Abstract
A hair care composition for temporarily dyeing hair and having a shaping effect comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-15% solid wax; 1-5% of a thickening agent; 2-8% of an emulsifier; 1-3% of a stabilizer; 15-30% of a colorant; the balance being water. The hair care composition can temporarily dye black hair into white hair, and has a shaping effect, good shaping effect, uniform coloring and easy rinsing.

Technical Field

Background
Hair dyeing is one of the most common means of modern cosmetics, and is to dye the color of hair into a desired color by using plant or chemical pigments. Further, the solid wax is at least one of microcrystalline wax, candelilla wax and carnauba wax.
Further, the solid wax is preferably microcrystalline wax having a melting point of 76-83 deg.C, candelilla wax having a melting point of 68.5-72.5 deg.C, and carnauba wax having a melting point of 66-69 deg.C. The paste with proper hardness, moderate shaping effect and good smearing sense is prepared by matching the solid waxes with different melting points.
Further, the thickening agent is at least one of octadecanoic acid, hexadecanol and octadecanol.

Further, the preservative is at least one of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, benzyl alcohol and phenoxyethanol.
A method for producing the hair care composition for temporary hair dyeing and having a styling effect comprises the following steps:
(1) heating solid wax, thickening agent and emulsifier in formula dosage to 80-85 deg.C in a phase cylinder to dissolve until no particles exist;
(2) adding water with the formula amount into a water phase cylinder, adding a stabilizer, and heating to 80-85 ℃;
(3) keeping the temperature of the oil-water phase raw material at 80-85 ℃, pumping into a main emulsifying cylinder, adding a colorant, and emulsifying for 10-15 minutes at 80-85 ℃ to obtain a uniform paste; stirring for 15-20 min, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding antiseptic, essence, and pH regulator, and stirring;
(5) cooling to 30-35 deg.C, stopping machine, and sampling for detection.
(6) And (6) detecting to be qualified, and quantitatively packaging.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the traditional dye paste needs to dye the hair through chemical reaction, basically contains strong-irritation chemicals such as p-phenylenediamine, ammonia water, hydrogen peroxide and the like, the chemical dyeing changes the self structure of the hair and the process of corroding the scalp, the ammonia corrodes and damages the hair follicle, the scalp is stimulated after the hair is used, and the hair is dry. The invention adopts polydimethylsiloxane silyl silica as a coloring agent for temporarily dyeing hair into white hair, the coloring agent is physically colored, can be quickly and uniformly coated on the surface of the hair, is easy to wash, does not damage scalp and hair, and is popular among young people due to fashionable dyeing color.

(5) cooling to 30-35 deg.C, stopping machine, and sampling for detection.

The consumer tests the effect of the temporary hair-dyed and styling hair care compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 with the following feedback:

1. A hair care composition for temporary hair dyeing and having a styling effect, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
5-15% solid wax;
1-5% of a thickening agent;
2-8% of an emulsifier;
1-3% of a stabilizer;
15-30% of a colorant;
the balance of water;
wherein the solid wax is microcrystalline wax with melting point of 76-83 deg.C, candelilla wax with melting point of 68.5-72.5 deg.C, and carnauba wax with melting point of 67 deg.C; the colorant is polydimethylsiloxane silylated silica.
2. The hair care composition for temporary hair dyeing and styling according to claim 1, further comprising the following additives in weight percent:
0.5-2% of preservative;
0.1-0.5% of pH regulator;
0-2% of essence.
3. Hair care composition for temporary hair dyeing and having a styling effect according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the thickener is at least one of octadecanoic acid, hexadecanol and octadecanol.

7. A process for the production of a hair care composition for temporary colouring and styling hair according to any of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) heating solid wax, a thickening agent and an emulsifier in a formula dosage in an oil phase cylinder to 80-85 ℃ to dissolve until no particles exist;
(2) adding water with the formula amount into a water phase cylinder, adding a stabilizer, and heating to 80-85 ℃;
(3) keeping the temperature of the oil-water phase raw material at 80-85 ℃, pumping into a main emulsifying cylinder, adding a colorant, and emulsifying for 10-15 minutes at 80-85 ℃ to obtain a uniform paste; stirring for 15-20 min, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 60-65 deg.C, adding antiseptic, essence, and pH regulator, and stirring;
(5) cooling to 30-35 deg.C, stopping machine, sampling and detecting;
(6) and (6) detecting to be qualified, and quantitatively packaging.
