Abstract

一种可拆卸式的面板灯,包括外框架、多个发光组件及磁性件,外框架包括可拆式盖板、多个分别设置于所述可拆式盖板两侧的承接组件,磁性件一面吸附外框架的容置槽内侧壁面上,磁性件一面吸附承接组件上,多个发光组件设置于所述外框架上,各所述发光组件包括设置于承接组件上的支架、设置于支架上的光源板、以及设置于支架上的而覆盖光源板的灯罩,发光组件模块化设计,发光组件采用磁性件吸附外框架,使得模块维护、替换更方便。

可拆卸式的面板灯
技术领域
本发明系有关于一种灯具,特别是指一种工作用可拆卸式的面板灯。
背景技术
随着高效固态照明源之出现,LED将电能转换成光、大体上包含有插入于相反掺杂的半导体层之间的半导体材料之一或多个作用区的固态装置。当在掺杂层施加偏压时,将电洞及电子注入至作用区中,而在该作用区中,两者再结合以产生光。光系在作用区中产生,且自LED之表面发射。
一般装设于轻钢架天花板的照明设备多采用固定支架式灯座,再于该固定支架式灯座装设复数支日光灯管,再将固定支架式灯座嵌置于轻钢架由T字梁交错形成的框口上,然而,日光灯管发光效果不佳,而固定支架式灯座不易排散日光灯管所产生之热量、且固定支架式灯座交错形成的聚光结构复杂,徒增制造之成本。
嵌灯式固定架普遍存在于全世界之商业办公及工业空间中,嵌灯可安装至天花板或自天花板悬挂下来。通常,嵌灯可凹入至天花板中,使嵌灯之背面突出至天花板上方之通风区域中。
传统嵌灯容纳有横跨嵌灯之长度的细长荧光灯管。传统灯泡式嵌灯耗电且温度高问题,遂有相关业界开发出LED嵌灯以为因应,俾可利用LED之特性令嵌灯达到省电、使用温度较低之优点。传统嵌灯的细长荧光灯管非模块化而各为单一灯管,维修、替换较为不便,是以,如何解决习知结构的问题,即为相关业者所必须思考的问题所在。
发明内容
可拆卸式的面板灯为安装在天花板上的照明设备,面板灯为模块化LED电源与LED光源的可拆卸设计;发光组件采用磁性件吸附,使得模块维护、替换更方便。
可拆卸式的面板灯灯具中间有可拆式盖板,可拆式盖板覆盖电源供应器,可拆式盖板采用安全可吊挂式的安全绳索保护,使得可拆式盖板在维护过程中,拆卸下可拆式盖板可吊挂着,不致掉落地面,操作上更为方便且省去多人工作的不便利,即一人维修LED光源即可操作,无需有人将可拆式盖板传递到下面放置。
发光组件的灯体设计方便运输,将发光组件拆下后可单独包装,并且,多个发光组件可以重迭放在一起包装,使得包装的体积更小,运输成本便低。
面板灯包括外框架及多个发光组件,外框架包括容置槽,所述外框架包括设置于所述容置槽的可拆式盖板、多个分别设置于所述可拆式盖板两侧的承接组件,所述承接组件采用磁性件吸附所述外框架的所述容置槽内侧壁面上;多个发光组件设置于所述外框架的所述容置槽,各所述发光组件包括设置于所述承接组件的支架、设置于所述支架上的光源板、以及设置于所述支架上的而覆盖所述光源板的灯罩。
在一些实施例中,所述外框架包括设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的固定支架。
在一些实施例中,所述外框架包括安全绳索,所述安全绳索一端固定于所述可拆式盖板,所述安全绳索另一端固定于所述固定支架。
在一些实施例中,所述外框架包括设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的电源供应器。
在一些实施例中,所述外框架包括设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的接线组件。
在一些实施例中,各所述发光组件包括多个分别设置于所述支架两端的侧盖。
在一些实施例中,所述外框架包括多个接线穿孔及固定于所述多个接线穿孔上的套环组件。

具体实施方式
以下说明请同时参照图1至图7,为本发明的实施例,图1为外观示意图,图2为侧视剖面示意图,图3为更换发光组件的侧视示意图,图4为部份组件的外观示意图,图5为部份组件的俯视示意图,图6为分解示意图(一),图7为分解示意图(二)。本实施例中,面板灯包含外框架100以及多个发光组件40。
本发明可拆卸式的面板灯的实施例为安装在天花板上的照明设备使用,面板灯为模块化LED电源与LED光源的可拆卸设计;发光组件采用磁性件45吸附,使得模块维护、替换更方便。
可拆卸式的面板灯灯具中间有可拆式盖板20,可拆式盖板20覆盖电源供应器60,可拆式盖板采用安全可吊挂式的安全绳索50保护,使得可拆式盖板20在维护过程中,拆卸下可拆式盖板20可吊挂着,不致掉落地面,操作上更为方便且省去多人工作的不便利,即一人维修LED光源即可操作,无需有人将可拆式盖板20传递到下面放置。
发光组件40的灯体设计方便运输,将发光组件40拆下后可单独包装,并且,多个发光组件40可以重迭放在一起包装,使得包装的体积更小,运输成本便低。
所述外框架100为金属材质制成的薄型板件,外框架100为形成一侧内凹状的外框件,意即,外框架100包括容置槽。所述外框架100包括一设置于所述容置槽的可拆式盖板20、多个分别设置于所述可拆式盖板20两侧的承接组件21。
可拆式盖板20为金属材质制成的薄型板件,可拆式盖板20的侧视观之概呈V字型外观,可拆式盖板20两侧弹性延伸片的端部可扣接在外框架100内侧壁面上的扣孔内,使用时按压弹性延伸片即可拆卸下。承接组件21的侧视观之概呈U字型外观,承接组件21两侧臂端部为相对弯折有钩部211,用以夹固发光组件40的支架41。
承接组件21采用一磁性件45吸附所述外框架100的所述容置槽内侧壁面上,使得发光组件40的模块维护、替换更方便,不必将全部零件各别拆下作维护、替换,亦不必同螺丝般的繁锁工序。
多个发光组件40设置于所述外框架100的所述容置槽,各所述发光组件40包括一设置于所述承接组件21的支架41、一设置于所述支架41上的光源板42、以及一设置于所述支架41上的而覆盖所述光源板42的灯罩43。光源板42上数组有多个LED芯片,用以投射光源。
支架41两侧延伸有悬臂,灯罩43的侧视观之概呈弯弧状的突出罩体,灯罩43两侧相对形成有C字型夹扣,悬臂滑入C字型夹扣内固定。
各支架41为铝型材,各灯罩43为用雾化,不会产生炫光问题。传统面板灯发出灯容易刺激眼睛。
各所述发光组件40包括多个分别设置于所述支架41两端的侧盖44,将各侧盖44合上支架41与灯罩43两端,封住光源板42,避免水气容易溢入的问题发生。
外框架100包括一设置于所述容置槽的固定支架30,固定支架30受所述可拆式盖板20覆盖,固定支架30为长条型金属板件,固定支架30锁固在外框架100内壁面上,在此,所述外框架100包括一安全绳索50,安全绳索50可为毛细绳、塑料绳或者是利用电线绕接的方式使用。
意即,所述安全绳索50一端固定于所述可拆式盖板20,所述安全绳索50另一端固定于所述固定支架30,在拆下可拆式盖板20后,使其藉由安全绳索50而吊挂在外框架100下方,欲再安装可拆式盖板20时,即可迅速的拿起可拆式盖板20进行安装,提高组装的时间与便利性。
外框架100包括一设置于所述容置槽的电源供应器60,电源供应器60受所述可拆式盖板20覆盖,电源供应器60连接传输线并提供电力。
外框架100包括一设置于所述容置槽的接线组件70,接线组件70受所述可拆式盖板20覆盖,接线组件70连接传输线与电源供应器60并提供电力。
外框架100包括多个接线穿孔23及固定于所述多个接线穿孔23上的套环组件22,套环组件22封住接线穿孔23,避免老鼠等虫类爬入接线穿孔23内,咬破传输线而影响多个发光组件40的照明运作。
多个锁接组件80运用,以锁接组件80分别锁固安全绳索50的两端,将安全绳索50一端固定于可拆式盖板20上,将安全绳索50另一端固定于所述固定支架30,此外,以多个锁接组件80锁接电源供应器60与接线组件70于外框架100内壁面上,并且,以多个锁接组件80锁接固定支架30于外框架100内壁面上。
面板灯为模块化LED电源与LED光源的可拆卸设计;发光组件40采用磁性件45吸附,使得模块维护、替换更方便;灯具中间覆盖电源供应器60的可拆式盖板20采用安全可吊挂式的安全绳索50保护,使得在维护过程中,拆卸更省人工,无需有人将可拆式盖板20传递到下面放置;并且,发光组件40的灯体设计方便运输,将发光组件40拆下后可单独包装,并且,多个发光组件40可以重迭放在一起包装,使得包装的体积更小,运输成本便低。

Claims (7)

1.一种可拆卸式的面板灯,其特征在于,包括一外框架、多个发光组件及一磁性件,所述外框架包括一容置槽,所述外框架包括一设置于所述容置槽的可拆式盖板、多个分别设置于所述可拆式盖板两侧的承接组件,所述磁性件一面吸附所述外框架的所述容置槽内侧壁面上,所述磁性件一面吸附所述承接组件上,所述承接组件两侧臂端部为相对弯折有一钩部,多个发光组件设置于所述外框架的所述容置槽,各所述发光组件包括一设置于所述承接组件的支架、一设置于所述支架上的光源板、以及一设置于所述支架上的而覆盖所述光源板的灯罩,所述承接组件两钩部夹固所述支架两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述之面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框架包括一设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的电源供应器。
3.根据权利要求1所述之面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框架包括一设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的接线组件。
4.根据权利要求1所述之面板灯,其特征在于,各所述发光组件包括多个分别设置于所述支架两端的侧盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述之面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框架包括多个接线穿孔及固定于所述多个接线穿孔上的套环组件。
6.根据权利要求1所述之面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框架包括一设置于所述容置槽且受所述可拆式盖板覆盖的固定支架。
7.根据权利要求6所述之面板灯,其特征在于,所述外框架包括一安全绳索,所述安全绳索一端固定于所述可拆式盖板,所述安全绳索另一端固定于所述固定支架。
