Abstract

一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其包括龙头本体、栓轴座组件、栓轴、压盖;所述龙头本体的材料为锌合金材料,龙头本体形成有竖直通道和安装通道;所述安装通道的内壁形成设有螺孔的环形挡沿;所述栓轴座组件与龙头本体分体设置,所述栓轴座组件包括位于竖直通道内的栓轴座和套设于安装通道内的套筒,所述套筒的外壁形成有与环形挡沿抵触并设有穿孔的环形凸沿,螺钉穿过穿孔后与螺孔螺接;所述压盖与所述套筒螺接,所述栓轴套置于所述套筒内并位于压盖和栓轴座之间。本发明将栓轴座组件与龙头本体分体设置,且龙头本体采用锌合金材料,因此本发明在保证水质和龙头本体的强度的同时能降低龙头本体的材料成本。

一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头领域,特别是指一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构。
背景技术
现有技术中的厨房龙头的主要结构包括有龙头本体、进水管、从出水管、栓轴、压盖、把手和出水管;其中所述龙头本体形成有具有上开口和下开口的竖直通道以及与竖直通道相交连通的栓轴安装通道;栓轴安装通道内一体成型有栓轴座;栓轴通过压盖安装于栓轴安装通道内而与栓轴座配合形成一完整的水路控制开关,所述把手配合于栓轴的阀杆上而控制栓轴转动;所述进水管和出水管分别与栓轴座的进水口和出水口配合。
上述的厨房龙头由于龙头本体的栓轴座需要过水,而栓轴座是与龙头本体一体成型的,所以为了保证水质安全并同时保证龙头本体的强度,龙头本体一般采用含铅量低的铜合金或者全铜材料,这导致了龙头本体的材料成本较高,不利于市场推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其能有效降低龙头本体的材料成本。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其包括龙头本体、安装于龙头本体内的栓轴座组件、安装于栓轴座组件上的栓轴和压盖;所述龙头本体的材料为锌合金材料,龙头本体形成有具有上开口和下开口的竖直通道以及与竖直通道相交连通的安装通道;所述安装通道的内端与竖直通道相通,所述安装通道的外端开设有开口;所述安装通道的内壁形成有环形挡沿,所述环形挡沿沿安装通道的轴向设有至少两个配合有螺钉的螺孔;所述栓轴座组件与龙头本体分体设置,所述栓轴座组件包括位于竖直通道内的栓轴座和套设于安装通道内的套筒,所述栓轴座和套筒一体成型;所述栓轴座开设有与套筒的内腔相通的进水流道和出水流道,所述套筒的外壁向外凸出形成有与环形挡沿抵触卡位的环形凸沿,所述环形凸沿对应于螺孔设有穿孔;所述螺钉穿过环形凸沿的穿孔后与环形挡沿的螺孔螺接;所述压盖为设有中心孔的盖体,所述压盖与所述套筒螺接;所述栓轴套置于所述套筒内并位于压盖和栓轴座之间,所述栓轴的轴杆穿出压盖的中心孔。
所述栓轴座组件的材料为全铜材料或铜合金材料。
所述环形挡沿和所述环形凸沿之间设有塑料垫圈,所述塑料垫圈对应于螺孔设有导孔。
所述塑料垫圈上设有限位粒,所述环形凸沿设有与限位粒配合的限位孔。
所述栓轴座组件的材料为塑料。
采用上述结构后,本发明将栓轴座组件与龙头本体分体设置使得龙头本体不需要与水接触,而龙头本体的材料为强度高、价格低的锌合金材料,因此本发明在保证水质和龙头本体的强度的同时能降低龙头本体的材料成本。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明揭示了一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其包括龙头本体1、安装于龙头本体1内的栓轴座组件2、安装于栓轴座组件2上的栓轴3和压盖4。
具体的,配合图2所示,所述龙头本体1的材料为锌合金材料,龙头本体1形成有具有上开口111和下开口112的竖直通道11以及与竖直通道11相交连通的安装通道12;所述安装通道12的内端与竖直通道11相通,所述安装通道12的外端开设有开口121;所述安装通道12的内壁形成有环形挡沿122,所述环形挡沿122沿安装通道12的轴向设有至少两个配合有螺钉5的螺孔1221;所述螺孔1221的数量可以为三个,三个螺孔1221等距的分布在环形挡沿122上。
所述栓轴座组件2与龙头本体1分体设置,所述栓轴座组件2包括位于龙头本体1的竖直通道11内的栓轴座21和套设于安装通道12内的套筒22,所述栓轴座21和套筒22一体成型;所述栓轴座21开设有与套筒22的内腔相通的进水流道和出水流道,所述套筒22的外壁向外凸出形成有与环形挡沿122抵触卡位的环形凸沿221,所述环形凸沿221对应于螺孔1221设有穿孔2211;所述螺钉5穿过环形凸沿221的穿孔2211后与环形挡沿122的螺孔1221螺接而将套筒22锁固于安装通道12内来避免套筒22转动和移动。所述栓轴座组件2的材料可以为全铜材料或铜合金材料,由于龙头本体1的材料为锌合金材料,为避免栓轴座组件2与龙头本体1之间产生电化学腐蚀,所述龙头本体1的环形挡沿122和所述套筒22的环形凸沿221之间设有塑料垫圈6,所述塑料垫圈6对应于螺孔1221设有导孔61,通过塑料垫圈6可以隔离栓轴座组件2和龙头本体1来防止二者之间发生电化学腐蚀;为便于塑料垫圈6的导孔61对齐螺孔1221和穿孔2211,所述环形凸沿221设有限位孔2212,所述塑料垫圈6上设有与限位孔2212配合的限位粒62。所述栓轴座组件2并不局限于采用全铜材料或铜合金材料,所述栓轴座组件2的材料也可以为塑料,这样在保证水质安全的同时,也能防止发生栓轴座组件2与龙头本体1之间发生电化学腐蚀。
所述压盖4为设有中心孔41的盖体,所述压盖4与所述套筒22螺接;所述压盖4与所述套筒22的螺接配合可以是所述压盖4的周壁设有外螺纹,所述套筒22的内壁设有与压盖4的外螺纹配合的内螺纹;当然所述压盖4与所述套筒22的螺接配合还可以是所述压盖4的周壁设有内螺纹,所述套筒22的外壁设有与压盖4的内螺纹配合的外螺纹。
所述栓轴3套置于所述套筒22内并位于压盖4和栓轴座21之间,所述栓轴3的轴杆31穿出压盖4的中心孔41以便后续配合把手来操控栓轴3;所述栓轴3的具体结构为现有技术,在此就不再展开说明。
本发明组装时,首先,将栓轴3套置于栓轴座组件2的套筒22内;其次,将压盖4与套筒22螺接而将栓轴3限位于所述套筒22内,此时栓轴3的轴杆31穿出压盖4的中心孔41;然后,将塑料垫圈6配合到环形凸沿221上;接着,将配合有栓轴3和压盖4的栓轴座组件2从安装通道12的开口121放入龙头本体1内,使得环形凸沿221抵靠环形挡沿122,塑料垫圈6夹在环形凸沿221和环形挡沿122之间,此时栓轴座组件2的栓轴座21位于竖直通道11内,套筒22位于安装通道12内;最后将螺钉5穿过穿孔2211与螺孔1221螺接而将栓轴座组件2锁固。
综上,本发明的优点在于:将栓轴座组件2与龙头本体1分体设置使得龙头本体1不需要与水接触,而龙头本体1的材料为强度高、价格低的锌合金材料,因此本发明在保证水质和龙头本体1的强度的同时能降低龙头本体1的材料成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其特征在于:包括龙头本体、安装于龙头本体内的栓轴座组件、安装于栓轴座组件上的栓轴和压盖;
所述龙头本体的材料为锌合金材料,龙头本体形成有具有上开口和下开口的竖直通道以及与竖直通道相交连通的安装通道;所述安装通道的内端与竖直通道相通,所述安装通道的外端开设有开口;所述安装通道的内壁形成有环形挡沿,所述环形挡沿沿安装通道的轴向设有至少两个配合有螺钉的螺孔;
所述栓轴座组件与龙头本体分体设置,所述栓轴座组件包括位于竖直通道内的栓轴座和套设于安装通道内的套筒,所述栓轴座和套筒一体成型;所述栓轴座开设有与套筒的内腔相通的进水流道和出水流道,所述套筒的外壁向外凸出形成有与环形挡沿抵触卡位的环形凸沿,所述环形凸沿对应于螺孔设有穿孔;所述螺钉穿过环形凸沿的穿孔后与环形挡沿的螺孔螺接;
所述压盖为设有中心孔的盖体,所述压盖与所述套筒螺接;
所述栓轴套置于所述套筒内并位于压盖和栓轴座之间,所述栓轴的轴杆穿出压盖的中心孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其特征在于:所述栓轴座组件的材料为全铜材料或铜合金材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其特征在于:所述环形挡沿和所述环形凸沿之间设有塑料垫圈,所述塑料垫圈对应于螺孔设有导孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其特征在于:所述塑料垫圈上设有限位粒,所述环形凸沿设有与限位粒配合的限位孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种龙头本体与栓轴的安装结构,其特征在于:所述栓轴座组件的材料为塑料。
