技术领域
本发明涉及在将含有稀土类化合物的粉末溶解于溶剂中而成的浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体并使其干燥而涂布该粉末、对其进行热处理而使烧结磁铁体吸收稀土类元素、制造稀土类永久磁铁时,能够均匀且有效率地涂布上述稀土类化合物的粉末,有效率地得到磁特性优异的稀土类磁铁的稀土类磁铁的制造方法和在该稀土类磁铁的制造方法中优选使用的浆料涂布装置。
背景技术
Nd-Fe-B系等的稀土类永久磁铁由于其优异的磁特性,因此用途在不断地扩展。以往,作为使该稀土类磁铁的矫顽力进一步提高的方法,已知如下方法:在烧结磁铁体的表面涂布稀土类化合物的粉末,进行热处理,使稀土类元素在烧结磁铁体中吸收扩散,得到稀土类永久磁铁(专利文献1:日本特开2007-53351号公报、专利文献2:国际公开第2006/043348号),采用该方法,可以在抑制残留磁通量密度的减少的同时增大矫顽力。
其中,在日本特开2008-061333号公报(专利文献3)中示出通过对烧结磁铁的一部分应用上述的方法,从而只在应用了的部位显示出上述的效果,这意味着相反地如果在磁铁中存在没有充分地涂布粉末的部分,则在该部分没有获得上述效果。因此,进行上述吸收扩散处理时,对于磁铁的规定部位或整个面均匀地涂布粉末是重要的。
将粉末涂布于磁铁体表面的方法有涂布将该粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料、使其干燥的方法,作为涂布该浆料的方法,在日本特开2011-129871号公报(专利文献4)中提出了边使烧结磁铁体旋转边将浆料进行喷雾的方法。但是,在该方法中,将烧结磁铁体设置于一对夹具之间而保持,边旋转驱动该夹具而使烧结磁铁体以规定速度旋转边喷射浆料,在对多个烧结磁铁体进行涂布处理的情况下,通常通过手操作来将烧结磁铁体安装于夹具,使其旋转,喷射浆料而涂布后,使旋转停止,通过手操作将涂布完成的磁铁体从轴移除而回收,安装下一个磁铁体,反复同样的操作,非常费时间,完全不适合作为批量生产方法。
因此,希望开发如下的对策:能够将分散有稀土类化合物的粉末的浆料均匀且有效率地涂布,并且能够控制涂着量而密合性良好地形成致密的粉末的涂膜,批量生产性也优异,而且以也可进一步实现省力化的方式涂布浆料。

本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供:在包含R1-Fe-B系组成(或者由R1-Fe-B系组成构成)(R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)的烧结磁铁体表面涂布将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物(R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)中的1种或2种以上的粉末溶解于溶剂而成的浆料、使其干燥而将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体、对其进行热处理而制造稀土类永久磁铁时,能够均匀且有效率地涂布上述浆料,能够均匀且有效率地涂布粉末,并且能够控制涂着量而密合性良好地形成致密的粉末的涂膜,能够有效率地得到磁特性优异的稀土类磁铁的稀土类磁铁的制造方法及该稀土类磁铁的制造方法中优选使用的浆料的涂布装置。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明为了实现上述目的,提供下述[1]~[4]的稀土类磁铁的制造方法。
[1]稀土类磁铁的制造方法,是将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物(R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)中的1种或2种以上的粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料涂布于包含R1-Fe-B系组成(或者由R1-Fe-B系组成构成)(R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)的烧结磁铁体、使其干燥而将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体、对其进行热处理而使烧结磁铁体吸收R2的稀土类永久磁铁的制造方法,其特征在于,通过用输送机搬运上述烧结磁铁体而使其在上述浆料中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体浸渍于该浆料,将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体,并且在该浸渍中利用通过设置于传送带的插通孔而在传送带上突出的多个柱状或者棒状的上推构件暂时地将传送带上的烧结磁铁体上推,使该烧结磁铁体与传送带暂时地分离。

[5]浆料涂布装置,是在将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物(R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)中的1种或2种以上的粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料涂布于包含R1-Fe-B系组成(或者由R1-Fe-B系组成构成)(R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)的烧结磁铁体、使其干燥而将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体、对其进行热处理使烧结磁铁体吸收R2而制造稀土类永久磁铁时将上述浆料涂布于上述烧结磁铁体的涂布装置,其特征在于,具备:
容纳上述浆料的涂布槽,
输送机,其具有设置了多个插通孔的传送带,以该传送带的一部分在上述涂布槽内的浆料中通过的方式配设,在该传送带上载置上述烧结磁铁体进行搬运,
上推带,其配设于上述涂布槽内,在上述传送带的下侧同步地进行旋转,和
多个柱状或者棒状的上推构件,其可上下移动地安装于该上推带,在上述传送带的下侧暂时地上升,通过上述插通孔而在该传送带上突出;
以如下方式构成:通过在上述输送机的传送带上载置上述烧结磁铁体进行搬运,使该烧结磁铁体在浸渍于上述涂布槽中的浆料中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体浸渍于该浆料而将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体,并且在该浸渍中利用通过上述插通孔而在传送带上突出的上述上推构件暂时地将传送带上的烧结磁铁体上推,使该烧结磁铁体与传送带暂时地分离。

根据本发明,能够利用输送机搬运多个烧结磁铁体,连续地涂布浆料,因此能够有效率地进行浆料涂布,也适合应对批量化生产,并且在将烧结磁铁体浸渍于浆料进行涂布时暂时地将该烧结磁铁体提起,在使其从传送带分离的状态下进行浸渍涂布,因此能够确实地将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体的整个面。因此,根据本发明,能够密合性良好地形成均匀且致密的粉末的涂膜,并且效率高,批量生产性也优异。
而且,采用本发明的制造方法和涂布装置,能够这样在烧结磁铁体整个面将稀土类化合物的粉末均匀地涂布于烧结磁铁体表面,并且能够极其有效率地进行该涂布操作,因此能够有效率地制造使矫顽力良好地增大的磁特性优异的稀土类磁铁。

具体实施方式
本发明的稀土类磁铁的制造方法如上述那样,将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物(R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)中的1种或2种以上的粉末溶解于溶剂而成的浆料涂布于包含R1-Fe-B系组成(或者由R1-Fe-B系组成构成)(R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上)的烧结磁铁体,使其干燥,将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体,对其进行热处理,使烧结磁铁体吸收R2,制造稀土类磁铁。
上述R1-Fe-B系烧结磁铁体能够使用采用公知的方法得到的产物,例如能够通过按照常规方法使含有R1、Fe、B的母合金粗粉碎、微粉碎、成型、烧结而得到。再有,R1如上述那样,为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,具体地,可列举出Y、Sc、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb和Lu。
本发明中,将该R1-Fe-B系烧结磁铁体根据需要通过磨削等成型为规定形状,在表面涂布含有R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物、氢化物的1种或2种以上的粉末,进行热处理,使其于烧结磁铁体吸收扩散(晶界扩散),得到稀土类磁铁。
上述R2如上述那样,为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,与上述R1同样地可例示Y、Sc、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Yb和Lu。这种情况下,并无特别限制,但优选在R2中的1种或多种中合计含有10原子%以上、更优选20原子%以上、特别是40原子%以上的Dy或Tb。从本发明的目的出发,更优选这样在R2中含有10原子%以上的Dy和/或Tb并且R2中的Nd和Pr的合计浓度比上述R1中的Nd和Pr的合计浓度低。
本发明中上述粉末的涂布通过制备将该粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料,将该浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体表面并使其干燥而进行。这种情况下,对粉末的粒径并无特别限制,能够使其成为作为用于吸收扩散(晶界扩散)的稀土类化合物粉末一般的粒度,具体地,平均粒径优选100μm以下,更优选为10μm以下。对其下限并无特别限制,但优选1nm以上。该平均粒径例如能够使用采用激光衍射法等的粒度分布测定装置等作为质量平均值D50(即,累计质量成为50%时的粒径或中值径)等求出。再有,使粉末分散的溶剂可以为水,也可以为有机溶剂,作为有机溶剂,并无特别限制,可例示乙醇、丙酮、甲醇、异丙醇等,这些中优选使用乙醇。
对上述浆料中的粉末的分散量并无特别限制,在但本发明中,为了良好且有效率地使粉末涂着,优选制成分散量为质量分率1%以上、特别是10%以上、进而20%以上的浆料。应予说明,由于产生即使分散量过多也没有获得均匀的分散液等不利情形,因此上限优选设为质量分率70%以下、特别是60%以下、进而50%以下。
本发明中,作为将上述浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体、使其干燥而将粉末涂布于烧结磁铁体表面的方法,采用如下方法:通过用输送机搬运烧结磁铁体而使其在上述浆料中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体浸渍于浆料,将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体,该浸渍时,在本发明中,使得暂时地抬起烧结磁铁体而从传送带分离,良好地将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体的整个面。具体地,能够使用图1、2中所示的涂布装置进行浆料的涂布。
即,图1、2为表示本发明的一实施例涉及的浆料涂布装置的概略图,该涂布装置通过用输送机2搬运上述烧结磁铁体1,使其在容纳于涂布槽3的上述浆料4中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体1浸渍于浆料4而将浆料4涂布于该烧结磁铁体1,提升,进而进一步搬运至下一工序的余滴除去、干燥。
上述输送机2将上述烧结磁铁体1载置于传送带21(附图标记21表示构成输送机2的传送带。),在图中箭头方向上(从图1的左侧向右侧)进行搬运,该传送带21的一部分暂且倾斜地下降,进入容纳于上述涂布槽3的上述浆料4中,在该浆料4中在水平方向上行进后,倾斜地进行上升,从浆料4中退出。即,使得用该输送机2搬运的上述烧结磁铁体在其搬运途中被浸渍于上述涂布槽3内的浆料4中,在浆料4中被水平搬运后,从浆料4中被提升,进而被搬运至下一工序。
在构成上述输送机2的传送带21中设置有大量的插通孔22(参照图2),使得后述的上推构件51的上端部通过该插通孔22而从带上表面突出。将该插通孔22沿着传送带21的周向等间隔地分离而均等地形成,将该插通孔22的列根据传送带21、烧结磁铁体的宽度形成了多列(图2中示出了3列的例子,但也可以为2列或4列以上)。
其中,该传送带21只要可载置上述烧结磁铁体1而稳定地搬运,并且形成了上述插通孔22即可,也能够使用通常的平带,但在本发明中特别优选使用网孔带。通过使用网孔带,能够使带与烧结磁铁体1的接触部分变小(变少),同时浆料4的流通性也提高,能够更良好地涂布浆料。
在上述涂布槽3内,配设存在于上述传送带21的下侧并且与该传送带21同步地在图中箭头方向(图1中顺时针方向)上旋转的上推带5,该上推带5上部的轨道成为了与上述传送带21的水平搬运部分平行的状态。在该上推带5中上下自由移动地安装有柱状或者棒状的多个上推构件51,并且使该上推构件51与传送带21的上述插通孔22对应地排列。由此使得通过使与上述传送带21的水平搬运部分平行的上部轨道部分在移动中向上运动,从而从下侧进入上述插通孔22,从传送带21的上表面突出。
再有,上述各上推构件51以使其可在规定的范围内上下运动、使其不会从上推带5脱落的方式安装。例如,将上推构件51插入设置于上推构件51的贯通孔,可在该上推构件51中安装防止脱落的突起以防止脱落,另外,成为使上推构件51只是单纯地通过了设置于上推带5的贯通孔的状态,可如图1中用点划线表示那样,沿着上推带5配设防脱落板7,从而防止上推构件51的脱落。
该上推带5也只要安装有上述上推构件51即可,能够使用通常的平带、网孔带,与上述传送带21的情形同样地,如果考虑浆料的流动性,则优选使其为网孔带。进而,如果考虑与上述传送带21的同步性,优选与传送带21同质。
其中,上述上推构件51的形状如上述那样,只要为柱状或者棒状即可,并无特别限制,通常优选为直径0.5~5mm左右的小口径的杆(棒状体)。另外,也能够将前端部形成为球状,或者另外对前端部进行渐变处理而形成为小径。另一方面,就插入该上推构件51的上述传送带21的插通孔22而言,为了上推构件51可顺利地进入,优选形成得比该上推构件51的外径要大,具体地,用直径表示,优选使其大0.05~0.3mm左右。如果该插通孔22过大,则垂直地保持上推构件51变得困难,或者在突出状态下移动中的上推构件51中产生大的摇摆,在后述的烧结磁铁体1的上推时有时稳定性降低。
在上述上推带5的内侧,如图1中所示那样,存在于上述传送带21的水平行走部分的下侧地配设上表面成为了凸轮面61的凸轮构件6。将该凸轮构件6的上表面形成为高度低的大致山形,成为了沿着传送带21的搬运方向缓和地向上倾斜、经过规定范围的水平部分而缓和地下降倾斜的凸轮面61。而且,安装于在图1中的箭头方向上旋转的上推带5的上述各上推构件51的下端在该凸轮面61上滑动而被上推,在上述传送带21水平行走部分中该上推构件51的前端部从下侧进入传送带21的插通孔22而从该传送带21突出,在突出直至规定的高度的状态下移动了一定的距离后,缓缓地下降,使得从传送带21的插通孔22向下方退去。此时,使得从传送带21的上表面突出的多个上述上推构件51将在浆料4中被水平搬运着的上述烧结磁铁体1上推,从传送带21的上表面只分离规定时间,再次返回到传送带21上。应予说明,上述凸轮面61的形状可进行各种改变,例如可通过设置多个高度比较低的大致山形的鼓出部,使上述上推构件51上下运动多次,从而使得将上述烧结磁铁体1上推多次。
上述上推带5如上述那样,与上述传送带21同步地进行旋转,就其旋转驱动而言,可另外设置驱动机构来驱动该上推带5,该上推带5由于成为了经由上推构件51与上述传送带21咬合的状态,因此能够以利用该传送带21将上推带5旋转驱动的方式构成。由此能够使上推带5准确地与传送带21同步地进行旋转驱动,同时也能够实现装置的省力化。
在此,虽然并无特别限制,但能够在上述上推带5中设置叶片状或突起状的搅拌部,使得通过上推带的旋转用该搅拌部对涂布槽3内的浆料4进行搅拌。例如,如图2中用点划线表示那样,准备与上述上推构件51对应地形成了3个杆插通孔53的厚壁板状或者长块状的搅拌构件52,将上述各上推构件51插通于该各杆插通孔53,通过将该搅拌构件52保持在上推带5的上表面,从而能够在上推带5中设置叶片状或者突起状的搅拌部。另外,通过这样设置搅拌构件52,从而有效地支承各上推构件51,也获得良好地维持上推构件51的垂直状态的效果。应予说明,虽然没有特别地图示,但也能够在上推带5的下面侧安装与该搅拌构件52同样的搅拌构件。
接下来,对使用该浆料涂布装置将浆料涂布于上述烧结磁铁体时的动作进行说明。
首先,以规定间隔将上述烧结磁铁体1并列地载置于上述输送机2的传送带21上进行搬运。连续地搬运各烧结磁铁体1,如图1所示,在其搬运途中与传送带21一起在容纳于涂布槽3的上述浆料4中通过。另一方面,在涂布槽3内,被上述传送带21的搬运运动驱动,上述上推带5与该传送带21同步地旋转,安装于该上推带5的各上推构件51由于上述凸轮构件6的凸轮面61的作用,在上述传送带21的水平搬运范围中被上推而通过上述插通孔22,在该上述传送带21的上表面突出。
此时,就烧结磁铁体1而言,在上述浆料4中浸渍的状态下被水平搬运时,被在传送带21上突出的上述上推构件51上推,在与传送带21分离了规定范围(规定时间)的状态下被水平搬运,再次使其返回到传送带21上后,从浆料4中提起,被传送带21搬运到下一工序。然后,在下一工序中,根据需要进行了余滴除去后,通过干燥处理将浆料的溶剂除去,形成上述粉末的涂膜。再有,余滴除去、干燥处理可采用公知的单元进行,例如能够在传送带21的上下配设喷嘴,通过空气的喷射进行余滴除去,接下来通过温风的喷射来进行干燥。
这样,通过输送机2将烧结磁铁体1连续地搬运,在其搬运途中将其浸渍于浆料4,涂布浆料,能够对多个烧结磁铁体1连续地自动地涂布浆料,能够有效率地进行浆料的涂布作业。此时,在浆料浸渍中利用上述上推构件51将各烧结磁铁体1抬起,成为暂时地与传送带21分离了的状态,因此此时烧结磁铁体1的背面的与传送带21接触的部分也良好地接触浆料4而被涂布,能够良好地将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体1的整个面。另外,利用设置于旋转的上述上推带5的上述搅拌构件52,经常地搅拌涂布槽3内的浆料4,维持均匀的状态,因此能够更确实地进行均匀的浆料涂布,通过使其干燥,能够形成均匀、致密的粉末的涂膜。
这样,根据本发明,能够利用输送机搬运多个烧结磁铁体,连续地涂布浆料,因此能够有效率地进行浆料涂布,也适合应对批量化生产,并且在将烧结磁铁体浸渍于浆料而进行涂布时暂时地将该烧结磁铁体抬起,在使其从传送带分离的状态下进行浸渍涂布,因此能够对烧结磁铁体的整个面确实地涂布浆料。因此,根据本发明,能够密合性良好地形成均匀且致密的粉末的涂膜,并且效率高,批量生产性也优异。
通过对这样形成了稀土类化合物的粉末的涂膜的上述烧结磁铁体进行热处理,使上述R2所示的稀土类元素吸收扩散,从而能够有效率地制造使矫顽力良好地增大的磁特性优异的稀土类磁铁。
再有,使上述R2所示的稀土类元素吸收扩散的上述热处理可按照公知的方法进行。另外,也能够在上述热处理后、在适当的条件下实施时效处理,或者进而磨削成实用形状等根据需要实施公知的后处理。
实施例
以下对于本发明的更具体的方案,用实施例进行详述,但本发明并不限定于此。
[实施例1]
对于由Nd 14.5原子%、Cu 0.2原子%、B 6.2原子%、Al 1.0原子%、Si 1.0原子%、Fe余量组成的薄板状的合金,使用纯度99质量%以上的Nd、Al、Fe、Cu金属、纯度99.99质量%的Si、硼铁,在Ar气氛中高频熔化后,采用注入铜制单辊的所谓薄带连铸法制成了薄板状的合金。将得到的合金在室温下暴露于0.11MPa的氢化而使其吸藏氢后,边进行真空排气边加热到500℃,部分地使氢放出,冷却后上筛,制成了50目以下的粗粉末。
对于上述粗粉末,采用使用了高压氮气的喷射磨微粉碎成粉末的重量中位粒径5μm。边使得到的该混合微粉末在氮气氛下在15kOe的磁场中取向,边用约1吨/cm2的压力成型为块状。将该成型体投入Ar气氛的烧结炉内,在1060℃下烧结2小时,得到了磁铁块。使用玻璃刀对该磁铁块进行了全面磨削加工后,按碱溶液、纯水、硝酸、纯水的顺序清洗,使其干燥,得到了7mm(W)×20.5mm(L)×3mm(T:磁各向异性化的方向)的板状磁铁体。
接下来,将氟化镝的粉末以质量分率40%与水混合,使氟化镝的粉末充分地分散,制备浆料,用该浆料填满图1、2中所示的浆料涂布装置的涂布槽3,使用该浆料涂布装置,在下述条件下对上述板状磁铁体实施了浆料涂布。对该涂布了浆料的板状磁铁体喷射空气,将余滴除去,进而用60℃的干燥空气送风,使其干燥后回收。对于得到的200个的板状磁铁体,观察表面,确认了氟化镝粉末的涂布状态。其结果在磁铁体表面未确认有表示涂布不均的色斑。
[涂布条件]
(传送带21)
在宽200mm的传送带整个面在前后左右以7mm间隔成型了5mmφ的贯通孔(插通孔22)。
(上推带5)
使用与传送带相同的带材,将杆(上推构件51)安装于全部贯通孔而使用。使该上推带5上表面与上述传送带21下表面的距离成为9mm。
(上推构件51)
将4.5mmφ×15mm的杆通入上推带5的全部的贯通孔中,沿着上推带5配置防脱落板7,防止脱落。
(上推带5的驱动)
利用传送带21的驱动力使上推带5同步地旋转。
(搬运速度)
以10mm/秒的速度搬运,在浆料中的浸渍时间为50秒,其中在被上推构件抬起的状态下被搬运的时间为约30秒。
(搅拌构件52)
将高8mm、厚7mm、宽200mm的厚壁板状的搅拌构件52在上述上推构件51(杆)的3列中以1列的比例安装。安装方法如图2中记载那样,通过使上述上推构件51(杆)在设置于搅拌构件52的3个的贯通孔(5.6mmφ)中插通,从而使其保持在上推带5的上表面。
[实施例2]
除了从实施例1的涂布装置中将搅拌构件52全部移除以外,采用与实施例1相同的方法对200个上述板状磁铁体进行了浆料涂布,结果在全部的磁铁体表面都没有看到显示涂布不均的色斑。
[比较例]
除了从实施例1的涂布装置将上推构件51移除以外,采用与实施例1相同的方法对板状磁铁体进行了浆料涂布,结果在7个中确认了与传送带的孔形状相似的色斑。另外,在13个中确认有点状的色斑,认为该色斑对应于带式输送机与板状磁铁体的接点。

Claims (10)

1.稀土类磁铁的制造方法,是将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物中的1种或2种以上的粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料涂布于包含R1-Fe-B系组成的烧结磁铁体、使其干燥而将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体、对其进行热处理而使烧结磁铁体吸收R2的稀土类永久磁铁的制造方法,上述R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,上述R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,其特征在于,通过用输送机搬运上述烧结磁铁体而使其在上述浆料中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体浸渍于该浆料,将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体,并且在该浸渍中利用通过设置于传送带的插通孔而在传送带上突出的多个柱状或者棒状的上推构件暂时地将传送带上的烧结磁铁体上推,使该烧结磁铁体与传送带暂时地分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稀土类磁铁的制造方法,其中,上述传送带为网孔带。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稀土类磁铁的制造方法,其中,上述上推构件为直径0.5~5mm的小径杆。
4.根据权利要求1~3的任一项所述的稀土类磁铁的制造方法,其中,用上述输送机将在上述浆料中通过而涂布了该浆料的上述烧结磁铁体原样地搬运,依次通过余滴除去区和干燥区,将该烧结磁铁体表面的余滴除去而使其干燥。
5.浆料涂布装置,是在将含有选自R2的氧化物、氟化物、氧氟化物、氢氧化物或氢化物中的1种或2种以上的粉末分散于溶剂中而成的浆料涂布于包含R1-Fe-B系组成的烧结磁铁体、使其干燥而将该粉末涂布于该烧结磁铁体、对其进行热处理使烧结磁铁体吸收R2而制造稀土类永久磁铁时将上述浆料涂布于上述烧结磁铁体的涂布装置,上述R1为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,上述R2为选自包含Y和Sc的稀土类元素中的1种或2种以上,其特征在于,所述涂布装置具备:
容纳上述浆料的涂布槽,
输送机,其具有设置了多个插通孔的传送带,以该传送带的一部分在上述涂布槽内的浆料中通过的方式配设,在该传送带上载置上述烧结磁铁体进行搬运,
上推带,其配设于上述涂布槽内,在上述传送带的下侧同步地进行旋转,和
多个柱状或者棒状的上推构件,其可上下移动地安装于该上推带,在上述传送带的下侧暂时地上升,通过上述插通孔而在该传送带上突出;
以如下方式构成:通过在上述输送机的传送带上载置上述烧结磁铁体进行搬运,使该烧结磁铁体在浸渍于上述涂布槽中的浆料中通过,从而将该烧结磁铁体浸渍于该浆料而将浆料涂布于烧结磁铁体,并且在该浸渍中利用通过上述插通孔而在传送带上突出的上述上推构件暂时地将传送带上的烧结磁铁体上推,以使该烧结磁铁体与传送带暂时地分离。
6.根据权利要求5所述的浆料涂布装置,其以如下方式构成:在上述上推带的下侧配设有具有上述上推构件的下端滑动的凸轮面的凸轮构件,上述上推构件被该凸轮面上推,进入上述传送带的插通孔,在传送带上突出。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的浆料涂布装置,其以如下方式构成:上述上推带经由进入了上述插通孔的各上推构件而被上述输送机的传送带旋转驱动。
8.根据权利要求5~7的任一项所述的浆料涂布装置,其中,上述传送带为网孔带。
9.根据权利要求5~8的任一项所述的浆料涂布装置,其中,上述上推构件为直径0.5~5mm的小径杆。
10.根据权利要求5~9的任一项所述的浆料涂布装置,其以如下方式构成:在上述上推带中设置多个突起状或者叶片状的搅拌部,通过上推带的旋转用该搅拌部搅拌浆料。
