合为一体,这种鞋面虽然能解决容易被异物勾损,强度、韧度不足的问题,但是舒适度却不足,也不透气,仍然有改善的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提升结构强度、耐磨性佳且具舒适性及透气性的热塑性鞋面。
本实用新型热塑性鞋面,包含一个表层单元及一个织物层,该表层单元是由数条第一纱线及数条第二纱线交织成细密网状,且包括一个第一侧面及一个相反于该第一侧面的第二侧面,至少所述第一纱线各具有一条第一芯纱及一个包覆于该第一芯纱外部的第一包覆层,所述第一包覆层采用热可塑性材质制成,所述第一纱线与所述第二纱线之间产生数个透气孔洞,该第一包覆层浮凸于该第一侧面的总面积大于浮凸于该第二侧面的总面积,该织物层设置于该表层单元的第二侧面。

本实用新型热塑性鞋面,所述第一纱线的第一包覆层的不同颜色是沿各第一纱线的环向间隔设置。
本实用新型热塑性鞋面,所述第二纱线的第二包覆层至少包含两种颜色。
本实用新型热塑性鞋面,该表层单元的第一包覆层与所述第二包覆层选自于热塑性聚胺酯、热塑性橡胶、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯其中一种材质。
本实用新型热塑性鞋面,该表层单元的第一芯纱与所述第二芯纱能采用尼龙纱、聚酯纤维纱、玻璃纱与石头纱其中一种材质。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:利用该表层单元的所述第一包覆层采用热可塑性材质制成,借由该第一包覆层能紧密的贴合,并结合于该第一芯纱表面,所以能增加整体的强度与韧性,且利用该第二纱线的构成能产生舒适性,且利用该表层单元由数条第一纱线及数条第二纱线交织成网状,并在所述第一纱线与所述第二纱线之间产生所述透气孔洞,能提升透气性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
参阅图1及图2,本实用新型热塑性鞋面100一个第一实施例,包含一个表层单元10及一个织物层20。
配合参图5及图6,该表层单元10是由数条第一纱线11及数条第二纱线12交织成细密网状。本实施例中,所述第一纱线11各具有一条采用纤维纱的第一芯纱111及一个包覆于该第一芯纱111外部的第一包覆层112,其中,该纤维纱为尼龙纱、聚酯纤维纱、玻璃纱、石头纱等其中一种制成,所述第一包覆层112采用热可塑性材质制成,例如热塑性聚胺酯(thermoplastic polyurethane,简称TPU)、热塑性橡胶(thermoplastic rubber,简称TPR)、聚乙烯(polyethyl ene,简称PE)、聚丙烯(polypropylene,简称PP)、聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,简称PVC)等材质。本实施例的所述第二纱线12采用纤维纱制成束状(该纤维纱为尼龙纱、聚酯纤维纱、玻璃纱、石头纱等其中一种制成)。该表层单元10的第一纱线11与所述第二纱线12交织成网状后,利用所述第一纱线11与所述第二纱线12之间产生数个透气孔洞13。且如图2、图3与图4所示,该表层单元10还包括一个第一侧面14及一个相反于该第一侧面14且与该织物层20相对的第二侧面15,且该第一纱线11的第一包覆层112浮凸于该第一侧面14的总面积大于浮凸于该第二侧面15的总面积。借此,能使朝向外部的第一侧面14具有较佳的耐磨性。也就是说,该表层单元10是以设定的交织方式产生,能使对应该第一侧面14的第一包覆层112总面积大于对应于该第二侧面15的第一包覆层112的总面积。
该织物层20设置于该表层单元10的第二侧面15。
因此,本实用新型第一实施例的热塑性鞋面100,利用所述第一纱线11与所述第二纱线12交织成细密网状,所述第一纱线11分别在所述第一芯纱111外部包覆有所述第一包覆层112,且在所述第一纱线11与所述第二纱线12之间产生所述透气孔洞13,能使整体表层单元10产生较佳的结构强度,不容易被勾损,且该表层单元10具有较佳的韧性及耐磨性。又利用所述透气孔洞13能产生较佳的透气性,且透过该织物层20能产生较佳的舒适性,并利用该织物层20与所述第一纱线11、所述第二纱线12采用不同颜色制成,还能使该热塑性鞋面100产生更多颜色变化。
再如图7及图8所示,本实用新型热塑性鞋面100’的一个第二实施例,与第一实施例的差异在于:该表层单元10’的一个第一侧面14’与一个第二侧面15’的所述第一纱线11’与第二纱线12’交织成不同的纹路,且也能产生与第一实施相同的目的及功效。
如图9所示,本实用新型热塑性鞋面100”的一个第三实施例,与第一实施例的差异在于:该表层单元10”的所述第一纱线11”各具有一条采用纤维纱产生的第一芯纱111”及一个包覆于该第一芯纱111”外部的第一包覆层112”,所述第二纱线12”也各具有一条采用纤维纱制成的第二芯纱121”及一个包覆于该第二芯纱121”外部的第二包覆层122”。所述第二包覆层122”也采用热可塑性材质制成,该表层单元10”利用在所述第一纱线11”与所述第二纱线12”之间产生数个透气孔洞13”。借此,也能使该热塑性鞋面100”整体具有更佳的结构强度、韧性、耐磨性及透气性。
再如图10所示,本实用新型热塑性鞋面的一个第四实施例,主要是将每一条第一纱线1(或第二纱线)的第一包覆层101制成至少包含两种颜色,且不同颜色是沿各第一纱线1的长方向间隔设置。利用各第一包覆层101制成多种颜色,能于该热塑性鞋面制成后具有更多颜色的变化性,更能利用所述第一包覆层101的颜色互相搭配出特殊的图案、logo。
再如图11所示,本实用新型热塑性鞋面的一个第五实施例,每一条第一纱线1’(或第二纱线)的第一包覆层101’制成至少包含两种颜色,且不同颜色是沿各第一纱线1’的环向间隔设置。
又如图12所示,本实用新型热塑性鞋面的一个第六实施例,包含一个表层单元10、一个织物层20及一个设置于该表层单元10与该织物层20之间的透湿防水膜层30。利用该透湿防水膜层30能使该热塑性鞋面达到防水、鞋内湿气能朝外释出的功能。
值得一提的是,本实用新型的鞋面因为在所述第一芯纱外部分别包覆有所述第一包覆层、在所述第二芯纱外部分别包覆有所述第二包覆层,能替代过去的纱线全部用天然纤维纱制成,所以材料的制造成本及关税都能降低。
再者,利用所述第一包覆层、所述第二包覆层采用热可塑性材质制成,则能在鞋面的第一侧面附加能彰显logo或图案的贴饰件(图未示),且该贴饰件能采用高周波热熔接合于该鞋面上,制造相当简单,相较于现有的鞋面采用天然纤维纱制成,若要在鞋面上附加贴饰件时必须用车缝、胶黏等方式,现有的制作较为困难。
综上所述,本实用新型热塑性鞋面,整体结构简单,能提升鞋面的结构强度、韧性、耐磨性、舒适性、透气性,且能增添美观性,确实能达成本实用新型的目的。

Claims (10)

1.一种热塑性鞋面,包含一个表层单元及一个织物层,该热塑性鞋面的特征在于:
该表层单元,是由数条第一纱线及数条第二纱线交织成细密网状,且包括一个第一侧面及一个相反于该第一侧面的第二侧面,至少所述第一纱线各具有一条第一芯纱及一个包覆于该第一芯纱外部的第一包覆层,所述第一包覆层采用热可塑性材质制成,所述第一纱线与所述第二纱线之间产生数个透气孔洞,该第一包覆层浮凸于该第一侧面的总面积大于浮凸于该第二侧面的总面积;
该织物层,设置于该表层单元的第二侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:该表层单元的所述第二纱线采用纤维纱材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:该表层单元的所述第二纱线各具有一条第二芯纱及一个包覆于该第二芯纱外部的第二包覆层,所述第二包覆层采用热可塑性材质制成。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:还包含一个设置于该表层单元与该织物层之间的透湿防水膜层。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:所述第一纱线的第一包覆层至少包含两种颜色。
6.根据权利要求5所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:所述第一纱线的第一包覆层的不同颜色是沿各第一纱线的长方向间隔设置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:所述第一纱线的第一包覆层的不同颜色是沿各第一纱线的环向间隔设置。
8.根据权利要求3所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:所述第二纱线的第二包覆层至少包含两种颜色。
9.根据权利要求3所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:该表层单元的第一包覆层与所述第二包覆层选自于热塑性聚胺酯、热塑性橡胶、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯其中一种材质。
10.根据权利要求3所述的热塑性鞋面,其特征在于:该表层单元的第一芯纱与所述第二芯纱能采用尼龙纱、聚酯纤维纱、玻璃纱与石头纱其中一种材质。
