本发明公开了一种锂离子电池复合压板,包括有铝质基板,铝质基板一端开有复合槽,复合槽内配合有铜质复合板,铜质复合板、铝质基板上开有相贯通的穿孔。本发明采用铝质基板、铜质复合板的复合结构,采用铜铝复合压板方式,节约了铜材料的使用量,材料成本明显降低,同时保证了压板整体性能。

本发明涉及锂离子电池领域,具体属于一种锂离子电池复合压板。
背景技术
三元材料电池由于具有电压平台高、能量密度高、振实密度高、电化学稳定、循环性能好等特性,在提升新能源汽车的续航里程,减轻用户续航里程忧虑方面具有明显优势,同时还具有放电电压高,输出功率比较大,低温性能好,可适应全天候气温等优点,因此正逐渐受到汽车生产厂商和用户的青睐。正因如此,也就对其结构件要求很高,整个盖板分正极与负极,压板也对应分正极与负极,但是pack生产线需要将电池串联起来,连接件选择成本更加廉洁的材质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锂离子电池复合压板,采用铜铝复合压板方式,材料成本明显降低,同时保证了压板整体性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种锂离子电池复合压板,包括有铝质基板,铝质基板一端开有复合槽,复合槽内配合有铜质复合板,铜质复合板、铝质基板上开有相贯通的穿孔。
所述的铝质基板为长方形,铜质复合板复合槽为长方形。
本发明采用铝质基板、铜质复合板的复合结构,采用铜铝复合压板方式,节约了铜材料的使用量,材料成本明显降低,同时保证了压板整体性能。

1.一种锂离子电池复合压板,包括有铝质基板,其特征在于,铝质基板一端开有复合槽,复合槽内配合有铜质复合板,铜质复合板、铝质基板上开有相贯通的穿孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述锂离子电池复合压板,其特征在于,所述的铝质基板为长方形,铜质复合板复合槽为长方形。
