in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a VOIP registration request message sent by a local mobility management entity, a local VOIP AS server performs VOIP registration for a first user equipment according to a local user identifier allocated to the first user equipment in the VOIP registration request message and an IP address of the first user equipment in the local network, and obtains a VOIP configuration parameter, and then sends the VOIP configuration parameter to the local mobility management entity, so that the local mobility management entity sends the VOIP configuration parameter to the first user equipment, and the first user equipment completes VOIP setting according to the VOIP configuration parameter.

Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a Voice service, AS shown in fig. 1, where the method is executed in a system including a local mobility management entity, a first user equipment, a local user server, and a local VOIP AS (Voice over internet protocol application server) server, AS shown in fig. 2, the method is a framework structure of the system, where a network where the local mobility management entity, the local user server, and the local VOIP AS server are located is a local network, the local network may be a network only supporting 4G, the first user equipment may be a user equipment not supporting Vo L TE, and when the first user equipment is located in a local network corresponding to the system, the method includes the following steps:
101. the first user equipment attaches in the local network using its home subscriber identity.
Specifically, the home subscriber identity may be a telephone number of the first user equipment in its home location, for example, if the operator corresponding to the first user equipment is a china mobile, the home subscriber identity may be a telephone number allocated to the first user equipment by the china mobile, and of course, the home subscriber identity may also be another unique identity allocated to the first user equipment by the home operator, which is not described herein again. When the first user equipment is attached to the local network, it may be attached to the local network through its home subscriber server.
102. And after the first user equipment is attached in the local network, the local mobility management entity judges whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS bearer.
103. And if the first user equipment does not establish the IMS load, the local mobility management entity sends a local user identification request message to the local user server.
104. And the local user server distributes a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message.
Specifically, the local user server may allocate a local user identifier in an idle state to the first user equipment in the local user identifier pool, where the local user identifier may be a local phone number or another identifier used for distinguishing different user equipments, and the local user identifier has uniqueness, and the specific local user identifier is not described herein any more.
105. And the local user server returns a local user identification response message carrying a local user identification to the local mobility management entity.
106. The local mobility management entity sends a VOIP (Voice over IP) registration request message to the local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration request message carries the local user identifier and an IP (Internet Protocol) address of the first user equipment in the local network.
Specifically, when the first user equipment attaches, the local network may assign an IP address of the local network to the first user equipment, and the first user equipment may communicate with the local network through the IP address. When sending the VOIP registration request message to the local VOIP AS server, the following two steps can be implemented: step 1, a local mobility management entity sends a VOIP registration request message to a local GMSC (Gateway Mobile Switching Center); and step 2, the local GMSC sends the VOIP registration request message to a local VOIP AS server.
107. And the local VOIP AS server performs VOIP registration for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address so AS to obtain VOIP configuration parameters.
Specifically, in the above manner, the first user equipment is registered in the local network, and the obtained VOIP configuration parameters include VOIP setting parameters of the local network, before the first user equipment performs the voice service with the local network, the first user equipment needs to modify the VOIP setting parameters of the first user equipment into corresponding VOIP setting parameters, so that the first user equipment performs the voice service according to the corresponding VOIP setting parameters and the local user identifier allocated to the first user equipment.
108. And the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP registration response information to the local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP registration response information carries the VOIP configuration parameters.
Specifically, when sending the VOIP registration response message to the local mobility management entity, the following two steps may be implemented: step 1, a local VOIP AS server sends a VOIP registration response message to a local GMSC; and 2, the local GMSC sends the VOIP registration response message to the local mobility management entity.
109. And the local mobility management entity sends the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters to the first user equipment.
Specifically, when the first user equipment performs the voice service with the local network, the voice service needs to be performed according to the voice service communication mode of the local network, that is, the first user equipment needs to modify the VOIP setting of the first user equipment according to the VOIP configuration parameters of the local network, after the above process is completed, the first user equipment completes the registration process in the local network, and the first user equipment has the local user identifier and the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment completes the VOIP setting of the local network according to the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment can access the local network and perform the voice service in the local network through the local user identifier, when the first user equipment does not support the Vo L TE function, and the first user equipment is in a network that only supports 4G, the voice service function can be obtained through the above method, and further the voice service can be performed.
In a possible embodiment, when the above-mentioned system is L TE (L ong terminal evolution, long term evolution) system, the local Mobility Management Entity is a local MME (Mobility Management Entity, Mobility Management node), the local Subscriber Server is a local HSS (Home Subscriber Server), and the local gateway Entity is a local P-GW (Public Data Network gateway), as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
301. the first user equipment attaches in the local network using its home subscriber identity, via its home HSS.
302. And after the first user equipment is attached in the local network, the local MME judges whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS bearer.
303. And if the first user equipment does not establish the IMS bearer, the local MME sends a local user identification request message to the local HSS.
304. And the local HSS distributes a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message.
305. And the local HSS returns a local user identification response message carrying the local user identification to the local MME.
306. And the local MME sends a VOIP registration request message to the local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address of the first user equipment in the local network.
Specifically, the step 306 may include the following two steps: step 1, a local MME sends a VOIP registration request message to a local GMSC; and step 2, the local GMSC sends the VOIP registration request message to a local VOIP AS server.
307. And the local VOIP AS server registers a network telephone SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address so AS to obtain VOIP configuration parameters.
308. And the local VOIP AS server sends a VOIP registration response message to the local MME, wherein the VOIP registration response message carries the VOIP configuration parameters.
Specifically, the step 308 may include the following two steps: step 1, the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP registration response information to the local GMSC; and 2, the local GMSC sends a VOIP registration response message to the local MME.
309. And the local MME sends the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters to the first user equipment.
In a possible embodiment, when the above system is a Multefire system, the local mobility Management Entity is a local NH-MME (Neutral network mobility Management Entity), the local user server is a local AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting, Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting server), and the local Gateway Entity is a local NH-GW (Neutral Gateway), as shown in fig. 4, the method may include the following steps:
401. the first user equipment uses its home subscriber identity to attach in the local network via its home AAA.
402. And after the first user equipment is attached in the local network, the local HN-MME judges whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS bearer.
403. And if the first user equipment does not establish the IMS bearer, the local HN-MME sends a local user identification request message to the local AAA.
404. And the local AAA allocates a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message.
405. And the local AAA returns a local user identification response message carrying the local user identification to the local HN-MME.

In a possible embodiment, after the local user server returns a local user identifier response message carrying a local user identifier to the local mobility management entity, the local mobility management entity needs to establish a corresponding relationship between the local user identifier and the home user identifier; and the mobility management entity sends the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
In a possible embodiment, the system further includes a second user equipment, a local GMSC, and a local gateway entity, as shown in fig. 5, when the second user equipment initiates a voice service call to the first user equipment, the method may include the following steps:
501. and the second user equipment generates a call request message according to the attribution user identification.
502. The second ue sends the call request message to a local GMSC where the first ue is located through an MSC (Mobile switching center) where the second ue is located.
Specifically, after the first user equipment completes the attachment of the local network, the IP address of the local GMSC is sent to the home subscriber server, the second user equipment may send a call request message through the MSC of its home, then the MSC of the home sends a query message to the home subscriber server, the home subscriber server sends the queried IP address of the local GMSC to the MSC of the home according to the home subscriber identity of the first user equipment carried in the query message, and the MSC of the home sends the call request message to the local GMSC where the first user equipment is located according to the IP address.
503. The local GMSC sends the call request message to the local VOIP AS server.
504. And the local VOIP AS server inquires the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation.
505. And the local VOIP AS server judges whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration.
506. And if the local user identification completes VOIP registration, the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP call request information to the first user equipment according to the local user identification.
507. And the first user equipment returns a VOIP call response message to the local VOIP AS server according to the VOIP call request.

Specifically, a VOIP bearer is established between the first user equipment and the second user equipment in the above manner, and the first user equipment and the second user equipment can perform a voice service through the VOIP bearer, thereby completing the called process of the first user equipment in the above manner.
In a possible implementation, when the system is an L TE system and the gateway entity is a P-GW, as shown in fig. 6, when the second user equipment initiates a voice service call to the first user equipment, the method may include the following steps:
601. and the second user equipment generates a call request message according to the attribution user identification.
602. And the second user equipment sends the call request message to a local GMSC (gateway mobile switching center) where the first user equipment is located through an MSC where the second user equipment is located.
603. The local GMSC sends the call request message to the local VOIP AS server.
604. And the local VOIP AS server inquires the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation.
605. And the local VOIP AS server judges whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration.
606. And if the local user identification completes VOIP registration, the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP call request information to the first user equipment according to the local user identification.
607. And the first user equipment returns a VOIP call response message to the local VOIP AS server according to the VOIP call request.

610. And the P-GW sends a VOIP bearer establishment response message carrying the successful VOIP bearer establishment to the local VOIP AS server.
In a possible implementation manner, when the system is a Multefire system and the gateway entity is a HN-GW, as shown in fig. 7, when the second user equipment initiates a voice service call to the first user equipment, the method may include the following steps:
701. and the second user equipment generates a call request message according to the attribution user identification.
702. And the second user equipment sends the call request message to a local GMSC (gateway mobile switching center) where the first user equipment is located through an MSC where the second user equipment is located.
703. The local GMSC sends the call request message to the local VOIP AS server.
704. And the local VOIP AS server inquires the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation.
705. And the local VOIP AS server judges whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration.
706. And if the local user identification completes VOIP registration, the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP call request information to the first user equipment according to the local user identification.
707. And the first user equipment returns a VOIP call response message to the local VOIP AS server according to the VOIP call request.

In a possible embodiment, the HN-GW establishes a VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a default bearer according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message; or, according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message, establishing a VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a dedicated bearer.
710. And the P-GW sends a VOIP bearer establishment response message carrying the successful VOIP bearer establishment to the local VOIP AS server.
In one possible embodiment, when the first user equipment logs off at the home network, as shown in fig. 8, the method includes the following steps:
801. the first user equipment performs detach in the local network using the home subscriber identity.
802. And after the first user equipment completes detachment in the local network, the local mobility management entity judges whether the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identification or not according to the home user identification and the corresponding relation.

804. And the local VOIP AS server performs VOIP logout for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address.
805. And the local VOIP AS server sends a VOIP logout response message to the local mobility management entity.

111. and judging whether the first user equipment establishes the IMS load.
112. And if the first user equipment does not establish the IMS load, sending a local user identification request message to the local user server.
113. And receiving a local user identification response message returned by the local user server, wherein the local user identification response message carries a local user identification allocated to the first user equipment.
114. And sending a VOIP registration request message to the local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration request carries the local user identification and the IP address of the first user equipment in the local network.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the local mobility management entity judges that the first user equipment does not establish the IMS bearer, a user identification request message is sent to the local user server, a local user identification which is not distributed by the first user equipment and is returned by the local user server is received, a VOIP registration request message is sent to the local VOIP AS server, VOIP configuration parameters returned by the local VOIP AS server are received, the VOIP configuration parameters are sent to the first user equipment, so that the first user equipment performs VOIP setting according to the VOIP configuration parameters, through the process, the first user equipment completes the registration process in the local network, and the first user equipment has the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment completes the VOIP setting of the local network according to the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment can be accessed into the local network and performs a voice service in the local network through the local user identification, and when the first user equipment does not support the VO L function and is in a network which only supports 4G, the voice service function can be obtained through the method.
In a possible embodiment, after receiving a local user identifier response message returned by the local user server, the local mobility management entity establishes a correspondence between the local user identifier and a home user identifier of the first user equipment; and sending the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
In a possible embodiment, based on the above solution, as shown in fig. 12, the log-off method of the first user equipment includes the following steps:
121. and after the first user equipment completes detachment in the local network, judging whether the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identification or not according to the attribution user identification and the corresponding relation.
122. And if the first user equipment is distributed with the local user identification, sending a VOIP logout request message to a local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identification and the IP address.

the first user equipment 161, when the first user equipment 161 is in the local network corresponding to the system, is configured to attach to the local network using its home subscriber identity.
The local mobility management entity 162 is configured to determine whether the first user equipment 161 establishes an IMS bearer after the first user equipment 161 is attached to the local network.
The local mobility management entity 162, if the first user equipment 161 does not establish an IMS bearer, is further configured to send a local user identity request message to the local user server 163.
The local user server 163 is configured to allocate a local user identifier to the first user equipment 161 according to the local user identifier request message.
The local user server 163 is further configured to return a local user identifier response message carrying the local user identifier to the local mobility management entity 162.

In the embodiment of the present invention, when a first user equipment is in a local network, firstly, using a user identifier of a home location thereof to complete attachment in the local network, and after the attachment of the first user equipment is completed, a local mobility management entity determines whether an IMS bearer is established for the first user equipment, if the IMS bearer is not established, the local mobility management entity sends a local user identifier request message to a local user server, the local user server allocates a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message, and returns the local user identifier to the local mobility management entity, the local mobility management entity sends a VOIP registration request message to the local AS server, the local VOIP AS server performs network telephone VOIP registration for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier in the VOIP registration request message and an IP address of the first user equipment in the local network, and obtains a VOIP configuration parameter, then the local mobility management entity sends the VOIP configuration parameter to the first user equipment, the first user equipment performs a VOIP setting according to the VOIP configuration parameter, and the local mobility management entity can perform a VOIP configuration parameter setting when the first user equipment is in the local mobility management entity and the local mobility management entity can perform a VOIP service registration, so that the VOIP parameter is capable of supporting the local user equipment, the VOIP service, the first user equipment is capable of performing a VOIP configuration through the local network telephone registration, and the local user equipment access support TE 25, so that the local user equipment is capable of performing a VOIP service setting in the local network.

In the embodiment of the invention, after the local mobility management entity judges that the first user equipment does not establish the IMS bearer, a user identification request message is sent to the local user server, a local user identification which is not distributed by the first user equipment and is returned by the local user server is received, a VOIP registration request message is sent to the local VOIP AS server, VOIP configuration parameters returned by the local VOIP AS server are received, the VOIP configuration parameters are sent to the first user equipment, so that the first user equipment performs VOIP setting according to the VOIP configuration parameters, through the process, the first user equipment completes the registration process in the local network, and the first user equipment has the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment completes the VOIP setting of the local network according to the VOIP configuration parameters, so that the first user equipment can be accessed into the local network and performs a voice service in the local network through the local user identification, and when the first user equipment does not support the VO L function and is in a network which only supports 4G, the voice service function can be obtained through the method.

Claims (24)

1. A method for processing voice service, which is executed in a system including a local mobility management entity, a first user equipment, a local user server and a local network protocol voice application server, VOIP AS server, when the first user equipment is in a local network corresponding to the system, the method includes:
after the first user equipment is attached to the local network, the local mobility management entity judges whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS (internet protocol multimedia subsystem) bearer;
if the first user equipment does not establish IMS load, the local mobility management entity sends a local user identification request message to the local user server;
the local user server distributes a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message;
the local user server returns a local user identification response message carrying a local user identification to the local mobility management entity;
the local mobility management entity sends a network protocol voice VOIP registration request message to a local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration request message carries the local user identification and the network protocol IP address of the first user equipment in the local network;
the local VOIP AS server performs VOIP registration for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address to obtain VOIP configuration parameters;
the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP registration response information to the local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP registration response information carries the VOIP configuration parameters;
and the local mobility management entity sends the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters to the first user equipment.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the local user server returns a local user identity response message carrying a local user identity to the local mobility management entity, the method further comprises:
the local mobility management entity establishes a corresponding relation between the local user identifier and a home user identifier of the first user equipment;
and the mobility management entity sends the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the system further comprises a second user equipment, a local Gateway Mobile Switching Center (GMSC), and a local gateway entity, the method further comprising:
the second user equipment generates a call request message according to the attribution user identification;
the second user equipment sends the call request message to a local GMSC (gateway mobile switching center) where the first user equipment is located through a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) where the second user equipment is located;
the local GMSC sends the call request message to the local VOIP AS server;
the local VOIP AS server inquires the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation;
the local VOIP AS server judges whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
if the local user identification completes VOIP registration, the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP call request information to the first user equipment according to the local user identification;
the first user equipment returns a VOIP call response message to the local VOIP AS server according to the VOIP call request;
the local VOIP AS server sends a VOIP bearer establishment request message to the local gateway entity according to the VOIP call response message;
the gateway entity establishes a VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message;
and the gateway entity sends a VOIP bearer establishment response message carrying the successful VOIP bearer establishment to the local VOIP AS server.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the gateway entity establishing the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message comprises:
and the gateway entity establishes the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a default bearer according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the gateway entity establishing the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message comprises:
and the gateway entity establishes the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a special bearer according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
the first user equipment uses the home subscriber identity to detach in the local network;
after the first user equipment completes detachment in the local network, the local mobility management entity judges whether the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identification or not according to the home user identification and the corresponding relation;
if the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identifier, the local mobility management entity sends a VOIP logout request message to a local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address;
the local VOIP AS server carries out VOIP logout for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address;
the local VOIP AS server sends VOIP logout response information to the local mobility management entity;
the local mobility management entity sends a request message for releasing the local user identification to the local user server according to the VOIP logout response message, wherein the request message for releasing the local user identification carries the local user identification;
the local user server releases the local user identification according to the local user identification;
and the local user server sends a response message for releasing the local user identification to the local mobility management entity.
7. A method for processing a voice service is executed in a local mobility management entity, and after a first user equipment is located in a local network corresponding to the local mobility management entity and an attachment of the first user equipment in the local network is completed, the method comprises:
judging whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS bearing;
if the first user equipment does not establish the IMS load, sending a local user identification request message to a local user server;
receiving a local user identification response message returned by the local user server, wherein the local user identification response message carries a local user identification allocated to the first user equipment;
sending a VOIP registration request message to a local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration request carries the local user identification and the IP address of the first user equipment in the local network;
receiving a VOIP registration response message returned by the local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP registration response message carries VOIP configuration parameters;
and sending the local user identification and the VOIP configuration parameters to the first user equipment.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after said receiving a local subscriber identity response message returned by said local subscriber server, said method further comprises:
establishing a corresponding relation between the local user identifier and a home user identifier of the first user equipment;
and sending the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein when the first user equipment completes the detach in the local network, the method further comprises:
judging whether the first user equipment is distributed with the local user identification or not according to the attribution user identification and the corresponding relation;
if the first user equipment is distributed with the local user identification, sending a VOIP logout request message to a local VOIP AS server, wherein the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identification and the IP address;
receiving a VOIP cancellation response message returned by the local VOIP AS server;
sending a request message for releasing the local user identification to the local user server according to the VOIP logout response message, wherein the request message for releasing the local user identification carries the local user identification;
and receiving a local user identification releasing response message returned by the local user server.
10. A method for processing voice services, implemented in a local VOIP AS server, the method comprising:
receiving a VOIP registration request message sent by a local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP registration request carries a local user identifier distributed for first user equipment and an IP address of the first user equipment in a local network;
performing VOIP registration for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address to obtain VOIP configuration parameters;
and sending a VOIP registration response message to the local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP registration response message carries the VOIP configuration parameters.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a corresponding relation between the local user identifier sent by the local mobility management entity and a home user identifier of the first user equipment;
receiving a call request message sent by a local GMSC where the first user equipment is located;
inquiring the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation;
judging whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
if the local user identification completes VOIP registration, sending a VOIP call request message to the first user equipment according to the local user identification;
receiving a VOIP call response message returned by the first user equipment;
sending a VOIP bearer establishment request message to a local gateway entity according to the VOIP call response message;
and receiving a VOIP bearer establishment response message sent by the local gateway, wherein the VOIP bearer establishment response message carries information of successful VOIP bearer establishment.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a VOIP logout request message sent by the local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address;
performing VOIP logout for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address;
and sending a VOIP logout response message to the local mobility management entity.
13. A processing system of voice service is characterized in that the system comprises a local mobility management entity, first user equipment, a local user server and a local VOIP AS server;
the local mobility management entity is configured to determine whether the first user equipment establishes an IMS bearer after the first user equipment is attached to the local network;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to send a local user identifier request message to the local user server if the first user equipment does not establish an IMS bearer;
the local user server is used for distributing a local user identifier for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier request message;
the local user server is further configured to return a local user identifier response message carrying a local user identifier to the local mobility management entity;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to send a VOIP registration request message to the local VOIP AS server, where the VOIP registration request carries the local user identifier and the IP address of the first user equipment in the local network;
the local VOIP AS server is used for carrying out VOIP registration for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address so AS to obtain VOIP configuration parameters;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for sending VOIP registration response information to the local mobility management entity, and the VOIP registration response information carries the VOIP configuration parameters;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to send the local user identifier and the VOIP configuration parameter to the first user equipment.
14. The system of claim 13,
the local mobility management entity is further configured to establish a corresponding relationship between the local user identifier and a home user identifier of the first user equipment; and sending the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the system further comprises a second user equipment, a local GMSC, and a local gateway entity;
the second user equipment is used for generating a call request message according to the attribution user identification;
the second user equipment is further configured to send the call request message to a local GMSC where the first user equipment is located through an MSC where the second user equipment is located;
the local GMSC is used for sending the call request message to the local VOIP AS server;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for inquiring the local user identification according to the attribution user identification in the call request message and the corresponding relation;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for judging whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for sending VOIP call request information to the first user equipment according to the local user identification if the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
the first user equipment is also used for returning VOIP call response information to the local VOIP AS server according to the VOIP call request;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for sending VOIP bearer establishment request information to the local gateway entity according to the VOIP call response information;
the gateway entity is used for establishing VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message;
and the gateway entity is also used for sending a VOIP bearer establishment response message carrying the successful VOIP bearer establishment to the local VOIP AS server.
16. The system according to claim 15, wherein when the gateway entity is configured to establish the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message, the gateway entity is specifically configured to:
and establishing the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a default bearer according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message.
17. The system according to claim 15, wherein when the gateway entity is configured to establish the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message, the gateway entity is specifically configured to:
and establishing the VOIP bearer for the first user equipment on a special bearer according to the VOIP bearer establishment request message.
18. The system of claim 14,
the first user equipment is further used for detaching in the local network by using the home subscriber identity;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to determine, according to the home subscriber identity and the correspondence, whether the local subscriber identity is allocated to the first user equipment after the first user equipment completes detachment in the local network;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to send a VOIP deregistration request message to a local VOIP AS server if the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identifier, where the VOIP deregistration request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for carrying out VOIP logout for the first user equipment according to the local user identification and the IP address;
the local VOIP AS server is also used for sending VOIP logout response information to the local mobility management entity;
the local mobility management entity is further configured to send a local user identifier release request message to the local user server according to the VOIP logout response message, where the local user identifier release request message carries the local user identifier;
the local user server is also used for releasing the local user identification according to the local user identification;
the local user server is further configured to send a local user identifier release response message to the local mobility management entity.
19. An apparatus for processing voice services, the apparatus being disposed on a local mobility management entity, the apparatus comprising:
a determining unit, configured to determine whether an IMS bearer is established by a first user equipment when the first user equipment is located in a local network corresponding to the local mobility management entity and an attachment of the first user equipment in the local network is completed;
a sending unit, configured to send a local user identifier request message to a local user server if the first user equipment does not establish an IMS bearer;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a local user identifier response message returned by the local user server, where the local user identifier response message carries a local user identifier allocated to the first user equipment;
the sending unit is further configured to send a VOIP registration request message to a local VOIP AS server, where the VOIP registration request carries the local user identifier and the IP address of the first user equipment in the local network;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a VOIP registration response message returned by the local VOIP AS server, where the VOIP registration response message carries VOIP configuration parameters;
the sending unit is further configured to send the local user identifier and the VOIP configuration parameter to the first user equipment.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, further comprising:
a creating unit, configured to create a corresponding relationship between the local user identifier and a home user identifier of the first user equipment;
and the sending unit is also used for sending the corresponding relation to a local VOIP AS server.
21. The apparatus of claim 20,
the determining unit, after the first ue completes detach in the local network, is further configured to determine whether the first ue is assigned the local ue identifier according to the home ue identifier and the corresponding relationship;
the sending unit is further configured to send a VOIP logout request message to a local VOIPAS server if the first user equipment is allocated with the local user identifier, where the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving a VOIP cancellation response message returned by the local VOIP AS server;
the sending unit is further configured to send a request message for releasing a local user identifier to the local user server according to the VOIP logout response message, where the request message for releasing the local user identifier carries the local user identifier;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a local user identifier release response message returned by the local user server.
22. An apparatus for processing voice service, wherein the apparatus is disposed on a local VOIP AS server, the apparatus comprising:
the device comprises a receiving unit, a sending unit and a receiving unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a VOIP registration request message sent by a local mobility management entity, and the VOIP registration request carries a local user identifier distributed for first user equipment and an IP address of the first user equipment in a local network;
the registration unit is used for performing VOIP registration on the first user equipment according to the local user identifier and the IP address so as to obtain VOIP configuration parameters;
and the sending unit is used for sending a VOIP registration response message to the local mobility management entity, wherein the VOIP registration response message carries the VOIP configuration parameters.
23. The apparatus of claim 22,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a correspondence between the local user identifier sent by the local mobility management entity and a home user identifier of the first user equipment;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a call request message sent by a local GMSC where the first user equipment is located;
the device, still include:
a query unit, configured to query the local user identifier according to the home user identifier in the call request message and the corresponding relationship;
the judging unit is also used for judging whether the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
the sending unit is used for sending a VOIP call request message to the first user equipment according to the local user identification if the local user identification completes VOIP registration;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a VOIP call response message returned by the first user equipment;
the sending unit is further configured to send a VOIP bearer establishment request message to a local gateway entity according to the VOIP call response message;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a VOIP bearer establishment response message sent by the local gateway, where the VOIP bearer establishment response message carries information that the VOIP bearer was successfully established.
24. The apparatus of claim 22,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a VOIP logout request message sent by the local mobility management entity, where the VOIP logout request message carries the local user identifier and the IP address;
the registration unit is further configured to perform VOIP deregistration for the first user equipment according to the local user identifier and the IP address;
the sending unit is further configured to send a VOIP logout response message to the local mobility management entity.
