发明内容

发明的详细描述
根据本发明的各种实施例,分配器100可以包括分配器主体110和底座150。
根据本发明的各种实施例的分配器主体110可以包括壁112和盘形弹簧114。帽120或盖子可以坐置在壁112的上边缘或外缘上,使得至少部分地由壁112的内部和帽120的内部限定开放空间或腔。盘形弹簧114可以延伸远离壁112,并且当使用分配器100时可用作弹簧。
根据本发明的各种实施例的分配器100的底座150可以包括一个或多个盘形弹簧肋状物160、活塞152或活塞密封件、杆154和流体支出特征156。

如图2中图示的,一个或多个流体出口开口158可以在分配腔132内位于流体通道壁中并且贯穿流体通道壁。一个或多个流体出口开口158可以允许分配腔132内的流体从分配腔132排出到大气中,或者向下排出到底座150可以安置于其上的表面。
根据本发明的各种实施例,可以改变分配腔132的构型、形状、尺寸和其他特征,使得分配腔132包含或者可以包含期望量的流体。因此,分配腔132可以被定制,使得在每次致动期间,分配器100的致动将分配相对或基本上精确剂量的流体。
底座150也可以包括一个或多个流体支出特征156,如图2图示的。流体支出特征156-诸如所图示的-可以引导流体远离底座150或者在期望方向上从分配腔132支出或者排出。此外,流体支出特征156可用于支出被分配的流体。
在图3中从另一角度图示了在图2中图示的分配器100的同一实施例。如图示的,分配器主体110的盘形弹簧114可以安置在底座150的一个或多个盘形弹簧肋状物160上。当分配器主体110移位更加靠近底座150或者向下在底座150上面时,盘形弹簧肋状物160可以使盘形弹簧114张开或变形。例如,致动分配器100需要用户将力施加到帽120或者分配器100的顶部,将分配器主体110和底座150推在一起。当推动分配器主体110和底座150更加靠近在一起时,盘形弹簧114可以变形并且在盘形弹簧肋状物160的外边缘上滑动。当释放分配器100上的致动力时,盘形弹簧114的变形通过盘形弹簧114材料(例如弹性体材料)的性质而得以校正,使得盘形弹簧114使分配器主体110返回到原始位置。以这种方式,盘形弹簧114结合盘形弹簧肋状物160充当用于分配器100的弹簧,以使分配器100在其致动之后返回到未致动的状态。

根据本发明的各种实施例,分配器100可以由任何期望的材料制成。在一些实施例中,分配器100可以由树脂模制而成。分配器主体110和底座150可以使用相同的树脂或聚合物或者不同的树脂或聚合物模制而成。例如,分配器主体110和底座150二者可以由高密度聚丙烯、低密度聚丙烯、或者中等密度聚丙烯或其任意组合模制而成。

5.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其还包括包含在所述容器中的流体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其中,所述盘形弹簧由弹性体材料制成。
