Abstract

Description

有序的瓶子输送机
本发明涉及如先有技术已知的使取自无序瓶堆中的塑料瓶或类似容器定向并以有序序列传送这些瓶子的机器。
输送机包括料斗,在料斗中待传送的瓶子以无序方式堆积在一起。在料斗周壁转动时,瓶子被推动而上升到一个倾斜的导轨,直至瓶子从壁的上边沿落下而以水平位置装入环绕料斗的导向件。
特制的叶片沿环形导板推动瓶子,推到开口,瓶子通过开口掉入位于下面的传送托架,该托架包括一个装置,该装置用于在瓶子随后下落通过传送器期间整理瓶子,该传送器使垂直配置的瓶子对着成准直序列的抽气装置。
在欧洲专利EP0374107中说明了一个这种装置的例子。
随着灌瓶生产线速度的增加,对高速输送机的需求不断增加。然而因为各种原因,还不可能不加选择地增加料斗转速。现在机器的结构具有操作上的局限性,这种局限性使得这种机械不能满意地用在高速生产线上。已经生产了可以增加瓶子传送速度的机器,在这种机器中,其上落入整理后的瓶子的环形件以高于料斗的速度转动。在例如美国专利4825995中说明了这种机器。为确保上述不同的转速,在先有技术中的机器需要相当复杂的具有传送链和皮带的机构,该传送链和皮带连接到在转动的外周环形件外边配置的付轴上。很明显,以这种方式构造的机器其总的尺寸相当庞大,而具传送部件的磨损可能很快。
本发明的一般目的是通过提供一种输送机来克服上述缺点,该机器可以以安全和高速运转方式以有序序列输送瓶子,而且转动部件的驱动机构的特征是结构简单,所占空间有限。为了上述目的,本发明设法提供一种整理和准直机,该机包括一个装散瓶子的料斗,该料斗的内侧壁具有推进叶片,以推进在螺旋形导轨上的瓶子,该螺旋形导轨沿内壁延伸,瓶子从导轨的端部卸入到围绕料斗上边缘配置的环形隔间中,在该隔间中使瓶子在料斗外围的托架中的支承件上运动,并使瓶随托架转动,而且该支承件被间断开,以使瓶子落入随托架一起转动的整理传送器,并且瓶子从传送器卸入到一个环形件的外周隔间,该环形件与料斗共轴转动,但转动速度大于料斗速度,其特征在于,料斗和环形件由各自的共轴转盘可转动地支承,料斗的转盘由驱动轴驱动,而环形件转盘由一根转轴驱动,该转轴通过齿轮装置由该驱动轴转动,这两根轴配置在机器的里面,位于料斗的下面。
为了清楚地解释本发明的革新原理及其与先有技术相比的优点,下面根据附图说明应用上述原理的可能的例示性实施例,这些附图是:
图1是本发明输送机的部分横截面图;
图2是沿图1的沿平面II-II切开的示意图;
图3~5是例示本发明机器操作周期的视图。
图1中示出整个用参考编号10表示的输送机的横截面图。输送机10包括具有锥形底部的料斗11,该料斗的壁上具有许多肋12,用于沿悬挂的导轨14推动装在料斗中的瓶子13。沿导轨14推动的瓶子从料斗的顶边缘落入到位于料斗壁和固定保持壁16之间的空间15。在料斗外围的导向件18位于壁间的空间15中。转动的料斗由电动机19给与动力并具有沿导向件18推动瓶子(用13′表示)的托架21。如在这一领域已知的,导向件18是间断开的,这种间断使得瓶子可以落入位于下面的漏斗形传送器22中,该传送器与托架21整体转动,并垂直地位于该托架下面。该传送器使直立的瓶子对着有序序列瓶子的出口装置。托架21具有已知的装置23,以保证瓶子以直立状态掉入传送器22。在传送器22下面的壁间空间15中,径向分离器24的环形件20转动,各个分离器被设计成可以接收一个从传送器卸出的直立的瓶子。环形件20通过机构25而与料斗共轴转动,该机构25由同一电动机19驱动,下面将说明其运动关系。指形取出装置26在瓶子达到与移走装置相对的位置时便从环形件上取出瓶子,该移走装置具有转动叶片27,该叶片将啮合由取出装置26径向移动的瓶子,将其移到位置28,在该位置常规的传送装置(如皮带输送机)将接管这些瓶子,使其沿机器10旁边的传送线传送。从图1可以看到,电动机19通过减速器32驱动转轴33,该轴上装有传动齿轮34,以驱动支承转盘36的止推轴承35,该转盘36与料斗11形成整体。适当的滚柱轴承37装在止推轴承35和机器座38之间,以保证转盘的正确转动。
在转轴33上还装有啮合另一环形件40的环形件39,该环形件40与付轴41共轴,该付轴又支承相应的传动齿轮42。第二止推轴承43与传动齿轮42啮合,该止推轴承支承与环形件24形成整体的第二转盘44,该环形件24接收瓶子,轴承45放置在止推轴承43和机器座38之间。
在付轴41上最好装上皮带轮46,该皮带轮通过皮带47和从动轮48驱动辅助轴49,以便于控制瓶子移走装置27的转动。
从上述说明可以清楚看出,本发明机器的转盘驱动装置与先有技术机器相比其结构和机构显著简化,从而也减小了总的尺寸,因为轴33、42及其有关的连接齿轮装置被配置在机器轮廓线的里面,位于料斗的下面。
图3~5示意示出机器的操作周期,从而可以弄明白托架21和环形件20之间的同步关系。为简化起见,图3~5仅示出间隔开120°的三个托架21a、21b和21c。实际上,托架可以具有更多数目,例如经常可以沿圆周均匀配置21个托架。导向件18的数目也是三个,由下落通道29a、29b和29c隔开。下落通道充分宽,以便使瓶子实际上可以水平下落,从而使得瓶子在落入传送器期间可以垂直转动。如技术人员清楚的,导轨14如此配置,使得托架相应的传送器排料时在一个托架21内可以插入一个新的瓶子。
在操作周期的开始(图3),托架由导向件18上的水平瓶子充填。托架的转动将瓶子推到开口29上(图4),该瓶子因此通过传送器下落,并使各个瓶子垂直进入环形件20的小室或隔间。在瓶子落下之后,托架又重新腾空,并随时可以接收另外三个瓶(图5)。此时,可以完全同样地重复瓶子的传输和落入托架的操作周期。例如在第一卸出点29a和第二卸出点29b之间的托架21a可以接收新的瓶子。托架21a继续转动并达到位置29b,在此位置它将新的瓶子卸入固定在托架下面的传送器22内。瓶子从传送器落入分离器24,而在29a和29b之间的瓶子行程中,托架和环形件20的转动机构将使环形件24相对于托架转“一步”,即转过一个环形件隔间的长度。这样,便到达一个隔间,该隔间对着在位置29b的传送器,并位于前一个周期充满的隔间的后面。在下一个位置29b和29c之间的运转状况与上相同。
这样,在转过一整圈的过程中,每个托架将三个瓶子卸入到三个接连的隔间中。在环形件20上形成隔间的数目是托架21数目的三倍减去三。如果用21托架,则转一圈可以传送60个瓶子。
和先有技术机器可能达到的频率相比,这显著地增加了输送瓶子的频率。根据这一点可清楚看出已达到预定目的。
上面利用上述原理的非限定性例子说明了应用本发明革新性原理的实施例,该实施例包括在本文申请的排他性权利要求的范围内,但一定不能看作为对本文申请的排他性权利要求范围的限制。
例如根据具体要求可以改变托架的数目和形状。
瓶子落入转动环形件的座位24的频率是特别高的,而且该座位配置得更靠近,从而可以达到本发明追求的高生产率。因此,正确地传送瓶子,使其从传送器上落入环形件的隔间也是相当重要的。
在理论上,当座位与传送器完全对齐时便可以设想瓶子可以落在座位中。但是实际上这种情况不能准确地和稳定地发生。瓶子可能早晚地稍微超前地掉落,这样便会碰到座位的侧壁,发生相当强的反弹和退回,这样便不可能装入到隔间中,因而造成机器操作规律性的相当大的缺陷。为了弥补这种缺陷,按照本发明,隔间的位于环形件通道前方的侧壁上具有向隔间内部倾斜的上边缘,并且使轮子的转动和瓶的掉落之间这样同步,使得瓶的落下稍微超前,然后才在传送器轴线和隔间轴线之间达到瞬时准直(对齐)。瓶子的底部碰到该倾斜的斜面,受到一个反弹冲力,该冲力具有一个较小的向上分量和一个使瓶子与隔间对齐的推力分量,此推力分量大大有助于瓶子进入隔间。
图2示出如何在隔间之间的分离壁上在其上边缘斜切出倾斜表面31。垂直下落的瓶子的底部的反弹轨迹具有显著大的使瓶变直的分量,而垂直反弹分量则急剧减小。为了显著地增加这种效果,必须使表面31与隔间轴之间的角度相当小,例如最好不超过45°。

Claims (7)

1.一种瓶子整理和准直机器(13),它包括松散瓶子的装载料斗(11),该料斗的内侧壁含有将瓶子推到螺旋形导轨(14)上的叶片(12),该叶片沿上述内壁延伸,瓶子(13)从导轨的端部卸入沿料斗的上边缘周围配置的环形隔间(15)中,在该隔间中使瓶子在料斗(11)外围的托架(21)中的一个支承件(18)上运动,并使瓶随托架转动,支承件(18)是间断开的,以使瓶可以掉入与托架一起转动的整理传送器(22),瓶然后从该传送器卸入到环形件(20)的外周隔间中,该环形件(20)与料斗共轴转动,其转速大于料斗,该机器的特征在于,料斗(11)和环形件(20)由各自的互共轴转盘(36、44)转动地支承,料斗(11)的转盘(36)由驱动轴(33)转动,而环形件(20)的转盘(44)由转轴(41)转动,该转轴(41)由驱动轴(33)经齿轮装置(39、40)驱动,两个转轴(33、41)配置在机器的里边,位于料斗的下面。
2.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,轴(33、41)是相反转动的,各自的装在轴上的传动轮使得共轴啮合的止推轴承(35、43)转动,该止推轴承支承相应的转盘(36、44)。
3.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,在环形件上形成隔间的数目是上述托架(21)和上述传送器(22)数目的倍数,而且环形件(20)的转速大于托架(21)的转速,以使圆周速度大于两个连续隔间之间的间距,因而托架每转一圈便对应于从每个托架卸出瓶子。
4.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,在环形件(20)上形成隔间的数目是托架(21)数目的三倍减去三。
5.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,整理传送器(22)是漏斗形的。
6.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,在环形件(20)上形成的隔间由壁(30)分开,该壁具有倾斜的上边缘(31)。
7.如权利要求6所述的机器,其特征在于,分隔间的分离壁(30)具有倾斜表面,该表面与隔间轴线形成的角不大于45°。
