Abstract
本发明公开了一种鲟鱼养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)养殖池处理:用高锰酸钾对养殖池消毒,消毒后将养殖池中水全部放光,再注入清水,使水中溶氧量保持在4ml/L以上;(2)鲟鱼苗种投放:选择苗种大小为8‑12cm,放养密度为30‑40条/m3;(3)科学喂养:采用分批次定时投放自制饲料,投喂量为鱼体总重量的3%‑5%;(4)病害防治。本发明提供了一种系统高效的鲟鱼养殖方法,采用养殖池处理、鲟鱼苗种投放、科学喂养和病害防治,显著提高饲养效率,减少了病虫害的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于畜牧业养殖领域,具体涉及一种科学系统的鲟鱼养殖方法。
背景技术
鲟鱼为大中型经济鱼类,它源于2亿年前的古硬骨鱼类,是现存的最古老的鱼类之一,共有26种,我国有8种。鲟鱼有很高的营养价值,鲟鱼肉和卵味道鲜美,尤其是鱼籽酱素有“黑金子”之称。据《本草纲目》中记载,鲟鱼肉和内脏有药用价值,其软骨具有抗癌因子,并有美容和延缓衰老的作用。鲟鱼皮是制作高档皮革的原料。
鲟鱼适应性强,生长迅速。养殖品种主要有:西伯利亚鲟、俄罗斯鲟、小体鲟、史氏鲟和杂交鲟等。鲟鱼为底层鱼类,有避强光趋弱光性。自然条件下,主食底栖软体动物,也摄食虾、蟹等甲壳类及鱼类。在人工饲养条件下,食配合饵料。其生存的适宜水温为15~25℃,最适宜的水温为21℃,最适宜的pH值为7-8。鲟鱼需氧较高,在6mg/L以上时,食欲旺盛,生长快;4mg/L时,摄食明显减少,长势慢;3mg/L以下浮头。目前鲟鱼的饲养方法有池塘、网箱和流水养殖。
然而,在鲟鱼的养殖过程,存着一些问题,主要包括疾病防治问题、饲料与营养问题和药物残留问题。现在我国鲟鱼从发眼卵孵化、鱼种培育到商品鱼养殖,都比较容易暴发一些具有致命性、传染性的综合性疾病,并且一旦发病,治疗十分困难;从鲟鱼养殖所使用的饲料来看,存在的问题有:含有激素、熟化程度不够、用劣质鱼粉代替优质鱼粉、脂肪含量过高等。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种系统高效的鲟鱼养殖方法,采用养殖池处理、鲟鱼苗种投放、科学喂养和病害防治,显著提高饲养效率,减少病虫害的发生。
本发明采用的技术方案:鲟鱼养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖池处理:养殖池内注入清水0.8-1m,水温控制在18-25℃,用高锰酸钾对养殖池消毒,高锰酸钾用量为8-10g/m3,消毒时间2-3天,消毒后将养殖池中水全部放光,再注入清水至池高0.6-0.8m,并开启增氧机进行曝气增氧,使水中溶氧量保持在4ml/L以上,等待放苗;
(2)鲟鱼苗种投放:选择外表无损伤,无畸形的鲟鱼苗种,苗种大小为8-12cm,放养密度为30-40条/m3,苗种放入养殖池前先用3%-5%浓度的盐水浸浴5-10min;
(3)科学喂养:采用分批次定时投放自制饲料,所述自制饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的3-5%,所述自制饲料由鱼粉:20-30份、蚕蛹:10-20份、酒糟:20-30份、虾壳粉:10-20份、米糠:10-20份、贝壳粉:5-10份、丰年虫卵:5-10份、海带粉:5-10份、枣粉:5-10份、肉骨粉:5-10份、牡蛎粉:1-5份、螺旋藻粉:1-5份、玉米蛋白粉:5-10份、酵母粉:1-5份、高筋面粉:5-10份、卵磷脂:2-5份、精制鱼油:1-5份、苜蓿粉:2-5份、金银花:1-2份,板蓝根:1-2份,紫苏:1-2份,大蒜:3-9份、维生素复合物:0.5-1份,粉碎造粒制得;
(4)病害防治:鳃霉病防治方法,保持水质清洁,防止水质恶化,定期全池遍洒二氧化氯和硫醚沙星;细菌性肠炎防治方法,用诺氟沙星药饵投喂,连续投喂5-6天即可;车轮虫防治方法,出现病变鱼群,采用0.8ml/L硫酸铜全池泼洒;出血病防治方法:每隔5-10天用二氧化氯进行消毒,并在饲料中定期添加抗菌药物。
优选,自制饲料由以下重量份的组分制成:鱼粉:30份、蚕蛹:20份、酒糟:25份、虾壳粉:20份、米糠:10份、贝壳粉:5份、丰年虫卵:10份、海带粉:5份、枣粉:5份、肉骨粉:5份、牡蛎粉:2份、螺旋藻粉:3份、玉米蛋白粉:10份、酵母粉:2份、高筋面粉:10份、卵磷脂:5份、精制鱼油:5份、苜蓿粉:3份、金银花:2份,板蓝根:2份,紫苏:2份,大蒜:5份、维生素复合物:1份。
优选,酒糟为发酵过的酒糟。更有利于鲟鱼生长的营养需要和营养吸收。
优选,维生素复合物为维生素A:1-5份、维生素D3:1-5份、维生素E:3-6份、维生素K3:1-5份、维生素B1:1-2份、维生素B2:1-2份、维生素B6:1-5份、维生素B12:1-2份。
优选,每次鲟鱼饲料补给前后20-25min对池水进行增氧,将水体溶氧控制在6-10mg/L。鲟鱼需氧较高,在6mg/L以上时,食欲旺盛,生长快。
优选,定时分批次投喂的具体操作为早中晚投喂3次,早上为7-9点,中午12-14点,晚上19-21点。分三次,早中晚有利于鲟鱼的生长。
优选,每隔15-30天捕样1次测体重以调整投饲量。这样可以更好地满足鲟鱼生长的营养需求,又不会造成饲料的浪费,提高饲料的利用效率,并且减少对水体的污染。
本发明与现有技术相比所达到的有益效果,主要包括以下几个方面:
(1)本发明通过养殖前对流水池的消毒,苗种投放中的消毒处理,以及科学的饲料喂养和饲养过程中的病虫害防治,降低了病虫害的发生,极大地增加了鲟鱼鱼种的成活率。
(2)采用自制的饲料,具有丰富的营养,并且可以根据鱼的不同的生长时期灵活调整配方,满足不同生长期的鲟鱼营养需求,并且相对于成品饲料有很大的价格优势。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明鲟鱼养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖池处理:养殖池内注入清水0.8m,水温控制在18-25℃,用高锰酸钾对养殖池消毒,高锰酸钾用量为10g/m3,消毒时间2天,消毒后将养殖池中水全部放光,再注入清水至池高0.8m,并开启增氧机进行曝气增氧,使水中溶氧量保持在4ml/L以上,等待放苗;
(2)鲟鱼苗种投放:选择外表无损伤,无畸形的鲟鱼苗种,苗种大小为8-12cm,放养密度为40条/m3,苗种放入养殖池前先用5%浓度的盐水浸浴5min;
(3)科学喂养:采用分批次定时投放自制饲料,每次鲟鱼饲料补给前后20-25min对池水进行增氧,将水体溶氧控制在6-10mg/L;所述自制饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的3%-5%,每隔15天捕样1次测体重以调整投饲量,早中晚投喂3次,早上为7-9点,中午12-14点,晚上19-21点。所述自制饲料由鱼粉:30kg、蚕蛹:20kg、发酵酒糟:25kg、虾壳粉:20kg、米糠:10kg、贝壳粉:5kg、丰年虫卵:10kg、海带粉:5kg、枣粉:5kg、肉骨粉:5kg、牡蛎粉:2kg、螺旋藻粉:3kg、玉米蛋白粉:10kg、酵母粉:2kg、高筋面粉:10kg、卵磷脂:5kg、精制鱼油:5kg、苜蓿粉:3kg、金银花:2kg,板蓝根:2kg,紫苏:2kg,大蒜:5kg、维生素复合物:1kg,粉碎造粒制得;其中,维生素复合物为维生素A:1kg、维生素D3:2kg、维生素E:3kg、维生素K3:1kg、维生素B1:2kg、维生素B2:1kg、维生素B6:2kg、维生素B12:1kg,混合均匀,取其中的1kg加入上述配方中;
(4)病害防治:鳃霉病防治方法,保持水质清洁,防止水质恶化,定期全池遍洒二氧化氯和硫醚沙星;细菌性肠炎防治方法,用诺氟沙星药饵投喂,连续投喂5-6天即可;车轮虫防治方法,出现病变鱼群,采用0.8ml/L硫酸铜全池泼洒;出血病防治方法:每隔5-10天用二氧化氯进行消毒,并在饲料中定期添加抗菌药物。

(3)科学喂养:采用分批次定时投放自制饲料,每次鲟鱼饲料补给前后20-25min对池水进行增氧,将水体溶氧控制在6-10mg/L;

所述自制饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的3-5%,每隔30天捕样1次测体重以调整投饲量,早中晚投喂3次,早上为7-9点,中午12-14点,晚上19-21点。所述自制饲料由鱼粉:25kg、蚕蛹:15kg、酒糟:30kg、虾壳粉:10kg、米糠:20kg、贝壳粉:5kg、丰年虫卵:5kg、海带粉:10kg、枣粉:5kg、肉骨粉:10kg、牡蛎粉:5kg、螺旋藻粉:5kg、玉米蛋白粉:10kg、酵母粉:5kg、高筋面粉:10kg、卵磷脂:5kg、精制鱼油:4kg、苜蓿粉:3kg、金银花:2kg、板蓝根:2kg、紫苏:2kg、大蒜:9kg、维生素复合物:0.5kg,粉碎造粒制得;其中,维生素复合物为维生素A:1kg、维生素D3:5kg、维生素E:3kg、维生素K3:2kg、维生素B1:2kg、维生素B2:1kg、维生素B6:1kg、维生素B12:2kg,混合均匀,取其中的0.5kg加入到上述的配方中;
(4)病害防治:鳃霉病防治方法,保持水质清洁,防止水质恶化,定期全池遍洒二氧化氯和硫醚沙星;细菌性肠炎防治方法,用诺氟沙星药饵投喂,连续投喂5-6天即可;车轮虫防治方法,出现病变鱼群,采用0.8ml/L硫酸铜全池泼洒;出血病防治方法:每隔5-10天用二氧化氯进行消毒,并在饲料中定期添加抗菌药物。
Claims (7)
1.一种鲟鱼养殖方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)养殖池处理:养殖池内注入清水0.8-1m,水温控制在18-25℃,用高锰酸钾对养殖池消毒,高锰酸钾用量为8-10g/m3,消毒时间2-3天,消毒后将养殖池中水全部放光,再注入清水至池高0.6-0.8m,并开启增氧机进行曝气增氧,使水中溶氧量保持在4ml/L以上,等待放苗;
