Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,所述背光模组包括外框、光源、导光板、反射层及光学膜片组,所述外框包括侧板,所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光源包括柔性电路板和LED,所述柔性电路板包括垂直部和第一水平部,所述垂直部设于所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面之间,所述LED设于所述垂直部朝向所述导光板的一面,所述第一水平部由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸得到,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述光学膜片组设于所述导光板的顶部。本发明通过将柔性电路板设置为垂直部和第一水平部两部分,从而可以避免因第一水平部长度过长而导致液晶显示器边框变宽,实现液晶显示器的窄边框设计。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示器及其背光模组。
背景技术
目前,全面屏将成为旗舰机的标配,即手机边框越来越窄,这就要求显示模组的上下左右边框都极窄;因为下边框(即LED灯侧)需一定的光导入距离,使得下边框做窄难度增加,常规的下边框约为5mm左右。随着光源的要求更高,光源的FPC的面积越来越大,以便于设置更多的LED,光源的FPC一般设置在导光板的顶部,因此,FPC的宽度成为限制下边框做窄的瓶颈。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模组,能够缩小液晶显示器的边框,实现液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
本发明提出的具体技术方案为:提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括外框、光源、导光板、反射层及光学膜片组,所述外框包括侧板,所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光源包括柔性电路板和LED,所述柔性电路板包括垂直部和第一水平部,所述垂直部设于所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面之间,所述LED设于所述垂直部朝向所述导光板的一面,所述第一水平部由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸得到,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述光学膜片组设于所述导光板的顶部。
进一步地,所述第一水平部延伸至所述导光板的顶部。
进一步地,所述第一水平部与所述垂直部垂直。
进一步地,所述第一水平部朝向所述导光板的一面涂覆有反射材料。
进一步地,所述背光模组还包括设于所述侧板与所述垂直部之间的胶层。
进一步地,所述外框还包括由所述侧板朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的底板,所述柔性电路板还包括由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的第二水平部,所述第二水平部与所述第一水平部分别位于所述导光板的两侧。
进一步地,所述第二水平部延伸至所述导光板的底部。
进一步地,所述第二水平部朝向所述导光板的一面涂覆有反射材料。
进一步地,所述底板包括连接部及由所述连接部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的台阶部,所述连接部的长度大于所述第二水平部的长度。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括如上所述的背光模组。
本发明提出的背光模组的光源包括柔性电路板和LED,所述柔性电路板包括垂直部和第一水平部,所述垂直部设于所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面之间,所述LED设于所述垂直部朝向所述导光板的一面,所述第一水平部由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸得到,通过将柔性电路板设置为垂直部和第一水平部两部分,从而可以避免因第一水平部长度过长而导致液晶显示器边框变宽,实现液晶显示器的窄边框设计。

背光模组1包括外框11、光源12、导光板13、反射层14及光学膜片组15,外框11包括侧板11a,侧板11a与导光板13的入光面13a相对设置。光源12包括柔性电路板12a和LED12b,柔性电路板12a包括垂直部10和第一水平部20,垂直部10设于侧板11a与导光板13的入光面13a之间,LED 12b设于垂直部10朝向导光板13的一面,第一水平部20由垂直部10朝向导光板13弯折延伸得到,反射层14设于导光板13的底部,光学膜片组15设于导光板13的顶部。这里,导光板13的入光面13a指的是导光板13朝向LED 12b的一面。
侧板11a用于固定垂直部10,LED 12b与垂直部10电性连接。LED 12b发出的光入射至导光板13中并经导光板13多次反射后从导光板13的出光面出射,这里,导光板13的出光面指的是导光板13与光学膜片组15相对的一面。从导光板13的出光面出射的光入射至光学膜片组15中。其中,入射至导光板13的底部的光线被反射层147反射至导光板13中,从而避免光线从导光板13的底部出射。
第一水平部20延伸至导光板13的顶部,较佳地,第一水平部20与垂直部10垂直,第一水平部20与导光板13的顶部边缘重叠,从而不需要额外的设置遮光胶层,同时,将柔性电路板12a设置为垂直部10和第一水平部20两部分,从而可以避免因第一水平部20长度过长而导致液晶显示器边框变宽。
为了提升光源12的利用率,第一水平部20朝向导光板13的一面涂覆有反射材料,反射材料可以为白油以及其他高反射率材料。LED 12b发出的光入射至第一水平部20上面时被反射材料反射进导光板13中,从而避免光线从LED的顶部泄露出去。
本实施例中的背光模组还包括设于侧板11a与垂直部10之间的胶层16,通过胶层16可以将垂直部10固定在侧板11a上。
光学膜片组15包括从下而上依次设置的下扩散片15a、增光片15b、上扩散片15c。上扩散片15c位于增光片15b和显示模组2之间,下扩散片15a位于增光片15b和导光板13之间。下扩散片15a用于将从导光板13的出光面13a发出的光集中起来均匀投射到增光片15b上,增光片15b用于将下扩散片15a发出的分散光进行聚集,以提高亮度,上扩散片15c用于对从增光片15b发出的光进行雾化,并将光均匀射出。
本实施例中的外框11还包括由侧板11a朝向导光板13弯折延伸出的底板11b,底板11b用于对整个背光模组1进行支撑。
本实施例中的反射层14可以是反射片也可以是涂覆于导光板13的底部的反射涂层。反射层14为反射片时,其延伸至LED 12b的底部,从而可以将从LED 12b底部出射的光线反射至导光板13中。
LED 12b由发光芯片和透明灯罩组成,透明灯罩对发光芯片进行封装。其中,发光芯片可以是白光芯片即发光芯片发出的是白光。发光芯片也可以是蓝光芯片即发光芯片发出的是蓝光,在发光芯片为蓝光芯片时,LED 12b还包括涂覆于透明罩内表面的荧光材料,荧光材料可以为黄色的荧光粉、红色和绿色混合的荧光粉以及黄色和红色混合的荧光粉。蓝光芯片发出的蓝光激发荧光材料,从而使得从透明灯罩中出射的光为白光。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于柔性电路板12a还包括由垂直部10朝向导光板13弯折延伸出的第二水平部30。
第二水平部30与第一水平部20分别位于导光板13的两侧。较佳地,第二水平部30与第一水平部20平行,第二水平部30延伸至导光板13的底部。第二水平部30与导光板13的底部边缘重叠,从而不需要额外的设置遮光胶层以及不需要将反射层14延伸至LED 12b的底部。将柔性电路板12a设置为垂直部10、第一水平部20和第二水平部30三部分,从而可以进一步避免因第一水平部20长度过长而导致液晶显示器边框变宽。
为了进一步提升光源12的利用率,第二水平部30朝向导光板13的一面涂覆有反射材料,反射材料可以为白油以及其他高反射率材料。LED 12b发出的光入射至第二水平部30上面时被反射材料反射进导光板13中,从而避免光线从LED的顶部泄露出去。
本实施例中底板11b包括连接部100及由连接部100朝向导光板13弯折延伸出的台阶部101,连接部100的长度大于第二水平部30的长度。通过台阶部101可以支撑反射层14同时减少液晶显示器的厚度。
本实施例中垂直部10、第一水平部20及第二水平部30都是单层FPC。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括外框、光源、导光板、反射层及光学膜片组,所述外框包括侧板,所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面相对设置,所述光源包括柔性电路板和LED,所述柔性电路板包括垂直部和第一水平部,所述垂直部设于所述侧板与所述导光板的入光面之间,所述LED设于所述垂直部朝向所述导光板的一面,所述第一水平部由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸得到,所述反射层设于所述导光板的底部,所述光学膜片组设于所述导光板的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一水平部延伸至所述导光板的顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一水平部与所述垂直部垂直。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一水平部朝向所述导光板的一面涂覆有反射材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括设于所述侧板与所述垂直部之间的胶层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述外框还包括由所述侧板朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的底板,所述柔性电路板还包括由所述垂直部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的第二水平部,所述第二水平部与所述第一水平部分别位于所述导光板的两侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二水平部延伸至所述导光板的底部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二水平部朝向所述导光板的一面涂覆有反射材料。
9.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述底板包括连接部及由所述连接部朝向所述导光板弯折延伸出的台阶部,所述连接部的长度大于所述第二水平部的长度。
10.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一所述的背光模组。
