背景技术
猪肉,味甘、咸,性平。具有骨细筋少肉多的特点,含有丰富的蛋白质及脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁等成分,是日常生活的主要副食品,可起到补虚强身,滋阴润燥、丰肌泽肤的作用。
猪的饲养分为幼猪、中猪和大猪三个阶段,每个阶段中需要使用不同的饲料配方才能满足该阶段猪的生理需要,大猪育肥阶段的特点是消化功能完善,对各种饲料的消化吸收力强,目前传统育肥饲料一般添加抗生素或化学药物制成的添加剂,以提高育肥期猪的免疫力,降低疾病发生率,但在杀灭病原菌的同时也杀灭了动物肠道的正常菌群,并且易产生药物残留,使畜产品质量降低。随着国家对药物饲料的限制和对其标准的提高,传统饲料已无法满足育肥期猪的健康快速成长需要。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,配制科学,不添加抗生素或化学药物作为添加剂,营养全面均衡,消化吸收率高,养殖成本低,并可维护肠道微生态平衡,减少肠道疾病,增强猪的消化吸收水平,提高养猪的经济效益。
本发明提出的一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其原料按重量份包括:高粱粉60-80份,大麦仁30-40份,麦麸10-20份,红薯粉10-20份,植物蛋白添加剂25-35份,蚯蚓粉20-40份,酵母蛋白10-20份,蝇蛆蛋白粉8-16份,胃肠道菌群调节剂3-7份,海藻粉4-6份,蒙脱土2-4份,氯化钠1-2份。
优选地,植物蛋白添加剂按重量份包括:发酵葵花籽粕10-18份,芝麻粕4-10份,菜籽粕4-8份。
优选地,胃肠道菌群调节剂按重量份包括:复合菌0.2-0.4份,膨化豆粕复合物2-6份。
优选地,复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
优选地,膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将膨化豆粕、水混合均匀,加入高锰酸钾搅拌,加入微晶纤维素、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入丙烯酰胺搅拌,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
优选地,膨化豆粕复合物的制备工艺中,膨化豆粕、水、高锰酸钾、微晶纤维素、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙烯酰胺的重量比为30-50:70-90:1-2:10-18:25-35:1-2。
优选地,膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将30-50份膨化豆粕、70-90份水混合均匀,加入1-2份高锰酸钾搅拌10-20min,搅拌温度为65-75℃,加入10-18份微晶纤维素、25-35份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌10-20min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入1-2份丙烯酰胺搅拌5-7h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
本发明配制科学,不添加抗生素或化学药物作为添加剂,营养全面均衡,复合菌搭配膨化豆粕复合物作用,可最大程度保证饲料的消化吸收率,降低养殖成本,并可维护肠道微生态平衡,减少肠道疾病,增强育肥期猪的消化吸收水平,提高养育肥期猪的经济效益。
本发明的复合菌可调动和增强育肥期猪自身的抵抗力,调节胃肠道菌群平衡,并可将饲料中的大分子有机物分解为小分子有机物,有利于育肥期猪对营养成分的吸收,提高饲料利用率,同时还可显著提高育肥期猪的生长速度,其中光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌复配,其中光合细菌富含丰富的氨基酸、维生素、生物素及具有生理活性物质辅酶Q等,可有效促进育肥期猪对饲料的消化吸收,提高饲料利用率,进一步配合双歧杆菌作用,可能降低胆固醇,中和肠道毒素,合成营养物质和产生消化酶,进一步配合酿酒酵母菌作用,可促进消化道内原有益微生物的活力,提高育肥期猪免疫力,提高抗病力,进一步配合枯草芽孢杆菌作用,可产生过氧化氢、细菌素等,建立微生态平衡,促进有益厌氧微生物的繁殖,进入消化道后能迅速生长,对蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物等营养物质的消化、吸收和利用发挥调控作用。
本发明的膨化豆粕复合物中,膨化豆粕经过高锰酸钾处理,内部纤维表面形成大量活性自由基,与微晶纤维素复配,经过丙烯酰胺适当接枝,不仅具有一定的粘结强度,而且可吸水溶胀,进入育肥期猪的肠道后更易被消化分解,同时营养物质丰富;复合菌与膨化豆粕复合物复配,复合菌可被膨化豆粕复合物包覆,粘附强度好,进入育肥期猪肠道后,兼具药性和营养性,杀菌抑菌好,能有效调节机体的免疫机能,改善育肥期猪的生长性能,促进育肥期猪生长,调整育肥期猪体内的微生态平衡,而且所得饲料可快速吸水膨胀,营养物质溶出好,便于育肥期猪消化吸收,吸收效率极高。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其原料包括:高粱粉60g,大麦仁40g,麦麸10g,红薯粉20g,植物蛋白添加剂25g,蚯蚓粉40g,酵母蛋白10g,蝇蛆蛋白粉16g,胃肠道菌群调节剂3g,海藻粉6g,蒙脱土2g,氯化钠2g。
植物蛋白添加剂包括:发酵葵花籽粕10g,芝麻粕10g,菜籽粕4g。胃肠道菌群调节剂包括:复合菌0.4g,膨化豆粕复合物2g。复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将50g膨化豆粕、70g水混合均匀,加入2g高锰酸钾搅拌10min,搅拌温度为75℃,加入10g微晶纤维素、35gN,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌10min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入2g丙烯酰胺搅拌5h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
实施例2
一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其原料包括:高粱粉80g,大麦仁30g,麦麸20g,红薯粉10g,植物蛋白添加剂35g,蚯蚓粉20g,酵母蛋白20g,蝇蛆蛋白粉8g,胃肠道菌群调节剂7g,海藻粉4g,蒙脱土4g,氯化钠1g。
植物蛋白添加剂包括:发酵葵花籽粕18g,芝麻粕4g,菜籽粕8g。胃肠道菌群调节剂包括:复合菌0.2g,膨化豆粕复合物6g。复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将30g膨化豆粕、90g水混合均匀,加入1g高锰酸钾搅拌20min,搅拌温度为65℃,加入18g微晶纤维素、25gN,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌20min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入1g丙烯酰胺搅拌7h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
实施例3
一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其原料包括:高粱粉65kg,大麦仁38kg,麦麸12kg,红薯粉17kg,植物蛋白添加剂28kg,蚯蚓粉35kg,酵母蛋白12kg,蝇蛆蛋白粉14kg,胃肠道菌群调节剂4kg,海藻粉5.5kg,蒙脱土2.5kg,氯化钠1.8kg。
植物蛋白添加剂包括:发酵葵花籽粕12kg,芝麻粕8kg,菜籽粕5kg。胃肠道菌群调节剂包括:复合菌0.35kg,膨化豆粕复合物3kg。复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将45kg膨化豆粕、75kg水混合均匀,加入1.8kg高锰酸钾搅拌12min,搅拌温度为72℃,加入12kg微晶纤维素、32kgN,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌12min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入1.8kg丙烯酰胺搅拌5.5h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
实施例4
一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其原料包括:高粱粉75kg,大麦仁32kg,麦麸18kg,红薯粉13kg,植物蛋白添加剂32kg,蚯蚓粉25kg,酵母蛋白18kg,蝇蛆蛋白粉10kg,胃肠道菌群调节剂6kg,海藻粉4.5kg,蒙脱土3.5kg,氯化钠1.2kg。
植物蛋白添加剂包括:发酵葵花籽粕16kg,芝麻粕6kg,菜籽粕7kg。胃肠道菌群调节剂包括:复合菌0.25kg,膨化豆粕复合物5kg。复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将35kg膨化豆粕、85kg水混合均匀,加入1.2kg高锰酸钾搅拌18min,搅拌温度为68℃,加入16kg微晶纤维素、28kgN,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌18min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入1.2kg丙烯酰胺搅拌6.5h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
在某猪场进行试验,将常规喂养9周的育肥期猪40只随机分成2组,每组20只。对照组采用日常饲料喂养(高粱粉70%、麦麸20%、豆粕10%粉碎后的普通饲料),试验组采用实施例4所得复合饲料,30天后对空腹猪进行单个称重,计算增重、采食量和料肉比,其结果如下:

1.一种用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:高粱粉60-80份,大麦仁30-40份,麦麸10-20份,红薯粉10-20份,植物蛋白添加剂25-35份,蚯蚓粉20-40份,酵母蛋白10-20份,蝇蛆蛋白粉8-16份,胃肠道菌群调节剂3-7份,海藻粉4-6份,蒙脱土2-4份,氯化钠1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,植物蛋白添加剂按重量份包括:发酵葵花籽粕10-18份,芝麻粕4-10份,菜籽粕4-8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,胃肠道菌群调节剂按重量份包括:复合菌0.2-0.4份,膨化豆粕复合物2-6份。
4.根据权利要求3所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,复合菌由光合细菌、双歧杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌组成。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:将膨化豆粕、水混合均匀,加入高锰酸钾搅拌,加入微晶纤维素、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入丙烯酰胺搅拌,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,膨化豆粕复合物的制备工艺中,膨化豆粕、水、高锰酸钾、微晶纤维素、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、丙烯酰胺的重量比为30-50:70-90:1-2:10-18:25-35:1-2。
7.根据权利要求3-6任一项所述用于育肥期猪的复合饲料,其特征在于,膨化豆粕复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将30-50份膨化豆粕、70-90份水混合均匀,加入1-2份高锰酸钾搅拌10-20min,搅拌温度为65-75℃,加入10-18份微晶纤维素、25-35份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺继续搅拌10-20min,调节至pH值为6-6.8,加入1-2份丙烯酰胺搅拌5-7h,过滤,洗涤,干燥得到膨化豆粕复合物。
