The pushing device 8 comprises a sliding rail 81, a sliding block 82, a discharging hopper 83, a first motor 84, a first bevel gear 85, a sector gear 86 and a rack 87, the sliding rail 81 is installed on the upper portion of the left side and the upper portion of the right side of the outer side of the discharging pipe 9, the sliding rail 81 is symmetrically arranged, the sliding rail 81 is vertically arranged, the sliding rail 81 is provided with the sliding block 82 matched with the sliding block, the sliding block 82 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 81, the discharging hopper 83 is installed between the outer sides of the sliding blocks 82 on the left side and the right side, the top end of the discharging pipe 9 is positioned in the discharging hopper 83, the rack 87 is installed on the lower portion of the outer right side of the discharging hopper 83, the first motor 84 is installed at the tail end of the 7-type supporting rod 7, the output shaft of the first motor 84 is connected with the sector gear 86 through a coupler, the sector gear 86 is positioned on the right side of the rack 87, the sector gear 86 is engaged with the rack 87, the first bevel gear 85 is installed at the center of the front side of the circle of the sector gear 86, the first bevel gear 85 is positioned on the rear side of the second bevel gear 12, the first bevel gear 85 meshes with the second bevel gear 12.
The discharging device 14 comprises a circular frame 141, a second bearing seat 142, a rotating rod 143 and a large gear 144, the circular frame 141 is installed on the left side of the bottom of the cart 1, a second through hole 147 is formed in the right side of the circle center frame, the first gear 13 is located in the second through hole 147, a discharging hole 146 is formed in the left side of the bottom of the circle center frame, the second bearing seat 142 is installed at the circle center position of the bottom in the circular frame 141, the rotating rod 143 is installed in the second bearing seat 142, the large gear 144 is installed at the top end of the rotating rod 143, the large gear 144 is meshed with the first gear 13, first through holes 145 are formed in eccentric positions of the large gear 144 at even intervals, the first through holes 145 are matched with the discharging hole 146, and the large gear 144 is located below the discharging pipe 9.

The water spraying device 16 is further included, the water spraying device 16 comprises a water tank 161, a water adding pipe 162, a cover 163, a water pump 164, a water outlet pipe 165, a swing air cylinder 166, a hose 167 and a spray head 168, the water tank 161 is installed on the left side of the top of the cart 1, the water adding pipe 162 is connected to the right side of the top of the water tank 161, the water adding pipe 162 is communicated with the water tank 161, the cover 163 is arranged at the top end of the water adding pipe 162, the cover 163 is matched with the water adding pipe 162, the swing air cylinder 166 is installed in the middle of the outer left side face of the water tank 161, the hose 167 is connected to the swing rod of the swing air cylinder 166, the spray head 168 is installed at the tail end of the hose 167, the spray head 168 is communicated with the inside of the hose 167, the water pump 164 is installed on the left side of the inner bottom of the water tank 161, the water outlet end of the water pump 164 is connected with the water outlet pipe 165, the tail end of the water outlet pipe 165 penetrates through the middle of the left side of the water tank 161 and is connected with the hose 167.
Still including buffer 17, buffer 17 is including first sleeve 171, first movable rod 172, first spring 173 and connecting block 174, first sleeve 171 is installed to 3 tail ends of 7 types of poles, be equipped with first movable rod 172 in the first sleeve 171, sliding fit in first movable rod 172 and the first sleeve 171, connecting block 174 is installed to first movable rod 172 bottom, be connected with first spring 173 between connecting block 174 top and the first sleeve 171 bottom, first spring 173 overlaps on first movable rod 172, connecting block 174 bottom and push pedal 4 top intermediate junction.
Still including damping device 18, damping device 18 is including second sleeve 181, second movable rod 182, second spring 183 and baffle 184, the symmetrical formula of cart 1 top left and right sides installs second sleeve 181, second sleeve 181 is located hopper 83 below down, be equipped with second movable rod 182 in the second sleeve 181, second movable rod 182 and second sleeve 181 sliding fit, baffle 184 is installed on second movable rod 182 top, be connected with second spring 183 between baffle 184 bottom and the second sleeve 181 top, second spring 183 overlaps on second movable rod 182.
The trolley also comprises a frame body 19, and the frame body 19 is arranged between the upper part of the outer right side surface of the placing frame 5 and the upper part of the left side of the pushing handle of the trolley 1.
The frame further comprises a second cover plate 20, the top of the frame body 19 is provided with the second cover plate 20, and the left end of the second cover plate 20 is connected with the top of the left side of the frame body 19 through a pin.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, an operator opens the first cover plate 6, pours peanuts into the placing frame 5, closes the first cover plate 6, moves the device to the ground through the cart 1, opens the first cover plate 6 again to take out a proper amount of peanuts, closes the first cover plate 6, pours a proper amount of peanuts into the pushing device 8, pushes the device to move on the ground, further moves the fixing plate 2 on the ground, moves the fixing plate 2 to dig a ditch out of the ground, starts the pushing device 8, pushes the peanuts into the discharge pipe 9 through the pushing device 8, simultaneously, the driving part of the pushing device 8 drives the second bevel gear 12 to rotate, the second bevel gear 12 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 rotates to drive the first gear 13 to rotate, the first gear 13 rotates to drive the discharge device 14 to rotate, and when the peanuts in the discharge pipe 9 fall onto the discharge device 14, the discharging device 14 rotates to convey the peanuts into the ground, and when the peanuts fall into the ground, the push plate 4 moves to bury the peanuts. When the peanuts are all sown, the pushing device 8 can be closed, and the pushing device stops being pushed.
Because the pushing device 8 comprises a sliding rail 81, a sliding block 82, a discharging hopper 83, a first motor 84, a first bevel gear 85, a sector gear 86 and a rack 87, the sliding rail 81 is installed on the upper portion of the left side and the upper portion of the right side of the outer side surface of the discharging pipe 9, the sliding rail 81 is symmetrically arranged, the sliding rail 81 is vertically arranged, the sliding rail 81 is provided with the sliding block 82 matched with the sliding rail, the sliding block 82 is in sliding fit with the sliding rail 81, the discharging hopper 83 is installed between the outer side surfaces of the sliding blocks 82 on the left side and the right side, the top end of the discharging pipe 9 is positioned in the discharging hopper 83, the rack 87 is installed on the lower portion of the outer right side surface of the discharging hopper 83, the tail end of the 7-type supporting rod 7 is provided with the first motor 84, the output shaft of the first motor 84 is connected with the sector gear 86 through a coupler, the sector gear 86 is positioned on the right side of the rack 87, the sector gear 86 is engaged with the rack 87, the first bevel gear 85 is installed on the center of the circle of the front side of the sector gear 86, the first bevel gear 85 is positioned on the rear side of the second bevel gear 12, first bevel gear 85 and second bevel gear 12 mesh, when an appropriate amount of peanut was located hopper 83 down, and this device is when removing, operating personnel can start first motor 84 and rotate, first motor 84 rotates and drives sector gear 86 and rotate, sector gear 86 rotates and drives rack 87 and reciprocate, and then drive hopper 83 and reciprocate down, hopper 83 reciprocates down and promotes the peanut to discharging pipe 9 in, sector gear 86 drives first bevel gear 85 to rotate when rotating, first bevel gear 85 rotates and drives second bevel gear 12 and rotate, and then drive discharging device 14 and rotate and carry the peanut. When all the peanuts are sown, the first motor 84 can be turned off.
Because the discharging device 14 comprises a circular frame 141, a second bearing seat 142, a rotating rod 143 and a large gear 144, the circular frame 141 is installed on the left side of the bottom of the cart 1, the second through hole 147 is opened on the right side of the circle center frame, the first gear 13 is located in the second through hole 147, the discharging hole 146 is opened on the left side of the bottom of the circle center frame, the second bearing seat 142 is installed at the circle center position of the bottom in the circular frame 141, the rotating rod 143 is installed in the second bearing seat 142, the large gear 144 is installed on the top end of the rotating rod 143, the large gear 144 is meshed with the first gear 13, the first through holes 145 are evenly spaced at the eccentric position of the large gear 144, the first through holes 145 are matched with the discharging hole 146, the large gear 144 is located below the discharging pipe 9, when the first motor 84 rotates, the first gear 13 rotates to drive the large gear 144 to rotate, and then when peanuts fall through the discharging pipe 9, the peanuts fall into the first through holes 145, the large gear 144 rotates to drive the peanuts to rotate, when the peanuts rotate to the position right above the discharge port 146, the peanuts fall into the ground through the discharge port 146 for sowing, and then along with the continuous rotation of the large gear 144, the large gear 144 continuously rotates the peanuts to the position above the discharge port 146 and falls out. When the peanut is completely sowed, the first motor 84 is turned off, and the large gear 144 stops rotating.
Because the device also comprises a moving device 15, the moving device 15 comprises a second motor 151, a third bearing seat 152, a screw rod 153, a nut 154, a guide rod 155 and a sliding sleeve 156, the third bearing seat 152 is installed on the left side of the upper part of the wheel of the cart 1, the screw rod 153 is installed in the third bearing seat 152, the nut 154 is installed on the screw rod 153 and is matched with the screw rod 153, the guide rod 155 is installed between the left side surface of the third bearing seat 152 and the left side surface of the bottom of the cart 1, the sliding sleeve 156 is sleeved on the guide rod 155, the middle part of the right side surface of the sliding sleeve 156 is connected with the left side surface of the nut 154, the right side surface of the fixed plate 2 is connected with the middle part of the left side surface of the sliding sleeve 156, the second motor 151 is installed on the left side surface of the bottom of the cart 1, the second motor 151 is located on the right side of the guide rod 155, the output shaft of the second motor 151 is connected with the top end of the screw rod 153 through a coupler, firstly, an operator starts the second motor 151 to rotate forward and backward and forward, the forward and backward alternately, the second motor 151 rotates forward and backward alternately, the screw rod 153 drives the forward and backward alternately, the screw rod 153 rotates forward and backward alternately to drive the nut 154 to move up and down, the nut 154 moves up and down to drive the sliding sleeve 156 to move up and down, the sliding sleeve 156 moves up and down to drive the fixing plate 2 to move up and down, and when the fixing plate 2 moves up and down to a proper position, the second motor 151 can be closed. Thus, the position of the fixing plate 2 can be adjusted to achieve the required depth of trenching.
Because the water spraying device 16 is further included, the water spraying device 16 includes a water tank 161, a water feeding pipe 162, a cover 163, a water pump 164, a water outlet pipe 165, a swing cylinder 166, a hose 167 and a spray head 168, the left side of the top of the cart 1 is provided with the water tank 161, the right side of the top of the water tank 161 is connected with the water feeding pipe 162, the water feeding pipe 162 is communicated with the water tank 161, the top end of the water feeding pipe 162 is provided with the cover 163, the cover 163 is matched with the water feeding pipe 162, the middle part of the outer left side surface of the water tank 161 is provided with the swing cylinder 166, the swing rod of the swing cylinder 166 is connected with the hose 167, the tail end of the hose 167 is provided with the spray head 168, the spray head 168 is communicated with the hose 167, the left side of the inner bottom of the water tank 161 is provided with the water pump 164, the water outlet end of the water pump 164 is connected with the water outlet pipe 165, the tail end of the water outlet pipe 165 penetrates through the middle part of the left side of the water tank 161 and is communicated with the hose 167, firstly, an operator opens the cover 163, and pours water into the water tank 161 through the water feeding pipe 162, the cover 163 is closed, when the peanut is sowed, an operator can start the water pump 164, the water pump 164 pumps water in the water tank 161 into the water outlet pipe 165, the water in the water outlet pipe 165 is discharged into the hose 167, and then is sprayed out through the spray head 168, the swing cylinder 166 is started again, the swing cylinder 166 drives the spray head 168 to swing up and down through the hose 167, and then the water is uniformly sprayed on the ground. When the peanut seeding is completed, the water pump 164 and the swing cylinder 166 are turned off. Therefore, the fixing plate 2 can be used for better trenching the soil, and the working efficiency is improved.
Because still including buffer 17, buffer 17 is including first sleeve 171, first movable rod 172, first spring 173 and connecting block 174, first sleeve 171 is installed to 7 type pole 3 tail ends, be equipped with first movable rod 172 in the first sleeve 171, sliding fit in first movable rod 172 and the first sleeve 171, connecting block 174 is installed to first movable rod 172 bottom, be connected with first spring 173 between connecting block 174 top and the first sleeve 171 bottom, first spring 173 overlaps on first movable rod 172, connecting block 174 bottom and 4 top intermediate connections of push pedal, when the peanut seeding, because of first spring 173's effect, push pedal 4 contacts with the soil all the time, and then make push pedal 4 better cover soil on the peanut.
Because still including damping device 18, damping device 18 is including second sleeve 181, second movable rod 182, second spring 183 and baffle 184, cart 1 top left and right sides symmetry formula installs second sleeve 181, second sleeve 181 is located hopper 83 below down, be equipped with second movable rod 182 in the second sleeve 181, second movable rod 182 and second sleeve 181 sliding fit, baffle 184 is installed on second movable rod 182 top, be connected with second spring 183 between baffle 184 bottom and the second sleeve 181 top, second spring 183 overlaps on second movable rod 182, when hopper 83 reciprocates, lower hopper 83 reciprocates and contacts with baffle 184, because of the effect of second spring 183, lower hopper 83 reciprocates and drives the baffle and reciprocate. Thus, the lower hopper 83 can be prevented from moving up and down to contact with the cart 1, resulting in damage.
Because the tool storage rack further comprises a frame body 19, the frame body 19 is arranged between the upper part of the outer right side surface of the placing frame 5 and the upper part of the left side of the pushing handle of the trolley 1, when the tool needs to be stored, an operator can put the tool into the frame body 19. When it is necessary to use the tool, the tool can be taken out from the frame 19. Therefore, an operator does not need to hold a tool, and the operation is convenient and fast.
Because the tool box further comprises a second cover plate 20, the top of the frame body 19 is provided with the second cover plate 20, the left end of the second cover plate 20 is connected with the top of the left side of the frame body 19 through a pin, an operator can open the second cover plate 20, can put tools into the frame body 19, and can close the second cover plate 20. When it is desired to use the second cover 20, the tool can be removed by opening the second cover 20 again. Thus, the tool can be prevented from falling out of the frame 19 when the device is moved.
