本发明的有益效果:需要把轴与轮毂锁紧固定时,拧动螺杆,两个锥套沿着锥套的轴向相对移动而缩小距离,两个锥套由于与外环套的内壁两端、内环套的外壁两端的锥形向配合,所以,锥套就使得内环套周向收缩而夹紧轴,同时锥套使得外环套周向涨开而涨紧在轮毂内孔。当然,反方向转动螺杆,两个锥套之间的距离逐渐增大,外环套、内环套在自身的弹性作用下又恢复到原始状态,即可松开。本涨紧套,连接可靠、拆卸安装方便,不会对轴和轮毂造成损伤。该轮毂与轴的锁紧装置可以在BX216、BX218、BX218D、BX219/13、BX2110/12、BX2113A、BX2113/11、BX2113/13P、BX2116/13等型号的削片机上使用。

轴与套装在轴上的皮带轮、惯性轮等轮毂的锁紧固定,传统用键联接,使用寿命短、浪费很大、不便于安装拆卸,根据这些特点,我公司从安装可靠、使用方便、节省费用考虑,生产此产品。
发明内容
本发明同时提供了一种拆卸安装方便、操作简单、不会对轴和轮毂造成损伤的轮毂与轴的锁紧装置。
本轮毂与轴的锁紧装置,包括同轴的外环套、内环套,外环套、内环套均是周向不闭合的环套;外环套的内壁两端、内环套的外壁两端均为锥形,在外环套两端的锥形与内环套两端的锥形之间设置有两个相应的锥套,两个锥套锥度相同、方向相反;至少有一个螺杆穿过一个锥套,并与另一个锥套通过螺纹连接;当转动螺杆时,通过螺杆可以带动两个锥套沿着锥套的轴向相对移动;内环套套装轴上,外环套位于轮毂的内孔内。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示的轮毂与轴的锁紧装置,外环套1、内环套2、左锥套3、右锥套5均是同轴设置。外环套和内环套上各开有一个平行于环套轴线的通槽4而形成周向不闭合的弹性环套。外环套的内壁两端、内环套的外壁两端均为锥形。在外环套左端的锥形与内环套左端的锥形之间设置左锥套5,在外环套右端的锥形与内环套右端的锥形之间设置右锥套5。左锥套3、右锥套5的锥度相同、方向相反。27个螺杆7穿过一个左锥套3上27个通孔6,并与右锥套上27个螺纹孔通过螺纹连接; 27个螺杆7均布在左锥套的周向上。当转动螺杆时,通过螺杆可以带动左锥套3、右锥套5沿着左锥套的轴向相对移动。内环套套装轴8上,外环套位于轮毂9的内孔内。

1.轮毂与轴的锁紧装置,其特征是:包括同轴的外环套、内环套,外环套、内环套均是周向不闭合的环套;外环套的内壁两端、内环套的外壁两端均为锥形,在外环套两端的锥形与内环套两端的锥形之间设置有两个相应的锥套,两个锥套锥度相同、方向相反;至少有一个螺杆穿过一个锥套,并与另一个锥套通过螺纹连接;当转动螺杆时,通过螺杆可以带动两个锥套沿着锥套的轴向相对移动;内环套套装轴上,外环套位于轮毂的内孔内。
