An outer end of themounting passage 12 has anopening 121. An inner wall of themounting passage 12 is formed with anannular stop rim 122. Theannular stop rim 122 is provided with at least twoscrew holes 1221 extending in the axial direction of themounting passage 12 for insertion ofscrews 5. The number of thescrew holes 1221 may be three. The threescrew holes 1221 are equidistantly arranged on theannular stop rim 122. - The
shaft seat assembly 2 is disposed separately from thefaucet body 1. Theshaft seat assembly 2 includes ashaft seat 21 located in thevertical passage 11 of thefaucet body 1 and asleeve 22 located in themounting passage 12. Theshaft seat 21 is integrally formed with thesleeve 22. Theshaft seat 21 has a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel to communicate with an inner chamber of thesleeve 22. An outer wall of thesleeve 22 is formed with anannular flange 221 extending outwardly. Theannular flange 221 is in contact with theannular stop rim 122. Theannular flange 221 is provided with throughholes 2211 corresponding to the screw holes 1221. Thescrews 5 pass through the throughholes 2211 of theannular flange 221 and are screwed to the screw holes 1221 of theannular stop rim 122 so that thesleeve 22 is secured in the mountingpassage 12 to prevent thesleeve 22 from being rotated and moved. Theshaft seat assembly 2 may be made of a copper material or a copper alloy material.
