Abstract

Description

具有用于连接/断开电机的装置的混合车辆动力系
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力系,特别是用于混合车辆的动力系。
如已知的,混合车辆包括动力系,该动力系单独地或结合地使用具有可变速度传动装置的内燃热机作为牵引/推进驱动装置和/或诸如连接至诸如一个或更多电池的电源的旋转电机之类的驱动/接收机器。
通过减少至大气的排放物的排放和通过减少燃料消耗,该组合提供了优化该车辆性能的优点。
因此,如在城市区域,当车辆由高转矩在宽速度范围内被驱动且限制废气和噪音的产生时,优选地使用电机驱动该车辆。
在另一方面,在需要高驱动力和宽运转范围的情况下,用热机驱动该车辆。
背景技术
如从本申请人提交的法国专利申请第2,955,165中已知的,这样的马达车辆动力系包括热机,该热机具有连接至可变速度传动装置的轴,该可变速度传动装置包括周转齿轮系,该周转齿轮系具有太阳齿轮和齿圈以及行星齿轮架,它们分别通过受控的联接件连接至热机轴和通过单向自动联接件连接至固定部件,行星齿轮架通过传动路径将速度变化传递至车辆的驱动桥。
为了增加当车辆由电机驱动时的速度变化能力,申请人将上述文件的可变速度传动装置和如本申请人提交的法国专利申请第2,962,697中描述的另一周转齿轮系结合,该另一周转齿轮系将发动机周转齿轮系连接至传动路径,以将运动传递到车辆的驱动桥。
本申请人甚至还通过提供使电机能够断开同时当以热机运转时增加实现其它档位范围的可能性的装置来改进该传动装置。
发明内容
因此,本发明涉及一种用于混合车辆的动力系,包括驱动/接收机器、具有发动机轴的热机、包括具有太阳齿轮和齿圈以及行星齿轮架的发动机周转齿轮系的变速装置和布置在大致平行于发动机轴的轴上的机器周转齿轮系,太阳齿轮和齿圈分别通过发动机受控制的联接件连接至发动机轴和通过单向自动联接件连接至动力系的固定部件,且机器周转齿轮系包括太阳齿轮、齿圈、行星齿轮架和周转齿轮系受控制的联接件,其特征在于,所述变速装置包括用于使电机与机器周转齿轮系连接/断开的装置。

具体实施方式
在图1中,动力系包括热机10、可变速度装置14和允许驱动车辆的驱动轮18的驱动桥16,该热机特别地为内燃机,具有来自此处该发动机的曲轴的发动机轴12。
动力系还包括诸如带有转子22的电动机20的驱动/接纳机器,通过连接至诸如电池(未示出)之类的电源,该电动机可用作为用于驱动车辆的电动机,或用作发电机,且更具体地用作用于为这些电池充电的交流发电机。
当然,在不偏离本发明范围的前提下,该驱动/接纳机器可以是任一其它类型的,诸如液压机、电液压机等。
变速装置14包括被称作发动机周转齿轮系的主周转齿轮系24,该主周转齿轮系具有被称作发动机受控的联接件26、28的、此处呈摩擦离合器形式的两个受控的联接件、以及诸如自由轮30、32的两个单向自动联接件。

当然,两个自由轮30和32布置成使得太阳齿轮34和齿圈42可仅向相同的方向转动,且优选地为与发动机轴12相同的方向。
最后,该发动机周转齿轮系包括行星齿轮架46,行星齿轮架46有利地具有三个呈外部带齿的轮形式的行星齿轮48,布置为相互间以相同的角度间隔(此处为120°)并且与齿圈和太阳齿轮啮合。
齿圈42、太阳齿轮34和行星齿轮48因此布置在同一平面内,此处为图1的垂直平面。
这些行星齿轮分别由连接至被称作行星齿轮架轴承的管状轴承50的水平销承载,管状轴承50围绕太阳齿轮轴36同时在其上自由地转动。
太阳齿轮轴和齿圈轴的自由端分别承载受控的联接件26和28,优选地为分别由杆控制件52和54控制的摩擦离合器。
因此,被称作太阳齿轮离合器的离合器26允许太阳齿轮与发动机轴12联接,且被称作齿圈离合器的离合器28的目的是允许齿圈与发动机轴联接。
如在图1中更清楚的,行星齿轮架46也包括外部带齿的附加条56,其布置为与行星齿轮相对且通过啮合连接至被称作机器周转齿轮系的另一附加周转齿轮系60的外部带齿的连接条58。
该周转齿轮系60布置在大致平行于发动机轴12的固定轴62上。
机器周转齿轮系包括外部带齿的太阳齿轮64,该太阳齿轮转动地连接至围绕固定轴62的管状轴66。
该太阳齿轮与行星齿轮架68配合,行星齿轮架68有利地包括三个呈外部带齿的齿轮形式的行星齿轮70,行星齿轮70由行星齿轮销承载,行星齿轮销布置为相互间以相同的角度间隔(此处为120°),且与机器周转齿轮系的齿圈72啮合。
该齿圈由围绕太阳齿轮轴66的管状轴74承载。
当然,关于发动机周转齿轮系24,齿圈、太阳齿轮和行星齿轮布置在同一平面内,此处为图1的垂直平面。
如在该附图中更清楚的,行星齿轮销70由固定至围绕固定轴62的管状轴78的盘76承载。
该管状轴固定地承载外部带齿的齿轮80,外部带齿的齿轮80与连接于驱动桥16的另一齿轮82配合,由此在机器周转齿轮系60与车桥16之间形成运动传递路径。
参照图1的右侧部分,管状太阳齿轮轴66固定地承载盘84,盘84承载与由齿圈轴承载的受控的联接件88配合的联接表面86
该联接件允许齿圈轴74连接至太阳齿轮轴66或连接至由固定部件40承载的固定的联接表面90。
有利地,该联接件包括被称作周转齿轮系同步啮合器的双作用同步啮合器,该双作用同步啮合器具有两个联接位置(附图标记1和2)和中性位置(由在附图标记1和2之间的点代表)。该同步啮合器由齿圈轴74在转动上固定但平移自由地(相对于齿圈轴可自由平移但不可转动地)承载,并且设计为在控制装置92的作用下,与盘84的联接表面86配合或通过表面90与动力系的固定部件40配合。
太阳齿轮轴66也承载在机器周转齿轮系60和电机20之间的连接/断开装置94。
在图1中,该装置包括外部带齿的连接齿轮96,该连接齿轮96与由电机的转子22固定地承载的外部带齿的齿轮98啮合。该连接齿轮在太阳齿轮轴上自由转动,同时面向由该太阳齿轮的轴承载的受控的联接件100。
该联接件因此允许将太阳齿轮轴66连接至电机20或固定部件40。
有利地,该联接件包括被称作机器同步啮合器的双作用同步啮合器102,该双作用同步啮合器102具有两个联接位置(附图标记1和2)和中性位置(由在附图标记1和2之间的点代表)。该同步啮合器由太阳齿轮轴66在转动上固定但在平移上自由地(相对于太阳齿轮轴66可自由平移但不可转动地)承载,并且设计为在控制装置104的作用下,与由连接齿轮96承载的联接表面106或通过另一联接表面108与动力系的固定部件40配合。
现在描述动力系组件的各种构造。
当机器同步啮合器102处于位置1时,它使得太阳齿轮轴66能够连接至动力系的固定部件40,并且电机20通过连接齿轮96的自由转动从该太阳齿轮轴断开。
在该构造中,动力系可以用三个热速度比操作,并且它还可以实现驻车制动功能。只有当同步啮合器88在中心位置时,三个热速度比才可能。在这种情形中,机器周转齿轮系60用作减速器且三个热速度比有较低的比率。
同步啮合器88的位置1和2均与驻车制动功能相对应。在位置1,齿圈72直接通过表面90被止动在固定部件40上。在位置2,齿圈72与太阳齿轮64成一体,其自身已经通过表面108连接至固定部件40。在这两种情形中,机器周转齿轮系的两根轴被止动、同时被连接至固定部件,该固定部件止动行星齿轮架68并由此止动车桥16。
在同步啮合器102的位置2,连接齿轮96通过该同步啮合器连接至太阳齿轮轴66。
通过该连接,电机连接至机器周转齿轮系60,且动力系可以用两种电动驾驶模式、或三种无级变速模式(eCVT)或三种混合模式进行操作。
在中性位置,电机也被断开,且它不在机器周转齿轮系60上施加作用。在同步啮合器102的该中性位置,当同步啮合器88在位置2时,齿圈72与太阳齿轮64是彼此独立的。机器周转齿轮系所有的轴具有相同的状态。在该构造中,动力系可以用三个纯热模式操作,纯热模式在热机与车桥之间的比率与上述三个混合模式的比率相同。
图2的变型与图1的示范例的不同仅在于机器周转齿轮系60与电机20之间的连接/断开装置的具体构造。
该装置包括具有太阳齿轮轴66的固定的齿轮200,太阳齿轮轴66与齿轮系同步啮合器88承载联接表面86。该齿轮的带齿条202与空转地安装在电机20的转子22的延伸部206上的带齿小齿轮204相配合。小齿轮204固定地连接至也空转地安装在延伸部206上的套筒208,并且其承载受控的联接件210。
如图1中的示范例,该联接件包括被称作机器同步啮合器的双作用同步啮合器212,双作用同步啮合器212具有两个联接位置(附图标记1和2)和中性位置(由在附图标记1和2之间的点代表)。该同步啮合器由套筒208在转动上固定但在平移上自由地(相对于套筒208可自由平移但不可转动)承载,并且其设计为在控制装置214的作用下,与由固定地布置在转子和转子的延伸部上的凸缘218承载的联接表面216配合或通过另一联接表面220与动力系的固定部件40配合。
下面描述用于在图2中示出的示范例的动力系组件的各种构造。
当机器同步啮合器在位置1时,它使得带齿的小齿轮及其套筒208连接至动力系的固定部件40,且小齿轮-套筒-太阳齿轮轴66组件在转动上被止动(其转动被止动)。在该构造中,机器从齿轮系60断开。
然后,动力系可用三个热速度比操作。该操作与上文描述的用于图1的当同步啮合器102在位置1时的操作严格相同,因此在壳体处止动了轴66。
只有当同步啮合器88在中心位置时,三个热速度比才可能。在这种情形中,机器周转齿轮系60用作减速器,且三个热速度比有较低的比率。
同步啮合器88的位置1和2均与驻车制动功能相对应。在位置1,齿圈72直接通过表面90被止动在固定部件40上。在位置2,齿圈72与太阳齿轮64成一体,其自身已经通过齿轮202和204、套筒208、同步啮合器210和表面220连接至固定部件40。在这两种情形中,机器周转齿轮系的两根轴被止动,同时被连接至壳体,该壳体止动行星齿轮架68并随后止动车桥16。
在该同步啮合器的位置2,小齿轮和它的套筒连接至转子-转子延伸部组件,由此允许太阳齿轮轴66被转动。
通过该连接,电机连接至机器周转齿轮系60,且该动力系可以用两种电动驾驶模式、或三种无级变速模式(eCVT)或三种混合模式操作。这里的操作与描述用于图1的当同步啮合器102在位置2时的操作相同。
在中性位置,电机也从机器周转齿轮系60断开,并且它不在该齿轮系上施加作用。在同步啮合器212的该中性位置,当同步啮合器88在位置2时,齿圈72与太阳齿轮64是彼此独立的。机器齿轮系所有的轴具有相同的状态。在该构造中,动力系可以用三种纯热模式操作,纯热模式在热机与车桥之间的比率与上述三种混合模式的比率相同。
图3的在机器周转齿轮系60与电机20之间的连接/断开装置的变型与图1的示范例不同仅在于,连接/断开装置不设置有图1的盘84,而且由该盘承载的联接表面在这里布置在连接齿轮上。
如在图3中更好地可见的,外部带齿的连接齿轮300与由电机20的转子22固定地承载的外部带齿的齿轮98配合。该连接齿轮在其与齿轮系同步啮合器88相对的面上承载适于与该同步啮合器配合的联接表面302。该连接齿轮的另一面承载联接表面106,该联接表面106面向由太阳齿轮轴66承载的受控的联接件100。
如图1中的示范例,该受控的联接件也是被称作机器同步啮合器的双作用同步啮合器102,双作用同步啮合器102具有两个联接位置(附图标记1和2)和中性位置(由在附图标记1和2之间的点代表)。

Claims (8)
