Abstract
本发明涉及一种牙种植体,该牙种植体包括固定件(10)、结合至固定件(10)的上端的基台(30)以及将基台(30)紧固至固定件(10)的基台固定螺钉(40),所述固定件(10)由陶瓷成型,并具有形成在外周表面上的螺纹部(13)和在中心轴方向上与所述基台固定螺钉(40)结合的螺孔(14),所述固定件(10)的螺孔(14)与基台固定螺钉(40)之间设置有螺旋线圈(20),螺旋线圈(20)的外侧部分(21a)结合至所述陶瓷固定件(10)的螺孔(14)的螺纹槽(14a),且其内侧部分(21b)以螺纹结合的方式结合至所述基台固定螺钉(40)的螺纹部(41)的槽(41a)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种牙种植体,尤其涉及一种由陶瓷成型为一体的具有固定件的牙种植体。
背景技术
目前广泛使用的用于人造牙齿的种植体包括植入牙龈骨的固定件、结合在固定件上部的基台、以及将上述基台紧固至固定件的基台固定螺钉。出于对机械强度、耐腐蚀性和机械加工性的考虑,上述固定件通常广泛地采用由钛合金制造的部件。作为固定件的材料,钛具有重量轻、刚性大、耐腐蚀性强以及生物相容性优异等优点,但是,由钛合金材料构成的固定件长期与牙龈接触,会使牙龈变色或局部坏死,从而引发牙周炎的问题。
为了解决上述钛材质的固定件所具有的问题,如以下专利文献1中公开的内容,对使用陶瓷来制造固定件的尝试不曾间断过。然而,陶瓷材料虽然可以解决钛材质的基台所具有的上述缺点,但因其脆性强的材料特性而难以进行精密的机械加工,且需要烧结成型,因此在对用于紧固基台固定螺钉的螺孔进行成型时存在困难,而且,即便在陶瓷成型过程中形成螺母,也无法解决因陶瓷的脆性而产生的根本问题,如螺孔的螺纹部与基台固定螺钉联接后反复受到负荷而使螺纹部损坏等问题。因此,如以下专利文献1所公开的,提出了将固定件与基台成型为一体的方案,以无需利用固定螺钉来联接固定件与基台。
然而,专利文献1所公开的固定件与基台成型为一体的所谓“一体(one-piece)”型种植体虽然解决了与固定螺钉联接的固定件的螺孔脆弱的问题,但是其无法适用于根据患者的牙齿状态需要将各种基台紧固至固定件的情况。

发明内容
需要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有陶瓷固定件的牙种植体,以解决上述传统的种植体所具有的问题,具有陶瓷固定件的牙种植体利用陶瓷将固定件成型为一体,因此长期使用也不变色,能够提升供基台固定螺钉联接的螺孔的结合强度,并且能够维持足以承受反复的负荷而不被损坏的刚性。
解决问题的方法
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的牙种植体通过固定螺钉将基台紧固至固定件,且该牙种植体的特征在于,固定件的外周表面上具有螺纹部以便安装至牙槽骨,且在中心轴方向上形成有与固定螺钉结合的螺孔,并且固定件以陶瓷成型为一体。
另外,本发明的牙种植体还包括螺旋线圈,该螺旋线圈布置在固定件的螺孔与基台固定螺钉之间,螺旋线圈的外侧部分以螺纹结合方式结合至陶瓷固定件的螺孔的螺纹槽,且内侧部分以螺纹结合方式与基台固定螺纹的螺纹部结合。
螺旋线圈的外侧部分插入陶瓷固定件的螺孔的螺纹槽的槽部并紧密贴合,其内侧部分插入基台固定螺钉的螺纹部的槽部并紧密贴合,使得基台固定螺纹与陶瓷固定件的螺孔结合。
发明的效果
根据如上所述的本发明的种植体,由于固定件由陶瓷成型,因此在长期使用后也不变色,且固定件的螺孔与基台固定螺钉之间设置有螺旋线圈,由此能够提升螺孔的结合强度,且能够维持在反复的负荷下也不被损坏的足够的刚性。

具体实施方式
以下,将参照附图对根据本发明的具有陶瓷固定件的牙种植体的优选实施方式进行详细的说明。
如图1及图2所示,根据本发明的种植体包括安装在牙槽骨上的固定件10。上述固定件10具有如下结构,即,其体部11的外表面上形成有螺纹部13,且其头部12具有从上端沿着中心轴方向以预定深度形成倒锥形的基台结合槽15,并且从上述结合槽15的底面沿着中心轴方向以预定深度形成供基台固定螺钉联接的螺孔14。
上述固定件10优选为由氧化锆系陶瓷成型为一体,与上述外周表面的螺纹部13、基台结合槽15和螺孔14制造为一体。
此外,根据本发明的种植体包括独立于固定件10的另外的组件构成的基台30。该基台30优选地以陶瓷成型。基台30包括供上述固定件10的基台结合槽15插入的下部31和朝着固定件10的头部12的上方突出的上部32,并且基台30上形成有固定螺钉结合孔,以能够与基台固定螺钉40结合。该固定螺钉结合孔包括下部孔34和上部孔33,其中,下部孔34具有与固定螺钉40的螺纹部41的外径对应的小口径,且上部孔33具有大口径以使固定螺钉40的头部42插入。基台固定螺钉40的头部42插入上述上部孔33内,使得基台不暴露至外部。
此外,如图2及图3所示,根据本发明的种植体包括螺旋线圈20,该螺旋线圈20设置在固定件的螺孔14与基台固定螺钉40的螺纹部41之间,并将基台固定螺钉40相对于固定件10进行固定。上述螺旋线圈20包括具有与上述固定件10的螺孔14的螺距对应的节距的多个线圈部21。如图2所示,各线圈部21优选地具有内侧部分21b和外侧部分21a分别与固定件10的螺孔14的螺纹槽和基台固定螺钉40的螺纹部41的槽41a啮合的截面形状。
图2示出了根据发明的种植体的组合剖面图。如图2所示,本发明的种植体组装为螺旋线圈20以螺纹结合的方式嵌入安装于牙槽骨的固定件10的螺孔14中。此时,螺旋线圈20的各线圈部21的外侧部分21a插入固定件10的螺孔14的螺纹槽14a中并紧密贴合。然后,将基台30布置在固定件10的上端,使得基台30的下部31置于固定件10的上端基台结合槽15内。基台固定螺钉40通过其螺纹部41穿过基台的固定螺钉结合孔并与结合在固定件10的螺孔14中的螺旋线圈20的内侧部分21b以螺纹结合的方式联接,将基台30固定至与固定件10的上端结合的状态。
如图3所示,对于上述螺旋线圈20,其各线圈部21的外侧部分21a与陶瓷固定件10的螺孔14的螺纹槽14a啮合,且内侧部分21b与基台固定螺钉40的螺纹部41的槽41a部啮合。因此,虽然固定件10由陶瓷成型使得螺孔14的螺纹部脆弱,但由于基台固定螺钉40以螺旋线圈20作为介质结合至螺孔14,螺旋线圈20将吸收并缓冲经由基台固定螺钉40传递的外力或反复的负荷。由此,实现了基台固定螺钉40与固定件10的螺孔14之间的牢固的结合。
为此,螺旋线圈也可由对人体无害的合成树脂材料制造。

Claims (3)
1.一种牙种植体,包括:
固定件(10);以及
结合至固定件(10)的上端的基台(30),
其中,所述基台(30)通过基台固定螺钉(40)紧固至固定件(10),以及
其中,所述固定件(10)的外表面形成有螺纹部(13),所述固定件(10)在中心轴方向上形成有供所述基台固定螺钉(40)结合的螺孔(14),并且所述固定件(10)以陶瓷成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的牙种植体,还包括:
螺旋线圈(20),布置在所述固定件(10)的螺孔(14)与基台固定螺钉(40)之间,并且使所述陶瓷固定件(10)的螺孔(14)与所述基台固定螺钉(40)的螺纹部(41)以螺纹结合的方式结合。
3.如权利要求2所述的牙种植体,其中,
所述螺旋线圈(20)的外侧部分(21a)插入所述陶瓷固定件(10)的螺孔(14)的螺纹槽(14a)的槽部并紧密贴合,且所述螺旋线圈(20)的内侧部分(21b)插入所述基台固定螺钉(40)的螺纹部的槽部并紧密贴合,使得所述基台固定螺钉(40)结合至所述陶瓷固定件(10)的螺孔(14)。
