技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具照明领域,特别是一种LED条形灯具的互联结构。
背景技术
随着照明应用技术朝着节能环保、应用领域不断拓展的方向发展,而LED灯具具有能耗低、光效高且应用广等优点,因此LED灯具得以迅速推广应用。随着人们生活品质的不断提升,人们对于居家和商业照明的需求也相应不断提高。在照明空间范围调整时,也需要调整相应灯具的照射范围。特别是在诸如展示柜等商业照明场合,所需要照明的范围都是以具体展示柜的数量而确定。因此,通过设定长度的LED条形灯的插接互联,能够方便快捷的调整照明范围。
现有技术中的LED条形灯具一般采用插头与插座插接的方式实现互联,但是其通过插头的插头本体直接轴向插入插座的容置腔内很难保证稳固的连接效果。一般而言,插座的容置腔只能在沿LED条形灯的径向上限制插头的活动空间,而在LED条形灯的轴向上即插接方向上,插座与插头的限位效果不佳。因而,该种LED条形灯的互联稳固性能不佳,进而也难以实现稳定的电性连接,从而影响了实践运用效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可长久保持结构固定的LED条形灯具的互联结构,以解决上述技术问题。
一种LED条形灯具的互联结构,其包括一个公插机构,以及一个所述公插机构插设连接的母插机构。所述公插机构包括一个中空插座,以及一个设置在所述插座上的连接销。所述插座包括一个中空公插筒,一个设置在所述公插筒外侧壁上的止位圈,一个与该止位圈间隔并设置在所述公插筒外侧壁上的楔形导入圈,以及至少一个开设在所述公插筒上的开口。所述楔形导入圈的斜边朝向所述公插筒的自由端。所述连接销包括至少一个公插定位圈,至少一个与该公插定位圈固定连接的母插定位圈,以及至少一个设置在所述母插定位圈的内侧壁上的母插定位条。所述公插定位圈设置在所述止位圈与楔形导入圈之间以固定所述连接销与插座的相对位置关系。所述母插定位圈的内径与所述插筒的内径相当。所述母插机构包括一个中空母插筒,以及一条设置在所述中空母插筒上的定位槽。所述中空母插筒的外径与所述中空公插筒的内径相当。所述母插定位条与所述定位槽相耦合以固定所述连接销与中空母插筒的相对位置关系。
现有技术相比,本发明的LED条形灯具的互联机构由于具有所述公插机构与母插机构,利用所述的公插筒与母插筒的直径的配合,可以固定灯架与支架之间或灯架与灯架之间在径向的相对位置,而利用所述连接销上的母插定位条与定位槽的耦合,可以固定灯架与支架之间或灯架与灯架之间的轴向的相对位置关系,从而可以完成灯架与支架之间或灯架与灯架之间在各个方向的定位,使得灯架与支架之间或灯架与灯架之间不会变形,即保证轴向与径向上的完全重合。

以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
请参阅图1至图3,其为本发明提供的一种LED条形灯具的互联结构100的结构示意图。所述LED条形灯具的互联结构100包括一个第一灯体10,一个设置在所述第一灯体10上的公插机构20,一个与所述公插机构连接的母插机构30,一个用于设置所述母插机构30的第二灯体40,一个设置在所述第一灯体10与公插机构20之间的第一限位板50,一个设置在所述第二灯体40与母插机构30之间的第二限位板60。当然可以想到的是,所述LED条形灯具还包括其他的一些功能模块,如支架,导线,电源模块、光源模块等等,此为本领域技术人员所习知,且不为本发明的保护重点,在此不再详细说明。
所述第一灯体10可以支架,也可以为灯架。支架可以用于架设整个灯具,其上设置有公插机构20或母插机构30以插设其他灯体,以支撑灯架。灯架可以用于设置光源模块,灯罩等。在本实施例中,所述第一灯体10为一个支架,其收纳有导线,以及所述公插机构20。可以想到的是,每一个LED条形灯具一定具有至少两个第一灯体10。
所述公插机构20包括一个中空插座21,一个设置在所述中空插座21中的公插22,以及一个设置在所述插座21上的连接销23。所述插座21包括一个中空公插筒211,一个设置在所述公插筒211外侧壁上的止位圈212,一个与该上位圈间隔并设置在所述公插筒211外侧壁上的楔形导入圈213,至少一个开设在所述公插筒211上的开口214,以及一个设置在所述公插筒211一端的公法兰215。所述中空公插筒211的内部用于收容所述公插22,也用于设置其他的零部件,如公法兰214,连接销23,以及第一限位板50。所述止位圈212与所述公插筒211同轴地设置在所述公插筒211的外侧壁上,其沿所述公插筒211的径向的截面为四边形。所述楔形导入圈213与所述止位圈212间隔设置以定位所述连接销23与该公插筒23之间的相对位置。所述楔形导入圈213在沿所述公插筒211的径向的截面具有一条斜边,且该斜边朝向所述公插筒211的自由端。所述开口214设置在所述公插筒211的侧壁上,以利于当所述连接销23压入所述上位圈212与楔形导入圈213之间时,所述公插筒211的壁可以朝中轴线压缩,从而将所述连接销23顺利地设置在所述公插筒211的外侧壁上,避免损坏所述连接销23或插座21。所述公法兰215上设置有至少两个螺钉孔216,该螺钉孔216用于穿设螺钉,以将所述插座21固定在第一灯体10上,从而完成该公插机构20的组装。所述公插22为一筒形,其设置在所述公插筒211中,为了防止所述公插22穿过所述公插筒211,该公插22的尾部可以为台阶形状。本领域技术人员可以想到的是,所述公插22具有导线以及插头(图未示)等。所述连接销23包括一个公插定位圈231,至少一个与该公插定位圈231固定连接的母插定位圈232,以及至少一个设置在所棕母插定位圈232的内侧壁上的母插定位条233。所述公插定位圈231设置在所述止位圈212与楔形导入圈213之间以固定所述连接销23与插座21的相对位置关系。所述公插定位圈231的内径与所述公插筒211的内径相当,并在该公插定位圈231的一侧的内壁上设置有倒角234。设置所述倒角234的目的在于与所述楔形导入圈213的斜边配合,以顺利地将所述公插定位圈231压入到所述止位圈212与楔形导入圈213之间。当所述公插定位圈231压入到所述止位圈212与楔形导入圈213之间后,所述母插定位圈232也将插入到所述插座21的开口214中。所述连接销23的母插定位圈232的轴向长度与所述公插筒211上的开口的轴向长度相当,以可以使所述连接销23与公插筒211可以端部对齐。所述母插定位圈232与公插筒211的形状相同,且母插定位圈232的内径与所述公插筒211的内径相当。所述母插定位条233设置在所述母插定位圈232的内侧壁上,其设置位置根据母插机构30的结构而定,其具体工作原理在下面将进行详细说明。

所述第二灯体40同第一灯体10一样,可以为支架或灯架。在本实施例中,所述第二灯体40为灯架,从而当所述公插机构20与母插机构30插设在一起时,可以为所述第二灯体40中设置的光源模块供电。为了达到互联的目的,所述作为灯架的第二灯体40的两端分别设置有所述公插机构20与母插机构30。所述公插机构20与所述作为灯架的第二灯体40的固定连接方式与所述作为支架的第一灯体10的固定连接方式是一样的。
所述第一限位板50设置在所述第一灯体10与公插机构20之间,具体设置在所述公法兰215的自由侧,用于限制所述公插22的位置,即通过该第一限位板50与公插22上的台阶将所述公插22夹设在所述第一限位板50与公法兰215之间,从而固定该公插22的位置。所述第一限位板50设置有至少两个第一螺钉孔51,其与公插机构20共用相同的螺钉来固定在第一灯架10上。
所述第二限位板60的作用与第一限位板50的作用一样,具体设置在所述母法兰34的自由侧,用于限制所述母插32的位置,即通过该第二限位板60与母插筒31上的凸缘311将该母插32夹设在所述母插筒31与第二限位板60之间,从而固定该母插32的位置,进而在当所述公插机构20与母插机构30插设在一起时,防止因为所述母插32或公插22的位置的改变而导致的电性连接的不良。
与现有技术相比,本发明的LED条形灯具的互联机构100由于具有所述公插机构20与母插机构30,利用所述的公插筒211与母插筒31的直径的配合,可以固定所述第一、第二灯体10、40在径向的相对位置,而利用所述连接销23上的母插定位条233与定位槽33的耦合,可以固定所述第一、第二灯体10、40的轴向的相对位置关系,从而可以完成第一、第二灯体10、40在各个方向的定位,使得所述第一、第二灯体10、40不会变形,即保证轴向与径向上的完全重合。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述互联结构包括一个公插机构,以及一个所述公插机构插设连接的母插机构,所述公插机构包括一个中空插座,以及一个设置在所述插座上的连接销,所述插座包括一个中空公插筒,一个设置在所述公插筒外侧壁上的止位圈,一个与该止位圈间隔并设置在所述公插筒外侧壁上的楔形导入圈,以及至少一个开设在所述公插筒上的开口,所述楔形导入圈的斜边朝向所述公插筒的自由端,所述连接销包括至少一个公插定位圈,至少一个与该公插定位圈固定连接的母插定位圈,以及至少一个设置在所述母插定位圈的内侧壁上的母插定位条,所述公插定位圈设置在所述止位圈与楔形导入圈之间以固定所述连接销与插座的相对位置关系,所述母插定位圈的内径与所述公插筒的内径相当,所述母插机构包括一个中空母插筒,以及一条设置在所述中空母插筒上的定位槽,所述中空母插筒的外径与所述中空公插筒的内径相当,所述母插定位条与所述定位槽相耦合以固定所述连接销与中空母插筒的相对位置关系。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述母插定位条的截面为三角形,所述定位槽的截面为三角形。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述公插定位圈的一侧的内壁设置有倒角。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述公插定位圈的内径与所述中空公插筒的外径相当。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述插座还包括一个设置在所述中空公插筒一端的公法兰,该公法兰上设置有至少两个螺钉孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述互联结构还包括一个第一限位板,该第一限位板设置在所述公法兰的自由侧。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述母插机构还包括一个设置在所述中空母插筒一端的母法兰,该母法兰上设置有至少两个螺钉孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述互联结构还包括一个第二限位板,该第二限位板设置在所述母法兰的自由侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的LED条形灯具的互联结构,其特征在于:所述连接销的母插定位圈的轴向长度与所述公插筒上的开口的轴向长度相当。
