Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗静电覆膜无纺布及其加工方法,通过热熔胶与高分子抗静电剂的复配,提升热熔胶的抗静电性能,形成电荷转移层,促进覆膜无纺布膜面、布面静电荷的泄漏和释放,减少或避免静电荷的堆积,提升其抗静电性能;添加高分子消泡剂促进复配和体系稳定,消除组分界面层。另外,在覆膜加工之前,采用单面雾化整理工艺对膜材进行抗静电整理,采用浸轧工艺对无纺基布进行抗静电整理,屏蔽静电荷的产生,进一步提升了膜材和基布自身的抗静电性能;添加水性导电粘合剂,提升抗静电性能牢度。通过本发明的处理,覆膜无纺布的整体抗静电性能显著提升,膜面、布面的抗静电性能均满足或超出EN1149‑5标准中表面电阻小于2.5X109欧姆的要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及覆膜无纺布的制备与加工领域,具体涉及一种抗静电覆膜无纺布及其加工方法。
背景技术
通过热熔胶的复合,可将PE膜和PP无纺布进行粘合,加工制备成覆膜无纺布。作为医疗卫生用品,非织造布既要满足医疗功能性,更要做到抗菌抗毒,保障生物安全性,防止交叉感染和人体产生不适反应;而覆膜无纺布的出现极大的提升了非织造布的抗菌性能。利用热熔胶将透气阻湿的PE膜附着在PP无纺布上,使覆膜无纺布整体具有较好的吸湿透气性,而PE膜的存在有效的阻隔血液的渗透和细菌的进入,具有极强的细菌屏蔽性。覆膜无纺布凭借优异的抗菌和透气阻湿特性,在医疗卫生领域具有广阔的应用前景,在工业防护领域的也有着广泛应用。
传统覆膜无纺布制备中较多采用传统树脂型热熔胶。覆膜用树脂型热熔胶具有合适的软化点、抗氧化性能,同时具备在低温条件下良好的粘合性、压敏性能和剥离牢度等一系列物理机械性能,应用广泛于覆膜无纺布的加工。
但传统热熔胶具有电绝缘性,不含有亲水性基团,尤其在覆膜无纺布的加工中,覆膜后无纺布容易产生静电荷,并且,膜面的静电荷堆积严重,产生的静电荷无法通过传统热熔胶进行泄露或转移,造成覆膜无纺布的抗静电性能较差,严重影响了该类覆膜无纺布产品的推广与使用,抗静电性能的提升已成为必须要解决的难题,也是推广该类产品的必由之路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电覆膜无纺布,整体抗静电性能显著提升,膜面、布面的抗静电性能均满足或超出EN1149-5标准中表面电阻小于2.5X109欧姆的要求。
本发明还提供了一种抗静电覆膜无纺布的加工方法,对覆膜和基布进行抗静电处理,并且,设计覆膜时热熔胶的配方,使制备的覆膜无纺布具有优良的抗静电性。
本发明提供的一种抗静电覆膜无纺布的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将基布置于含抗静电剂和粘合剂的整理工作液中,常温预浸渍后,采用二浸二轧工艺对基布进行整理,即可;
2)配制含抗静电剂和粘合剂的整理工作液,然后利用雾化器其进行雾化,并对覆膜进行单面喷施处理;
3)在步骤1)整理后的基布上刮涂复配热熔胶,使步骤2)处理后的覆膜在自然牵伸状态下与基布进行贴合,然后在橡胶棍上负压贴合,即得;
步骤3)中所述复配热熔胶是指树脂型热熔胶与高分子抗静电剂和高分子消泡剂复配得到。
步骤1)所述抗静电剂在整理工作液中的浓度为5-15g/L,所述抗静电剂选自TF-483A;生产厂家为浙江传化印染助剂有限公司。
步骤1)所述粘合剂在整理工作液中的浓度为0.3-0.5g/L,所述粘合剂选自LA192;生产厂家为四川茵地乐科技有限公司。
步骤1)中常温预浸渍时间为5-20s。
步骤1)中,采用二浸二轧工艺对基布进行整理后,带液率控制在100%-120%之间。
步骤1)中所述基布选自但不限于PP材质的SMS、SMMS或MS无纺基布。
步骤2)中,所述抗静电剂在整理工作液中的浓度为5-12g/L,所述抗静电剂选自TF-483A。
步骤2)所述粘合剂在整理工作液中的浓度为0.5-0.8g/L,所述粘合剂选自粘合剂LA192。
步骤2)中所述雾化具体为:雾粒直径1-10μm,加湿量0.5-2.0kg/h。
步骤2)中整理后覆膜带液率为5%-12%。
步骤2)中所述覆膜选自但不限于PE膜或PET膜。
步骤3)中所述复配热熔胶的制备方法为:
将热熔胶加热至140-175℃熔融,加入高分子抗静电剂,同时保持该温度下搅拌10-15min,然后加入高分子消泡剂,在该温度下持续匀速搅拌10min,即得。
进一步的,所述高分子抗静电剂加入量为热熔胶质量的5-20%,所述抗静电剂型号为JL-5H,生产厂家为滨州聚力化工有限公司。
进一步的,所述高分子消泡剂加入量为热熔胶质量的0.1-1.0%,所述高分子消泡剂选自芜湖迅腾新材料有限公司生产的高分子消泡剂GS。
步骤3)中热熔胶刮涂用量为3g/m2-4.5g/m2。
步骤3)中所述负压贴合,负压力度为3.5Kg/cm2。
本发明提供的一种抗静电覆膜无纺布,采用上述方法加工得到。
本发明通过热熔胶与高分子抗静电剂的复配,提升热熔胶的抗静电性能,形成电荷转移层,促进覆膜无纺布膜面、布面静电荷的泄漏和释放,减少或避免静电荷的堆积,提升其抗静电性能;添加高分子消泡剂GS促进复配和体系稳定,消除组分界面层。另外,在覆膜加工之前,采用单面雾化工艺对覆膜进行抗静电整理,采用浸轧工艺对无纺基布进行抗静电整理,屏蔽静电荷的产生,进一步提升了覆膜和基布自身的抗静电性能;另外,添加水性导电粘合剂LA192,进一步提升抗静电性能牢度。
与现有技术相比,通过本发明的处理,覆膜无纺布的整体抗静电性能显著提升,膜面、布面的抗静电性能均满足或超出EN1149-5标准中表面电阻小于2.5X109欧姆的要求;加工覆膜无纺布整体抗静电性能具有较高的牢度,拓展了该类产品的应用领域,可用于多次洗涤医疗用品领域,具有节能减排优势,经15次洗涤后其抗静电性能不降低;覆膜无纺布产品经溶出性实验测试,其复配的高分子抗静电剂、以及整理的抗静电剂均未溶出。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗静电覆膜无纺布的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将树脂型热熔胶加热至145℃熔融,加入树脂型热熔胶质量5%的高分子抗静电剂JL-5H,同时保持该温度下搅拌10min,然后加入树脂型热熔胶质量0.5%的高分子消泡剂GS,在该温度下持续匀速搅拌10min。
2)PP无纺布的抗静电整理:配置整理工作液,整理工作液中抗静电剂TF-483A浓度为10g/L,粘合剂LA192浓度为0.4g/L,常温下配制,搅拌至均匀后,常温条件下,将PP无纺布浸渍其中15s,后经二浸二轧工艺对PP无纺布进行整理,带液率控制在100%-120%之间;
3)PE膜的抗静电整理:配置整理工作液,整理工作液抗静电剂TF-483A浓度为8g/L,粘合剂LA192浓度为0.6g/L,常温下配制,搅拌至均匀后,对工作液进行雾化,雾化条件为:雾粒直径1-10μm,加湿量1kg/h,对PE膜单面进行整理,整理后膜的带液率为5%-12%;
4)在步骤2)处理后的PP无纺布上刮涂步骤1)制备的复配热熔胶,热熔胶刮涂用量为4g/m2;使步骤3)处理后的PE膜在自然牵伸状态下与PP无纺布进行贴合,后在橡胶棍上负压贴合,负压力度为3.5Kg/cm2;完成无纺布的覆膜操作后。打卷包装。
对实施例1加工制得的抗静电覆膜无纺布进行抗静电性能测试,结果如下表1、表2。
对27g/m2PP无纺布、21g/m2PE膜进行覆膜,测试了覆膜无纺布产品的抗静电性能如下表1:

对30g/m2PP无纺布、30g/m2PE膜进行覆膜,测试了覆膜无纺布产品的抗静电性能如下表2:

经过本发明处理后的覆膜无纺布,膜面、布面的抗静电性能均满足或超出EN1149-5标准中表面电阻小于2.5X109欧姆的要求;加工覆膜无纺布整体抗静电性能具有较高的牢度,拓展了该类产品的应用领域,可用于多次洗涤医疗用品领域,具有节能减排优势,经15次洗涤后其抗静电性能不降低;覆膜无纺布产品经溶出性实验测试,其复配的高分子抗静电剂、以及整理的抗静电剂均未溶出。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗静电覆膜无纺布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述加工方法包括以下步骤:
1)将基布置于含抗静电剂和粘合剂的整理工作液中,常温预浸渍后,采用二浸二轧工艺对基布进行整理,即可;
2)配制含抗静电剂和粘合剂的整理工作液,然后利用雾化器其进行雾化,并对覆膜进行单面喷施处理;
3)在步骤1)整理后的基布上刮涂复配热熔胶,使步骤2)处理后的覆膜在自然牵伸状态下与基布进行贴合,然后在橡胶棍上负压贴合,即得;
步骤3)中所述复配热熔胶是指树脂型热熔胶与高分子抗静电剂和高分子消泡剂复配得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述抗静电剂在整理工作液中的浓度为5-15g/L。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述粘合剂在整理工作液中的浓度为0.3-0.5g/L。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,所述抗静电剂在整理工作液中的浓度为5-12g/L。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤2)所述粘合剂在整理工作液中的浓度为0.5-0.8g/L。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述改性热熔胶的制备方法为:
将热熔胶加热至140-175℃熔融,加入高分子抗静电剂,同时保持该温度下搅拌10-15min,然后加入高分子消泡剂,在该温度下持续匀速搅拌10min,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述高分子抗静电剂加入量为热熔胶质量的5-20%。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述高分子消泡剂加入量为热熔胶质量的0.1-1.0%。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的加工方法,步骤3)中热熔胶刮涂用量为3g/m2-4.5g/m2。
10.一种抗静电覆膜无纺布,其特征在于,采用1-9任一项所述方法加工得到。
