本发明涉及一种新型电池夹持爪,包括一对爪片,所述爪片一端设有两条对称的夹持块,另一端设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽与所述夹持块之间设有缺口,通过设置一对爪片,用于两侧双向施力,夹持住电池,提高稳定性;通过设置缺口,用于与电池正极处的凸出环相配合,扣住电池,防止电池掉落,本发明设计合理,可大规模推广。

本发明涉及电池生产、加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型电池夹持爪。
背景技术
目前,在生产加工圆柱形电池时,大多都采用吸盘吸取,一次吸一排,吸盘吸取的缺点是不稳定,在移动过程中,遇到抖动,容易掉落,这样一来,首先电池在掉落时,容易损坏,其次,降低了工作效率。少数采用V字形、三角形手爪,这些手爪在抓取时,也容易掉落电池,不利于后期推广发展。
发明内容
对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种夹持稳定、工作效率高的电池夹持爪。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种新型电池夹持爪,包括一对爪片,所述爪片一端设有两条对称的夹持块,另一端设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽与所述夹持块之间设有缺口。
进一步地,所述矩形槽内设有固定孔,所述固定孔一端设有台阶,用于将电池夹持爪固定在气缸上。
进一步地,所述夹持块上设有齿牙,抓取更加稳定,增加摩擦。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过设置一对爪片,用于两侧双向施力,夹持住电池,提高稳定性;通过设置缺口,用于与电池正极处的凸出环相配合,扣住电池,防止电池掉落,本发明设计合理,可大规模推广。

如图1-2所示,一种新型电池夹持爪,包括一对爪片1,所述爪片1一端设有两条对称的夹持块2,另一端设有矩形槽3,所述矩形槽3与所述夹持块2之间设有缺口4,所述矩形槽3内设有固定孔5,所述固定孔5一端设有台阶6,用于将电池夹持爪固定在气缸上,所述夹持块2上设有齿牙7,抓取更加稳定,增加摩擦。
工作原理简要说明:
将电池夹持爪固定在气缸上,一边一个爪片1,爪片1是向左右移动进行夹持的,夹持住电池后,电池正极的凸出环与缺口4边沿相卡接,电池就不会向下掉落,齿牙7的设置,增加摩擦度,在移动过程中产生震动,也不会掉落。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过设置一对爪片,用于两侧双向施力,夹持住电池,提高稳定性;通过设置缺口,用于与电池正极处的凸出环相配合,扣住电池,防止电池掉落,本发明设计合理,可大规模推广。
