Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,所述背光模组包括固定件、设于所述固定件上的光源和导光板,所述光源包括PCB板和多个LED灯,所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面开设有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽与所述多个LED灯一一对应,所述LED灯装设于所述凹槽中并与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述背光模组还包括设于所述光源与所述导光板之间的胶层,所述胶层覆盖于所述PCB板、所述LED灯的表面及所述导光板的入光面。本发明提出的背光模组中的LED灯装设于凹槽中,从而简化了光源的结构;光源通过胶层固定在所述导光板的入光面上,从而避免了在组装过程中,LED灯与导光板之间发生错位,提升了光源的发光效率。

Description

液晶显示器及其背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示器及其背光模组。
背景技术
在薄型化的背光设计里,由于导光板尺寸与LED的尺寸相近,使得在组装时需要非常精准的对位设计,否则会造成LED发出的光无法入射至导光板中,从而使光能利用率下降;而且在无背板的全贴合式的背光模组中,少了背板的定位辅助使得组装对位变得更加困难。在对无背板的背光模组进行组装时,先将LED灯条固定至铝挤,然后再将铝挤与导光板贴在一起,在此过程中,由于铝挤本身有尺寸的公差,再加上两道贴合工艺也存在人为的组装公差,所以在此架构中,LED与导光板的对位将显得更为困难。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,所述背光模组结构简单、能够提升光源的发光效率。
本发明提出的具体技术方案为:提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括固定件、设于所述固定件上的光源和导光板,所述光源包括PCB板和多个LED灯,所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面开设有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽与所述多个LED灯一一对应,所述LED灯装设于所述凹槽中并与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述背光模组还包括设于所述光源与所述导光板之间的胶层,所述胶层覆盖于所述PCB板、所述LED灯的表面及所述导光板的入光面。
进一步地,所述LED灯朝向所述导光板的一面与所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面平齐。
进一步地,所述固定件包括水平部及由所述水平部弯折延伸出的垂直部,所述导光板固定于所述水平部上,所述PCB板固定于所述垂直部上。
进一步地,所述胶层的折射率与所述导光板的折射率相等。
进一步地,所述多个LED灯呈直线排列,相邻两个所述LED灯之间的间距相等。
进一步地,所述固定部的材质为铝。
进一步地,还包括设于所述导光板底部的反射层。
进一步地,所述反射层为反射片。
进一步地,所述反射层为涂覆于所述导光板底部的反射涂层。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括显示模组及如上所述的背光模组,所述显示模组设于所述导光板上。
本发明提出的背光模组包括光源和导光板,所述光源包括PCB板和多个LED灯,所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面开设有多个凹槽,所述LED灯装设于凹槽中,从而简化了光源的结构;所述光源通过胶层固定在所述导光板的入光面上,从而避免了在组装过程中,LED灯与导光板之间发生错位,提升了光源的发光效率。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。然而,可以以许多不同的形式来实施本发明,并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施例。相反,提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用,从而使本领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的各种修改。在附图中,相同的标号将始终被用于表示相同的元件。
参照图1、图2,本实施例中的液晶显示器包括背光模组1和显示模组2。背光模组1包括固定件11、设于固定件11上的光源12和导光板13。光源12包括PCB板12a和多个LED灯12b。PCB板12a朝向导光板13的一面开设有多个凹槽120,多个凹槽120与多个LED灯12b一一对应,LED灯12b装设于凹槽120中并与导光板13的入光面相对设置,背光模组1还包括设于光源12与导光板13之间的胶层14,胶层14覆盖于PCB板12a、LED灯12b的表面及导光板13的入光面。
本实施例中导光板13的入光面指的是导光板13朝向光源12的一面,LED灯12b朝向导光板13的一面与PCB板12a朝向导光板13的一面平齐,使得胶层14可以均匀的涂覆于光源12与导光板13之间,通过胶层14可以将光源12与导光板13固定在一起,这样在对背光模组1进行组装的时候可以避免LED灯12b与导光板13之间发生错位,造成LED灯12b发出的光线不能全部的入射进导光板13中,从而降低光源12的发光效率。胶层14可以为双面胶或水胶,其中,胶层14的折射率与导光板13的折射率相等,这样可以减少不同介质所产生的菲涅尔损耗,提高了光源12的发光效率。
具体地,固定件11用于固定光源12和导光板13,固定件11包括水平部11a及由水平部11a弯折延伸出的垂直部11b,其中,水平部11a与垂直部11b相互垂直。导光板13固定于水平部11a上并与水平部11a平行,PCB板12a固定于垂直部11b上并与垂直部11b平行,其中,PCB板12a位于垂直部11b与导光板13之间。
本实施例中,固定部11的材质为铝,其一方面可以固定光源12和导光板13,另一方面可以作为背光模组1的散热结构,能够更好的将PCB板12a的热量传导出去。
多个LED灯12b呈直线排列,相邻两个LED灯12b之间的间距相等。本实施例中的LED灯12b由发光芯片和透明灯罩组成,透明灯罩对发光芯片进行封装。其中,发光芯片可以是白光芯片即发光芯片发出的是白光。发光芯片也可以是蓝光芯片即发光芯片发出的是蓝光,在发光芯片为蓝光芯片时,LED灯12b还包括涂覆于透明罩内表面的荧光材料,荧光材料可以为黄色的荧光粉、红色和绿色混合的荧光粉以及黄色和红色混合的荧光粉。蓝光芯片发出的蓝光激发荧光材料,从而使得从透明灯罩中出射的光为白光。
本实施例中的背光模组还包括设于导光板13底部的反射层15,反射层15可以是单独的反射片,其位于水平部11a与导光板13之间。反射层15也可以是涂覆于导光板13的底部的反射涂层。
背光模组1还包括设于导光板13顶部的光学膜片组16,其中,光学膜片组16包括上扩散片16a、增光片16b和下扩散片16c,上扩散片16a位于增光片16b和显示模组2之间,下扩散片16c位于增光片16b和导光板13之间。下扩散片16c用于将从导光板13的出光面发出的光集中起来均匀投射到增光片16b上,增光片16b用于将下扩散片16c发出的分散光进行聚集,以提高亮度,上扩散片16a用于对从增光片16b发出的光进行雾化,并将光均匀射出。
本实施例中显示模组2包括上偏光片21、显示组件22和下偏光片23,显示组件22位于上偏光片21和下偏光片23之间,下偏光片23位于显示组件22和上扩散片16a之间。
液晶显示器还包括用于支撑背光模组1和显示模组2的外框3,外框3包括侧框31和中框32,侧框31与中框32垂直,侧框31位于垂直部11b的外侧并与垂直部11b平行,中框32位于背光模组1与显示模组2之间,即中框32位于下偏光片23与上扩散片16a之间。
本实施例中LED灯12b装设于凹槽120中且LED灯12b的表面与PCB板12a的表面平齐,从而简化了光源12的结构。光源12通过胶层14固定在导光板13的入光面上,避免了在组装过程中,LED灯12b与导光板13之间发生错位,从而提升了光源12的发光效率;此外,通过胶层14的折射率与导光板13的折射率相等,减少了不同介质所产生的菲涅尔损耗,进一步提高了光源12的发光效率。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括固定件、设于所述固定件上的光源和导光板,所述光源包括PCB板和多个LED灯,所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面开设有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽与所述多个LED灯一一对应,所述LED灯装设于所述凹槽中并与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述背光模组还包括设于所述光源与所述导光板之间的胶层,所述胶层覆盖于所述PCB板、所述LED灯的表面及所述导光板的入光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述LED灯朝向所述导光板的一面与所述PCB板朝向所述导光板的一面平齐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定件包括水平部及由所述水平部弯折延伸出的垂直部,所述导光板固定于所述水平部上,所述PCB板固定于所述垂直部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶层的折射率与所述导光板的折射率相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述多个LED灯呈直线排列,相邻两个所述LED灯之间的间距相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述固定部的材质为铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设于所述导光板底部的反射层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射层为反射片。
9.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述反射层为涂覆于所述导光板底部的反射涂层。
10.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括显示模组及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的背光模组,所述显示模组设于所述导光板上。
