本发明公开了一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,其步骤如下:优质气肥煤亦称1890煤,其灰分≤9、挥发份<41、硫<0.5、G值95‑851,(1)将焦炭磨制焦粉,焦粉粒度0.2mm≥80%;(2)破碎优质气肥煤,粒度3mm≥80%;(3)将焦粉和优质气肥煤粉按照1:28‑30的重量比混匀;(4)将混匀后的上述煤料通过高压对辊造粒,粒度为5mm;(5)炼焦配煤的比例,造粒后的煤料与主焦煤的配比为28‑30%:70‑72%。本发明不仅可以结合当地炼焦煤资源优势,开展配煤炼焦,使当地炼焦煤资源得到充分利用,而且还可以提高焦炭的机械强度和焦炭热态强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及焦化技术领域,属于配煤炼焦技术,特别是一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法。
背景技术
1890煤(灰分≤9、挥发份<41、硫<0.5、G值95-851)是优质气肥煤,但其配加量的提高对焦炭热态的影响一直是困扰用量不能提高的致命因素。通过1890极限配入的实验,现已掌握1890配量最高可达40%,但因现实焦煤资源限制,而无法实际生产应用。目前1890的实际产能与实际配煤需求量不对等,自有矿产资源的优势不能充分发挥。
世界炼焦煤资源储量与实际需求不相符,一方面是对主焦煤(挥发份<22-28、G值≥65)的依靠和需求,另一方面是主焦煤的自然储量远低于气肥煤的实际储量,如何增加气肥煤的炼焦配入量,是所有配煤技术人员共同思考的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,本发明不仅可以结合当地炼焦煤资源优势,开展配煤炼焦,使当地炼焦煤资源得到充分利用,而且还可以提高焦炭的机械强度和焦炭热态强度。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,其步骤如下:
优质气肥煤亦称1890煤,其灰分≤9、挥发份<41、硫<0.5、G值95-851,
(1)将焦炭磨制焦粉,焦粉粒度0.2mm≥80%;
(2)破碎优质气肥煤,粒度3mm≥80%;
(3)将焦粉和优质气肥煤粉按照1:28-30的重量比混匀;
(4)将混匀后的上述煤料通过高压对辊造粒,粒度为5mm;
(5)炼焦配煤的比例,造粒后的煤料与主焦煤的配比为28-30%:70-72%。
主焦煤的挥发份<22-28、G值>65。
本发明通过预处理工艺,使用机械高压对辊设施对1890煤进行挤压,使其内部毛细管变形,发生物质结构变化,孔隙与管道结构在强大的压力下被压溃、变形、密度增加、结构重组,使其成焦后熔损速度降低,从而提高焦炭CSR和M40。而且1890煤在塑性区间内与弱粘结甚至不粘结物的界面结合较其它煤种都好,焦粉作为不粘结物且具有廋化作用。所以,通过高压作用1890煤,并将焦粉针对性的固定在里面,从而弱化其成焦后在高炉热熔过程中气孔壁熔损的发生。从而实现气肥煤配入量的增加和焦炭强度同时得到提高的目的。
本发明与原有技术相比,1890煤的(在现有用量25%的基础上)用量提高3.5%,M40(焦炭机械强度)提高4个百分点、GSR(焦炭热态强度)提高10个百分点。
本发明不仅结合了当地炼焦煤资源优势,开展配煤炼焦,使当地炼焦煤资源得到充分利用,而且还提高了焦炭的机械强度和焦炭热态强度。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案
一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,其步骤如下:
1)磨制焦粉,0.2mm比例≥80%;
2)破碎1890煤,3mm比例≥80%;
3)焦粉和1890煤按照1:30混匀;
4)将混匀后煤料通过高压对辊造粒,粒度为5mm;
5)炼焦配煤的比例,造粒后的煤料与主焦煤的配比为:造粒后的煤料28.5%,主焦煤71.5%。

1.一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,其特征是,其步骤如下:
优质气肥煤亦称1890煤,其灰分≤9、挥发份<41、硫<0.5、G值95-851,
(1)将焦炭磨制焦粉,焦粉粒度0.2mm≥80%;
(2)破碎优质气肥煤,粒度3mm≥80%;
(3)将焦粉和优质气肥煤粉按照1:28-30的重量比混匀;
(4)将混匀后的上述煤料通过高压对辊造粒,粒度为5mm;
(5)炼焦配煤的比例,造粒后的煤料与主焦煤的配比为28-30%:70-72%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种炼焦增加优质气肥煤配入量的方法,其特征是:主焦煤的挥发份<22-28、G值>65。
