Abstract

本发明公开了电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:包括管体,管体的两端设置油进口和出口,管体内设置有内胆,内胆与进口和出口连通,内胆外包裹有绝缘层,沿内胆长度方向,绝缘层外壁上饶有若干段感应线圈,每段感应线圈的两端均连接一电磁控制器,所有电磁控制器连接电气控制柜。本发明用感应线圈代替传统的加热管,升温降温迅速,耗电的95%转化为工作热能,加热无死角,寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁加热导热油电加热器,属于导热油加热领域。
背景技术
传统的导热油加热是在通油管体内设置加热管,通过接触式热传递加热,这种结构存在以下缺点:1、升温降温缓慢;2、只有耗电的30%~70%转化为工作热能;3、加热有死角;4、加热管耗损大,寿命短。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种电磁加热导热油电加热器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
电磁加热导热油电加热器,包括管体,管体的两端设置油进口和出口,管体内设置有内胆,内胆与进口和出口连通,内胆外包裹有绝缘层,沿内胆长度方向,绝缘层外壁上饶有若干段感应线圈,每段感应线圈的两端均连接一电磁控制器,所有电磁控制器连接电气控制柜。
感应线圈均匀分布,所有相邻感应线圈之间的间距一致。
相邻感应线圈之间设置有温度探头,温度探头连接电气控制柜。
温度探头到两相邻感应线圈之间的间距一致。
感应线圈与管体之间设置有保温层。
保温层包括云母板和硅酸铝保温棉,云母板包裹感应线圈,硅酸铝保温棉包裹云母板。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明用感应线圈代替传统的加热管,升温降温迅速,耗电的95%转化为工作热能,加热无死角,寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,电磁加热导热油电加热器,包括管体1,管体1的两端设置油进口2和出口3,其中进口2位于管体1的端部,出口3位于管体1另一端的侧壁上,管体1内设置有内胆4,内胆4与进口2和出口3连通,内胆4外包裹有绝缘层5,沿内胆4长度方向,绝缘层5外壁上饶有若干段感应线圈6,感应线圈6均匀分布,所有相邻感应线圈6之间的间距一致,每段感应线圈6的两端均连接一电磁控制器9,所有电磁控制器9连接电气控制柜10,相邻感应线圈6之间设置有温度探头8,温度探头8到两相邻感应线圈6之间的间距一致,温度探头8连接电气控制柜10,感应线圈6与管体1之间设置有保温层7,保温层7包括云母板和硅酸铝保温棉,云母板包裹感应线圈,硅酸铝保温棉包裹云母板。
导热油在内胆4中通过,电气控制柜10控制电磁控制器9工作,感应线圈6对内胆4众的导热油加热,温度探头8测出导热油温度,并上传到电气控制柜10控制,根据导热油设定温度调节电磁控制器9的功率大小,达到导热油需要温度。
上述加热器用感应线圈代6替传统的加热管,升温降温迅速,耗电的95%转化为工作热能,加热无死角,寿命长。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:包括管体,管体的两端设置油进口和出口,管体内设置有内胆,内胆与进口和出口连通,内胆外包裹有绝缘层,沿内胆长度方向,绝缘层外壁上饶有若干段感应线圈,每段感应线圈的两端均连接一电磁控制器,所有电磁控制器连接电气控制柜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:感应线圈均匀分布,所有相邻感应线圈之间的间距一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:相邻感应线圈之间设置有温度探头,温度探头连接电气控制柜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:温度探头到两相邻感应线圈之间的间距一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:感应线圈与管体之间设置有保温层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电磁加热导热油电加热器,其特征在于:保温层包括云母板和硅酸铝保温棉,云母板包裹感应线圈,硅酸铝保温棉包裹云母板。
