本发明的目的在于提供了新型负离子复合双功能纤维的制备及其使用方法,该新型负离子复合双功能纤维通过在后整理过程中,将纺织用负离子助剂、纺织用功能助剂与基础涤纶纤维复合在一起,形成具有负离子性和功能性的涤纶复合纤维,该方法工艺简单,便于流水线大规模操作,生产过程中工艺条件容易控制,生产成本低;本方法制备出来的功能纤维,可以经过多次水洗,还具有良好的复合功能性,值得推广使用。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:新型负离子复合双功能纤维的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)、通过振动设备将拆包后的涤纶纤维进行纤维蓬松处理,经过蓬松处理后的涤纶纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为4-6千克,将涤纶网袋放置到输送带上;
(2)、涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱一内,循环溶体箱一内溶液中纺织用负离子功能助剂与水的重量比为1-5:102,溶体箱一内溶液的温度为50-117摄氏度,涤纶纤维在溶体箱一内的浸泡时间为3-8分钟;
(3)、在溶体箱一内浸泡过的涤纶纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔1-2分钟,使得涤纶纤维与溶液的重量比为5:0.1-1;
(4)、将步骤3制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为80-122摄氏度,烘焙时间为100-142分钟;
(5)、烘焙后的涤纶纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子功能纤维。
(6)、将步骤(5)制备成的新型负离子功能纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为4-6千克,将涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱二内,循环溶体箱二内溶液中纺织用功能助剂与水的重量比为1-5:102,溶体箱二内溶液的温度为50-117摄氏度,新型负离子功能纤维在溶体箱二内的浸泡时间为3-8分钟;
(7)、在溶体箱二内浸泡过的新型负离子功能纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔1-2分钟,使得新型负离子功能纤维与溶液的重量比为5:0.1-1;
(8)、将步骤7制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为80-122摄氏度,烘焙时间为100-142分钟;
(9)、烘焙后的纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子复合双功能纤维。

(1)、通过振动设备将拆包后的涤纶纤维进行纤维蓬松处理,经过蓬松处理后的涤纶纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为6千克,将涤纶网袋放置到输送带上;
(2)、涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱一内,循环溶体箱一内溶液中纺织用负离子功能助剂与水的重量比为5:102,溶体箱一内溶液的温度为117摄氏度,涤纶纤维在溶体箱一内的浸泡时间为8分钟;
(3)、在溶体箱一内浸泡过的涤纶纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔2分钟,使得涤纶纤维与溶液的重量比为5:1;
(4)、将步骤3制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为122摄氏度,烘焙时间为142分钟;
(5)、烘焙后的涤纶纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子功能纤维。
(6)、将步骤(5)制备成的新型负离子功能纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为6千克,将涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱二内,循环溶体箱二内溶液中纺织用相变恒温功能助剂与水的重量比为5:102,溶体箱二内溶液的温度为117摄氏度,新型负离子功能纤维在溶体箱二内的浸泡时间为8分钟;
(7)、在溶体箱二内浸泡过的涤纶纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔2分钟,使得新型负离子功能纤维与溶液的重量比为5: 1;
(8)、将步骤7制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为122摄氏度,烘焙时间为117分钟;
(9)、烘焙后的纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子复合双功能纤维。
所述的新型负离子复合双功能纤维的使用方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、将权利要求1制备好的新型负离子复合双功能纤维与涤纶纤维、低熔涤纶纤维按照重量比1: 2: 0.5进行均匀混合松开梳理;
(2)、根据所需面料的克重进行依次纵横多次铺网,每层铺网的克重在15-40克;
(3)、接着在步骤(2)所铺成的多层网的上表面和下表面进行喷胶处理;
(4)、接着把上下表面喷胶后的多层网送入烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为194摄氏度,使得低熔涤纶纤维熔化,烘焙时间为60秒;
(5)、烘焙过后,卷起成卷,即制备成新型负离子复合双功能纤维絮片。
根据权利要求1所述的新型负离子复合双功能纤维的使用方法,其特征在于,使用新型负离子复合双功能纤维制备出的面料。
本发明的目的在于提供了新型负离子复合双功能纤维的制备及其使用方法,该新型负离子复合双功能纤维通过在后整理过程中,将纺织用负离子助剂、纺织用功能助剂与基础涤纶纤维复合在一起,形成具有负离子性和功能性的涤纶复合纤维,该方法工艺简单,便于流水线大规模操作,生产过程中工艺条件容易控制,生产成本低;本方法制备出来的功能纤维,可以经过多次水洗,还具有良好的复合功能性,值得推广使用。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (4)

1.新型负离子复合双功能纤维的制备方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、通过振动设备将拆包后的涤纶纤维进行纤维蓬松处理,经过蓬松处理后的涤纶纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为4-6千克,将涤纶网袋放置到输送带上;
(2)、涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱一内,循环溶体箱一内溶液中纺织用负离子功能助剂与水的重量比为1-5:102,溶体箱一内溶液的温度为50-117摄氏度,涤纶纤维在溶体箱一内的浸泡时间为3-8分钟;
(3)、在溶体箱一内浸泡过的涤纶纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔1-2分钟,使得涤纶纤维与溶液的重量比为5:0.1-1;
(4)、将步骤3制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为80-122摄氏度,烘焙时间为100-142分钟;
(5)、烘焙后的涤纶纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子功能纤维;
(6)、将步骤(5)制备成的新型负离子功能纤维放入到涤纶网袋中,每袋放入涤纶纤维的重量为4-6千克,将涤纶网袋通过输送带进入循环溶体箱二内,循环溶体箱二内溶液中纺织用功能助剂与水的重量比为1-5:102,溶体箱二内溶液的温度为50-117摄氏度,新型负离子功能纤维在溶体箱二内的浸泡时间为3-8分钟;
(7)、在溶体箱二内浸泡过的新型负离子功能纤维用气动压力杆反复碾压5次,每次碾压1分钟,压力杆的压力为5公斤,相邻的两次碾压之间间隔1-2分钟,使得新型负离子功能纤维与溶液的重量比为5:0.1-1;
(8)、将步骤7制备好的涤纶网袋放入到蒸汽烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为80-122摄氏度,烘焙时间为100-142分钟;
(9)、烘焙后的纤维进行打包封装,即制备成新型负离子复合双功能纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型负离子复合双功能纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中纺织用功能助剂为纺织用防螨功能助剂、纺织用抗菌功能助剂、纺织用远红外功能助剂、纺织用驱蚊功能助剂、纺织用除臭功能助剂、纺织用除甲醛抗菌除臭功能助剂、纺织用吸湿排汗功能助剂、纺织用凉感功能助剂、纺织用蓄热储温保暖功能助剂或纺织用相变恒温功能助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型负离子复合双功能纤维的使用方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、将权利要求1制备好的新型负离子复合双功能纤维与涤纶纤维、低熔涤纶纤维按照重量比1:1-2:0.1-0.5进行均匀混合松开梳理;
(2)、根据所需面料的克重进行依次纵横多次铺网,每层铺网的克重在15-40克;
(3)、接着在步骤(2)所铺成的多层网的上表面和下表面进行喷胶处理;
(4)、接着把上下表面喷胶后的多层网送入烘箱内进行烘焙,烘焙温度为180-194摄氏度,使得低熔涤纶纤维熔化,烘焙时间为50-60秒;
(5)、烘焙过后,卷起成卷,即制备成新型负离子复合双功能纤维絮片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型负离子复合双功能纤维的使用方法,其特征在于,使用新型负离子复合双功能纤维制备出的面料。
