A guide shaft penetrates through a sliding block, the guide shaft is connected with a rack 1 and used as an air cylinder of a stuffing adjusting power device 282 to drive the sliding block to move along the guide shaft, meanwhile, a return spring is sleeved on the guide shaft, the quick reset of the sliding block and a movable baffle 281 is realized through the arrangement of the return spring, a limiting shaft is arranged on the rack 1, one end of the limiting shaft is connected with the rack 1, the other end of the limiting shaft tightly supports a stuffing feeding block 284, the limiting shaft penetrates through the sliding block, and the arrangement of the limiting shaft can effectively prevent the stuffing feeding block 284 from displacing and ensure that the position of the stuffing feeding block 284 is unchanged.
