Description

Data processing method and device

Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, various home appliances (i.e., service terminals) are derived in the market in order to meet the living demands of people. However, these home appliances, whether they are called intelligent refrigerators, air conditioners or conventional electric lights, televisions, etc., have been often provided with a respective independent control device (e.g., an infrared remote control) for each of these appliances individually due to the different standards. Namely, one electrical equipment corresponds to one remote control equipment, so that the control difficulty of a user on one household electrical equipment in the household equipment is increased.
In addition, each home appliance can only passively accept the control operation of a certain control appliance, and the control operations can only be short-distance control operations, namely, the user can control the switch of the air conditioning appliance through the air conditioning remote controller in a short distance, and the switching of television programs and the like through the television remote controller in a short distance. Therefore, the control mode is relatively single for these independently operating home devices. When a user needs to start control operations on a plurality of home devices at the same time, a great amount of time is consumed in a plurality of control devices to search for the control devices corresponding to the home devices respectively, and more time cost and labor control cost are further consumed, so that convenience of the service terminal is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The terms "comprising" and "having" and any variations thereof in the description and claims of the invention and in the foregoing drawings are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The following will describe in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1, where the method at least includes:
step S101, detecting current environment data of the service terminal in real time;
specifically, the data processing device may detect, by at least one sensor, current environmental data of the service terminal, where the environmental data may include: temperature data, humidity data, image data, light intensity data, etc.
The temperature data mainly refer to the temperature of the position of the service terminal;
the humidity data mainly refer to the humidity of the position where the service terminal is located;
The image data mainly refer to biological image information acquired when the distance from the position where the service terminal is located is within the monitoring distance range.
Wherein the data processing device and the at least one sensor may be integrated with the service terminal; alternatively, the at least one sensor may be integrated in the data processing device and the data processing device is integrated in the service terminal.
The service terminal can be vehicle-mounted equipment or household equipment;
wherein, the home equipment may include: at least one device selected from air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, door, intelligent television, lighting device and curtain.
The sensor can comprise at least one of a temperature and humidity sensor, an infrared human body sensor, a smoke sensor, a combustible gas sensor, a light intensity sensor and an image collector.
For example, taking an air conditioning device in a home device as an example, the data processing device integrated in the air conditioning device may detect, by using a temperature sensor, current environmental data of the service terminal (for example, a current temperature at a location where the air conditioning device is located within 30 pm of an indoor area), where the current temperature is, for example, 38 degrees celsius (i.e., 38 degrees celsius). Then, the service terminal may further execute the subsequent steps S102 to S103 according to the temperature acquired by the temperature sensor, so as to implement intelligent control of the air conditioning apparatus.
Step S102, when the current environment data meets a preset detection condition, determining the current environment data and the current running state of the service terminal as feedback information, and reporting the feedback information to a user terminal so that the user terminal generates a control instruction related to the service terminal according to the feedback information;
specifically, the data processing device may further detect whether the current running state of the service terminal is an alarm state when the current environmental data meets a preset detection condition, and when the current running state is the alarm state, acquire the current environmental data of the service terminal, determine an alarm priority corresponding to the alarm state, generate alarm reminding information corresponding to the alarm priority, take the current environmental data and the alarm reminding information as feedback information, and report the feedback information to a user terminal, so that the user terminal generates a control instruction related to the service terminal according to the feedback information.
The current running state can be a standby state or a working state;
the data processing device can divide the alarm state into three different alarm level working states, namely, the three different working states respectively correspond to different alarm priorities;
Wherein the alert priority comprises: the first alarm priority, the second alarm priority and the third alarm priority; the alarm level of the first alarm priority is greater than the alarm level of the second alarm priority, and the alarm level of the second alarm priority is greater than the alarm level of the third alarm priority.
For the vehicle-mounted device, the data processing device can determine the working state of emergency situations such as emergency braking (an obstacle exists in a preset distance), emergency turning, automatic opening of a vehicle door and the like as the alarm state with the first alarm priority in the running process of the vehicle. In addition, the data processing device may determine an operating state when the vehicle state data is smaller than a preset vehicle threshold (for example, when the fuel consumption is insufficient) during the running of the vehicle as an alarm state having the second alarm priority. In addition, the data processing apparatus may determine an operating state of information (e.g., navigation information, temperature control information) that can provide services to the vehicle as an alert state having a third alert priority.
For example, in the process that the user a sends the user C back to home from the company (it should be understood that the vehicle driven here may be the unmanned vehicle B), the navigation device (i.e. the data processing device) on the vehicle B obtains the return path from the current location of the user C to home, and the user a needs to be informed of the need to change the return path of the vehicle B in advance (i.e. need to change the navigation service of the vehicle B) through the user terminal thereof when a traffic accident is caused on a certain overpass, so as to avoid the phenomenon of blocking the vehicle. At this time, the navigation device on the car B may determine the working state of the car B in the running state as an alarm state, and may further determine the alarm priority corresponding to the alarm state as a third alarm priority, that is, at this time, the navigation device may generate navigation change alert information (that is, alarm alert information) corresponding to the third alarm priority, so as to change the navigation route from the current location of the car B to the home of the user C. Then, the navigation device can send the driving speed (i.e. current environmental data) and the navigation change reminding information of the automobile B as feedback information to the user terminal corresponding to the user A, so that the user terminal generates a control instruction related to the automobile B according to the feedback information, the navigation device can control the automobile B to change the driving route according to the control instruction, and humanized control service can be provided for the automobile B.
For example, when the temperature control switch and the thermostat of the automobile B are damaged during running, the phenomenon of increased oil consumption will occur, and at this time, in order to avoid the phenomenon of obviously increased oil consumption caused by poor atomization of gasoline, a nearest maintenance station needs to be searched for the automobile B immediately. At this time, the navigation device may further determine the running state of the car B as an alert state having a second alert priority, generate a maintenance alert message (i.e., an alert message) corresponding to the second alert priority, and then further upload the current driving speed and the maintenance alert message as feedback information of the car B to the user terminal a of the user a, so that the user terminal a generates a navigation route carrying the latest maintenance site location information according to the feedback information, and adds the navigation route to a control instruction corresponding to the car B, and returns the navigation route to the navigation device.
For the home equipment, the data processing device can determine the working state under the abnormal working environment as the alarm state with the first alarm priority, determine the working state when the control authentication is required as the alarm state with the second alarm priority, and determine the operation state providing information change as the alarm state with the third alarm priority in the operation process of the home equipment.
For example, when the data processing device detects that the indoor environment temperature at the position where the air conditioning equipment is located is 35 ℃, at this time, the environment temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold (30 ℃), and it can be determined that the current environment data meets a preset detection condition (i.e., a cooling condition), the current environment temperature (35 ℃) and the current running state of the air conditioning equipment in a standby state are determined as first feedback information, and the first feedback information is reported to the user terminal, so as to receive a control instruction generated by the user terminal according to the feedback information. When the current air conditioning equipment is in a standby state and the detected current environmental data meets the detection condition, the air conditioning equipment can be started to reduce the indoor temperature, namely, the current running state can be determined to be an alarm state with a third alarm priority (namely, simply switching the running state), so that alarm reminding information corresponding to the third alarm priority can be generated, namely, the alarm reminding information can be the air conditioning equipment in the standby state.
However, optionally, when the data processing device detects that the environmental temperature at the location of the air conditioning device is still rising after the air conditioning device is operated for a period of time, for example, the indoor partial area catches fire, so that the environmental temperature rises to 40 ℃, that is, when the current environmental temperature (40 ℃) is greater than the preset abnormal temperature threshold (38 ℃), the current operation state of the air conditioning device can be further determined to be an alarm state, that is, the air conditioning device is currently in the abnormal working environment, and the alarm priority corresponding to the alarm state can be further determined to be the first alarm priority, so that the alarm reminding information corresponding to the current environmental data (40 ℃) and the first alarm priority can be used as feedback information, and the feedback information can be reported to the user terminal, so that the user terminal generates the closing instruction (that is, the control instruction) related to the air conditioning device according to the feedback information, thereby avoiding causing a wider range of safety accidents.
The control authentication mainly means that when the home equipment is in a working state controlled by a certain user terminal (i.e. a main control terminal), the data processing device can also receive a request for remotely controlling the service terminal sent by other user terminals, so that whether the other user terminals are allowed to remotely control the service terminal can be determined according to the request. When the master control terminal corresponding to the service terminal receives the feedback information corresponding to the request, a control instruction corresponding to the feedback information may be generated, that is, the data processing apparatus may allow the same service terminal to be synchronously controlled by multiple user terminals (that is, the master control terminal and other user terminals) (for example, multiple users located in different rooms may simultaneously share a viewing interface corresponding to the same video program).
Step S103, receiving a control instruction returned by the user terminal and executing a control operation corresponding to the control instruction;
wherein the controlling operation may include: opening the service terminal, closing the service terminal, modifying basic parameters of the service terminal, and the like.
Optionally, before executing step S101, the data processing apparatus may further receive a request for remotely controlling the service terminal sent by the user terminal, where the request may carry biometric information of the user using the user terminal, and further may authenticate the user using the user terminal to determine whether the user using the user terminal has permission to use the user terminal, and if the authentication result indicates that the user using the user terminal has permission to use the user terminal, the user terminal may be allowed to remotely control the service terminal, that is, a control connection between the user terminal and the service terminal may be established at this time.
The request may include, but is not limited to, location information of the user terminal and/or biometric information (e.g., iris recognition information, fingerprint recognition information, face recognition information, etc.) of a user using the user terminal, that is, the biometric information may be authenticated, and if authentication is successful, it means that the user of the user terminal is a legal user, the user terminal may be allowed to remotely control the service terminal, so that security and privacy of the controlled service terminal may be effectively improved.
The embodiment of the invention detects the current environmental data of the service terminal in real time; when the current environment data meets a preset detection condition, determining the current environment data and the current running state of the service terminal as feedback information, and reporting the feedback information to a user terminal so that the user terminal generates a control instruction related to the service terminal according to the feedback information; and receiving a control instruction returned by the user terminal, and executing a control operation corresponding to the control instruction. Therefore, the invention can actively report the feedback information to the user terminal when the current environment data meets the preset detection condition by detecting the current environment data of the service terminal in real time, so that the user terminal generates the corresponding control instruction according to the feedback information, and further the service terminal receiving the control instruction executes the corresponding control operation, namely, the service terminal does not receive the control instruction sent by the user terminal in a single passive way any more, but can further acquire the corresponding control instruction returned by the user terminal according to the feedback information reported by the service terminal, so as to execute the corresponding control operation, further enrich the control function, and improve the intelligent control of the service terminal, thereby improving the convenience of the service terminal.
Further, please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating another data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
step S201, setting alarm priority corresponding to the running state;
wherein the alert priority comprises: the first alarm priority, the second alarm priority and the third alarm priority; the alarm level of the first alarm priority is greater than the alarm level of the second alarm priority, and the alarm level of the second alarm priority is greater than the alarm level of the third alarm priority.
For the description of the first alarm priority, the second alarm priority and the third alarm priority, please refer to the description of step S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and the detailed description will not be repeated here.
Step S202, detecting current environment data of a service terminal in real time;
step S203, when the current environment data meets the preset detection condition, determining the current environment data and the current running state of the service terminal as feedback information, and reporting the feedback information to a user terminal, so that the user terminal generates a control instruction related to the service terminal according to the feedback information;
The specific implementation manner of step S203 may be referred to the description of step S102 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, and the detailed description will not be repeated here.
Step S204, receiving a control instruction returned by the user terminal and executing a control operation corresponding to the control instruction;
specifically, the data processing device may receive a control instruction returned by the user terminal, extract a countdown duration threshold carried in the control instruction, and execute a control operation corresponding to the control instruction when the counted countdown duration reaches the countdown duration threshold.
Wherein, the control information and the countdown duration threshold value can be carried in the control instruction;
the control information in the control instruction may be used to control the service terminal (such as an air conditioner) to execute a corresponding control operation (such as turning off the air conditioner or turning on the air conditioner) when the countdown duration reaches the countdown duration threshold.
For example, taking air conditioner a as an example, a user needs about 30 minutes of return time from a company driving to home, and the user knows that the current indoor temperature reaches 38 ℃, and the air conditioner is in a standby state, so the air conditioner needs to be started in advance to reduce the room temperature. Therefore, after the data processing device reports the feedback information (i.e. the current environmental data reaches 38 ℃ and the air conditioning equipment is in a standby state), the data processing device can further receive a control instruction returned by the user terminal held by the user and further extract a countdown duration threshold (for example, 10 minutes) in the control instruction, and then, the data processing device can further obtain a countdown starting duration according to the countdown duration and the countdown duration threshold when receiving the control instruction, namely, start counting the countdown duration at 20 minutes, and control the air conditioning equipment to execute the starting operation corresponding to the starting information (i.e. the control information) when the countdown duration reaches the countdown duration threshold.
Optionally, the data processing device may further receive a countdown duration threshold (for example, 10 minutes) manually set by a user, and a countdown start duration (for example, 18 points), count the countdown duration from the countdown start duration, and further execute an opening operation corresponding to the air conditioning device when the countdown duration reaches the countdown duration threshold.
Step S205, detecting the number of user terminals connected with the service terminal, and acquiring the position information of each user terminal when the number is greater than a preset threshold;
specifically, the data processing device may detect the number of user terminals connected to the service terminal, that is, the data processing device may allow a plurality of user terminals to simultaneously establish control connection with the service terminal, but may acquire location information of each user terminal when it is detected that the number of user terminals connected to the service terminal is greater than a preset threshold.
For example, taking a service terminal as an air conditioner, the data processing device (such as a temperature sensor) integrated in the air conditioner may allow 3 user terminals to establish a connection with the air conditioner, so as to receive a control instruction of any one of the 3 user terminals on the air conditioner, where the 3 user terminals are respectively located at a different location from a target location (for example, a location a) where the air conditioner is located, that is, the 3 user terminals are respectively located at a location B, a location C, and a location D, where, since the number of user terminals connected to the service terminal is not yet greater than a preset threshold (for example, 4), the control connection between the 3 user terminals and the intelligent air conditioner may be continuously maintained. However, when the number of connected ues is 5, that is, greater than the preset threshold (4), the location information of each ue, that is, the location B ', the location C ', the location D ', the location E and the location a may be further retrieved. At this time, the data processing apparatus may detect that the location information of one of the 5 user terminals is located at the location of the service terminal, for example, the fifth user terminal is located at the location of the service terminal, and may further perform step S206. Alternatively, if the location information of the 5 ues is different from the location information of the air conditioner, that is, the ue is located at the location B ', the location C ', the location D ', the location E, and the location F, respectively (where the ue located at the location F is the ue closest to the location a of the air conditioner), the control connection between the 5 ues and the air conditioner may be maintained. Meanwhile, the ue may further select one ue closest to the air conditioner (i.e., the ue located at the position F) from the 5 ues as the master terminal, and use the other ues as the slave terminals, until detecting that the location information of the master terminal is the same as the location information of the air conditioner, and further perform step S206 to disconnect the control connection between the air conditioner and the other slave terminals.
Step S206, searching whether the position information which is the same as the target position information exists in the position information, and if the position information which is the same as the target position information is searched, disconnecting the connection between the user terminal corresponding to other position information which is different from the target position information and the service terminal.
Optionally, after the step S204 is performed, the data processing apparatus may further acquire location information of the user terminal, and detect whether the location information is in a preset location range; if the position information is in the preset position range, opening the terminal control authority corresponding to the service terminal;
the terminal control authority is an authority for responding to a control instruction sent by the user terminal.
For example, the user may add each piece of location information on the journey from the company to the home to a preset location range, so that the data processing apparatus receives a control instruction sent by a user terminal located in the location range, and when the location information of the user terminal is located outside the location range, the user terminal will not have terminal control authority for controlling the service terminal. By adopting the method, the service terminal can be safely and effectively controlled.
Optionally, after executing step S204, the data processing apparatus may further receive user permission information, verify whether the user permission information is legal permission information, and if the user permission information is legal permission information, obtain a modification instruction for modifying the device parameter of the service terminal, and update the device parameter of the service terminal according to the modification instruction.
Specifically, the data processing device may identify the facial profile feature of the user located at the position of the service terminal through an infrared sensor, and use the facial profile feature as user authority information, optionally, the data processing device may further collect voice information of the user through a sound wave collector, and use the facial profile feature and the voice information of the user as user authority information, so as to verify whether the user authority information of the user is legal authority information in a local storage library, that is, whether the facial profile feature and the voice information of the user are consistent with the facial profile feature and the voice information stored in a local database, if so, the user authority information is legal authority information can be determined, and a modification instruction for modifying the device parameter of the service terminal can be obtained from a user terminal for remotely controlling the service terminal, so that the user can receive the modification of the device parameter corresponding to the service terminal according to the modification instruction, and feed back the modified device parameter to the user terminal for remotely controlling the service terminal.
