At present, a real-time online monitoring method suitable for seamless table tennis and seamed table tennis simultaneously does not exist, balls required by international top-level events need to be manually screened from a large number of products, the efficiency is low, the false detection rate is high, and the quality cannot be guaranteed.
According to the regulation of 40mm table tennis in national standard GB/T20045-2005, the table tennis performance detection indexes comprise five parameters of weight, hardness, eccentricity, roundness and bounce, and the quality of the bounce performance of the table tennis is judged through comprehensive evaluation of the five parameters. The definition of the elasticity of the table tennis ball is that the table tennis ball freely falls on a specified steel plate at the height of 305mm, and the bounce height of the table tennis ball is between 240 mm and 260 mm. The national standard adopts a light-operated type and a bounce inclined plate pit type to test the bounce performance of the table tennis, and the table tennis is manually placed at a test position before measurement, so that automatic measurement cannot be realized, namely, the two test methods cannot ensure that the table tennis to be tested is automatically released at zero initial speed, and the error of the table tennis bounce performance test result is larger.

When the diameter of the circle formed by the top ends of the three claws is smaller than the diameter of the table tennis ball, the table tennis ball is placed on the zero initial speed release device, the shifting rod 2 is moved, the three claws move simultaneously, the diameter of the circle formed by the top ends of the three claws is increased until the diameter of the circle is larger than the diameter of the table tennis ball, and the table tennis ball performs zero initial speed vertical free-fall motion through the zero initial speed release device.
The bouncing device comprises a bouncing inclined plate 6 and a horizontal plate 7 which are arranged at a fixed angle, and a gauge block 8 which is arranged between the bouncing inclined plate 6 and the horizontal plate 7 to determine the angle between the bouncing inclined plate 6 and the horizontal plate 7 and simplify the measurement of the angle into the measurement of the length, wherein the gauge block 8 is fixed between the bouncing inclined plate 6 and the horizontal plate 7 through a gauge block fixing device 9. The information acquisition device comprises a CCD camera device 10 which is arranged on the side surface near the bounce peak of the table tennis and is used for shooting the rebounding process of the table tennis, and an information processing and transmitting device 11 which is respectively connected with the CCD camera device 10 and a control motor 16 of the turntable device. The table tennis ball falls to the bounce sloping plate 6 through the zero initial velocity releasing device and then rebounds, the CCD camera device 10 shoots the process of the table tennis ball rebounding, the position information of the table tennis ball bouncing on the bounce sloping plate 6 is collected, the height value of the highest point of the table tennis ball rebounding is obtained through the information processing and transmitting device 11, and the classification information is transmitted to the turntable device through the table tennis ball star classification.
The ball receiving funnel device comprises a ball receiving funnel 12 and a ball outlet channel 13. The collecting hopper is used for receiving the ping-pong balls rebounded by the bouncing sloping plate 6. To prevent table tennis balls from bouncing out of the funnel, the ball collection funnel 12 is centrally disposed at a location where standard table tennis balls bounce into the ball collection funnel 12, and the ball collection funnel 12 is made large enough to prevent table tennis balls with large errors from bouncing out of the ball collection funnel 12. The inner diameter of the ball outlet channel 13 is larger than the outer diameter of the table tennis balls, and the table tennis balls enter the ball collecting hopper 12, enter the ball outlet channel 13 due to gravity and then enter the rotary table device.
The rotary disc device is rotatably arranged below the ball receiving funnel device. The rotary table device comprises an inclined plane ball storage device 15 which is positioned below the ball outlet channel 13 of the ball receiving funnel device and can rotate left and right, and the inner diameter of the inclined plane ball storage device 15 is smaller than the outer diameter of the table tennis; the lower point of the inclined plane ball storage device 15 is a ball outlet, and a baffle 14 capable of moving up and down is arranged on the ball outlet; the movement of the baffle plate 14 and the steering of the inclined plane ball storage device 15 are driven by a control motor 16, and the control motor 16 is connected with the information processing and transmitting device 11. The table tennis enters the rotary table device from the ball receiving hopper device and falls on the inclined plane ball storage device 15, and the table tennis cannot roll down due to the existence of the baffle plate 14; because the control motor 16 can control the baffle plate 14 to move vertically, after the baffle plate 14 moves downwards, the table tennis balls can freely roll down to the collecting device, and the table tennis balls fall into which ball collecting device is the inclined plane ball storing device 15 rotated to the corresponding collecting device by the control motor 16 according to the information processed by the information processing and transmitting device 11.
