The blower 222 and the heater 223 are respectively connected to the terminal controller, so that the blower 222 or the heater 223 can be independently controlled. Such as: in a sand-dust weather, a large amount of dust and foreign matters are adhered to the surface of the wire, and at the moment, the fan 222 is started to sweep while cleaning, so that the efficiency is improved; in sunny weather, the blower 222 can be turned off and only cleaning is performed.
