The invention discloses a water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy seam beautifying agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the epoxy seam beautifying agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: (0.8-1.2) and a component A and a component B, wherein: the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: epoxy resin emulsion: 100-150 parts; pigment: 5-20 parts of a solvent; thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts; defoaming agent: 0.1-0.5 part; leveling agent: 0.1-0.5 part; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: epoxy resin: 15-25 parts; polyether amine: 10-20 parts; amine compounds: 15-40 parts; antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent: 10-20 parts; thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts; water: 60-100 parts. The preparation method is simple, the components A and B are obtained by mixing the materials, and the components A and B are uniformly mixed when in use. The epoxy crack sealer disclosed by the invention is high in strength, low in shrinkage rate, strong in cohesiveness, high in brightness, attractive, durable in antibacterial and mildew-proof effects, good in hydrophobic and antifouling effects, easy to clean, extremely low in VOC content, safe and environment-friendly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The white cement is adopted to fill gaps of the ceramic tiles so as to achieve the purposes of water resistance, attractiveness, pollution prevention and the like, which is the most common method at present. However, the white cement joint mixture has a rough surface, becomes dull with the use of time, is easy to mildew and blacken, is difficult to clean, and seriously affects the decoration aesthetic effect. In recent years, a novel gap filling material, namely a seam beautifying agent, appears in the market, has the advantages of water resistance, mildew resistance, easiness in cleaning, no blackening, high glossiness and the like besides the gap filling effect, and is more and more popular.
At present, the seam beautifying agent on the market mainly comprises a single-component seam beautifying agent and a double-component oily seam beautifying agent. The single-component crack beautifying agent generally has the defects of large shrinkage rate, easy falling and the like. The two-component oily crack sealer has the advantages of low shrinkage, good cohesiveness, high strength, high brightness and the like, is expected to gradually replace a single-component crack sealer, and becomes the mainstream of the market. However, the existing two-component oily crack sealer also has the following defects and shortcomings: 1) the two-component oily crack sealer contains Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), so that the environment is polluted, and the health of a human body is damaged; 2) before construction, the beautiful pattern paper needs to be pasted, so that the ceramic tile is prevented from being polluted and difficult to clean, and the construction process is complicated; 3) the commercially available two-component oily crack sealer cannot keep attractive appearance for a long time, easily grows germs in a humid environment, easily mildews and blackens, is difficult to clean, and influences the overall attractive effect.
Therefore, development of a crack sealer which is environmentally friendly, harmless, good in antibacterial property, not prone to mildew and blackening, good in antifouling property, easy to clean, high in strength and low in shrinkage rate is demanded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an aqueous two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: (0.8-1.2) and a component A and a component B, wherein:
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
epoxy resin emulsion: 100-150 parts;
pigment: 5-20 parts of a solvent;
thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts;
defoaming agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
leveling agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
epoxy resin: 15-25 parts;
polyether amine: 10-20 parts;
amine compounds: 15-40 parts;
antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent: 10-20 parts;
thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts;
water: 60-100 parts.
The epoxy resin is at least one of epoxy resin E-51 and epoxy resin E-44.
The pigment is at least one of pearl powder, titanium dioxide and glitter powder.
The thixotropic agent is at least one of fumed silica and bentonite.
The defoaming agent is at least one of TEGO Foamex 810 and TEGO Foamex 825.
The leveling agent is at least one of BYK-333 and BYK-378.
The amine value of the polyether amine is 1.05-3.20 mmol/g.
The amine compound is at least one of diethylenetriamine, triethylene tetramine, tetraethylene pentamine, 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, 4' -diaminodicyclohexylmethane and isophorone diamine.
The antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent is quaternary ammonium salt modified amino silicone oil, the amine value is 0.2-0.5 mmol/g, and the content of quaternary ammonium groups is 0.1-1.0 mmol/g.
The preparation method of the aqueous two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer comprises the following steps:
1) adding the pigment, the thixotropic agent, the defoaming agent and the flatting agent into the epoxy resin emulsion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;
2) uniformly mixing epoxy resin, polyether amine, amine compound and antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent, reacting for 1-3 h at 50-100 ℃,
adding water for dispersion, adding a thixotropic agent and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B;
3) when in use and construction, the component A and the component B are mixed evenly.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high strength, low shrinkage, strong cohesiveness, high brightness, good aesthetic effect, lasting antibacterial and mildew-proof effects, good hydrophobic and antifouling effects, easiness in cleaning, extremely low VOC content, safety, environmental friendliness and simplicity in construction.
1) The water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer disclosed by the invention is a water-based system, has extremely low VOC content, can be diluted to the required construction viscosity by using water as a diluent, and is safe and environment-friendly;
2) the antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent can be connected with the polymer crosslinking network through a covalent bond, and the quaternary ammonium group is firmly embedded into the crosslinking network and is not easy to elute, so that the aqueous two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer has a more lasting antibacterial and mildewproof effect;
3) the polysiloxane chain segment in the antibacterial and antifouling auxiliary agent can be transferred to the surface of the material, so that the surface energy of the material is reduced, the hydrophobic and antifouling effects of the aqueous two-component antibacterial and antifouling epoxy crack sealer can be improved, and the easy cleaning property of the aqueous two-component antibacterial and antifouling epoxy crack sealer can be improved;
4) the water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy seam beautifying agent disclosed by the invention is high in strength, low in shrinkage rate, strong in cohesiveness, high in brightness and good in beautifying effect;
5) the water-based two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer can be designed into different colors according to actual requirements, can be erased by water before curing, does not pollute ceramic tiles, and is flexible and simple in construction.
Detailed Description
An aqueous two-component antibacterial antifouling epoxy crack sealer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: (0.8-1.2) and a component A and a component B, wherein:
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
epoxy resin emulsion: 100-150 parts;
pigment: 5-20 parts of a solvent;
thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts;
defoaming agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
leveling agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
epoxy resin: 15-25 parts;
polyether amine: 10-20 parts;
amine compounds: 15-40 parts;
antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent: 10-20 parts;
thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts;
water: 60-100 parts.
Preferably, the epoxy resin is at least one of epoxy resin E-51 and epoxy resin E-44.
Preferably, the pigment is at least one of pearl powder, titanium dioxide and glitter powder.
Preferably, the thixotropic agent is at least one of fumed silica and bentonite.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is at least one of TEGO Foamex 810 and TEGO Foamex 825.
Preferably, the leveling agent is at least one of BYK-333 and BYK-378.
Preferably, the amine value of the polyether amine is 1.05-3.20 mmol/g.
Preferably, the amine compound is at least one of diethylenetriamine, triethylene tetramine, tetraethylene pentamine, 1, 3-cyclohexyldimethylamine, 4' -diaminodicyclohexylmethane and isophorone diamine.
Preferably, the antibacterial and antifouling auxiliary agent is quaternary ammonium salt modified amino silicone oil, the amine value is 0.2-0.5 mmol/g, and the content of quaternary ammonium groups is 0.1-1.0 mmol/g.

1) the strains used for the antibacterial rate test are staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli;

epoxy resin: 15-25 parts;
polyether amine: 10-20 parts;
amine compounds: 15-40 parts;
antibacterial antifouling auxiliary agent: 10-20 parts;
thixotropic agent: 1-5 parts;
water: 60-100 parts;
