In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring embodiments of the invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are set forth by those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, however, the present invention may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
Hereinafter, a pressure cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. It is understood that the pressure cooking appliance according to the present invention may have various functions of cooking porridge, soup, etc., in addition to the function of cooking rice.
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure cooking appliance 100 includes a pot body 110 and a cover body 120. The pot body 110 is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving part into which the inner pot 111 can be freely placed or from which the inner pot 111 can be taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 111. The inner pot 111 is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for holding a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. The cooker body 110 may include therein a heating means for heating the inner pot.
The cover 120 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the pot 110. The cover 120 is pivotally connected to the pot 110 in an openable and closable manner for covering the pot 110. The cover 120 includes an outer cover 121 and a detachable cover member 122, and the detachable cover member 122 is detachably connected with the outer cover 121 to facilitate cleaning of the detachable cover member 122 at any time. When the cover 120 is covered on the cooker 110, the detachable cover 122 covers the inner pot 111, and a cooking space is formed between the detachable cover 122 and the inner pot 111. The detachable cover member 122 is provided with a large through hole 122a and a small through hole 122b (shown in fig. 4) for mounting a pressure valve assembly and a safety valve assembly, respectively (described below). Also, the cover 120 is generally provided with a sealing ring 123, which may be made of, for example, a rubber material, and is disposed between the detachable cover part 122 and the inner pot 111 for sealing the cooking space when the cover 120 is in the closed state.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pressure valve assembly 130 and a safety valve assembly 140 are further provided in the cover 120. The pressure valve assembly 130 may control the pressure in the pressure cooking appliance 100. Specifically, the pressure valve assembly 130 includes a pressure valve seat 131, a pressure valve cover 133, and a gravity ball 132, the pressure valve seat 131 being mounted on the detachable cover member 122 through the large through hole 122a, the pressure valve cover 133 being fitted on the pressure valve seat 131, the gravity ball 132 being disposed in the pressure valve cover 133. The pressure valve seat 131 has a steam discharge hole 135 provided therein. The inlet of the steam discharge hole 135 is directed toward the inner pot 111 when the cover 120 is covered on the pot 110, and the outlet is directed toward the gravity ball 132. The steam discharge hole 135 can be closed and opened by controlling the gravity ball 132 during cooking, so that the sealing and discharging of the steam in the inner pot 111 can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, the pressure valve assembly 130 further includes an anti-blocking nut 134 disposed therebelow. The scheme can effectively realize anti-blocking.
When the pressure valve assembly 130 fails, the safety valve assembly 140 can function and can timely discharge the gas in the inner pot 111. In particular, as shown in fig. 2-4, the safety valve assembly 140 includes a safety valve seat 141, a safety valve housing 146, a valve stem 143, and a spring 145. The safety valve seat 141 is mounted on the detachable cover member 122 through the small through hole 122b, and the safety valve housing 146 is fitted on the safety valve seat 141. The safety valve housing 146 has a through hole 146a at the top thereof, and the safety valve seat 141 has an exhaust port 142 at the bottom thereof, which is directed toward the inner pot 111 when the cover 120 is closed on the pot body 110. The valve stem 143 is disposed in the safety valve seat 141 and includes a first end 143a and a second end 143b, the first end 143a extending through a through hole 146a in the top of the safety valve housing 146, and a gasket 144 connected to the second end 143 b. The gasket 144 may be made of, for example, silicone rubber for sealing the exhaust port 142 of the safety valve assembly 140. A spring 145 is fitted over the valve stem 143 between the top of the safety valve housing 146 and the second end 143b of the valve stem 143. Under normal conditions, the gasket 144 seals the vent 142 under the elastic force of the spring 145, and when an abnormal condition occurs, i.e., the pressure valve assembly 130 fails, and when the pressure of the steam in the inner pot acting on the gasket 144 of the safety valve assembly 140 is greater than the elastic force generated by the spring 145, the gasket 144 is lifted upward, so that the gas in the inner pot can be discharged through the vent 142.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the relief valve seat 141 and the pressure valve seat 131 are integrally formed as one piece, and the relief valve housing 146 and the pressure valve housing 133 are also integrally formed as one piece. This arrangement makes it possible to simultaneously install both the safety valve seat 141 and the pressure valve seat 131 at one time and simultaneously install both the safety valve housing 146 and the pressure valve housing 133 at one time at the time of assembly of the safety valve assembly 140 and the pressure valve assembly 130, so that convenience at the time of assembly can be increased.
In addition, since the pressure valve assembly 130 and the safety valve assembly 140 are required to be installed on the large through hole 122a and the small through hole 122b of the detachable cover member 122, the pressure valve assembly 130 and the safety valve assembly 140 can be positioned mutually through the large through hole and the small through hole during installation, assembly errors are avoided, and the assembly process is simplified. It will be appreciated that one skilled in the art may also provide the relief valve seat 141 and the pressure valve seat 131 and one of the relief valve housing 146 and the pressure valve housing 133 as an integrally formed one-piece, as desired.

1. A pressure cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooker body is internally provided with an inner pot;

the pressure valve assembly is arranged in the cover body and comprises a pressure valve seat, a pressure valve cover assembled on the pressure valve seat and a gravity ball arranged in the pressure valve cover, a steam discharge hole is arranged in the pressure valve seat, the gravity ball is used for sealing and discharging steam by closing and opening the steam discharge hole,
the safety valve seat and the pressure valve seat are integrally formed into a whole, and the pressure valve assembly and the safety valve assembly are respectively arranged on the detachable cover part through the two through holes.
