Technical Field
The invention relates to a power maintenance tool, in particular to an insulator segment replacement device and an insulator segment replacement method.
Background
The insulator string is one of the important devices of the transmission line, and is responsible for hanging wires and insulating the iron tower. Once the insulator string is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time. The tension is provided among the insulator sheets on the insulator string, and if the insulator sheets are to be replaced, the tension applied to the insulator sheets to be replaced needs to be removed. The existing insulator sheet replacing method is that two ends of an insulator sheet to be replaced are respectively connected with a closed clamp, hydraulic lead screws are connected to the two closed clamps, the hydraulic lead screws are gradually shortened, and tension on the insulator sheet is removed, so that the insulator sheet can be taken down and replaced. The replacement mode can only be used for replacing a single piece at a time, and has low efficiency.
