Abstract

本发明提供一种PVC光膜,包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体,光膜本体具有正平面和背平面,正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有光栅压纹;光膜本体由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂60~90份、DOP或DOTP28~33份、稳定剂1.20~1.80份、大豆油0.01~0.03份、防寒剂0.02~0.05份、甲酯2.0~3.0份、改质剂0.01~0.03份、加工助剂0.01~0.03份、抗UV助剂0.02~0.05份、色料0.007~0.012份。本发明的PVC光膜为软膜,能卷起包装,便于运输;制作立体画时,本发明PVC光膜与立体图案之间不需要透明介质,相比于现有技术中光栅膜材制作立体画,减少了一道工序,进而降低了次品率;同时将图案直接喷绘在光膜本体的背平面即可完成立体画制作,极大简化了立体画的制作过程,且所制作的立体画的立体感强。

一种PVC光膜
技术领域
本发明涉及柱镜光栅成像技术领域,特别是涉及一种PVC光膜。
背景技术
随着柱镜光栅立体成像技术的日趋成熟,自由立体画以观看自由,图像逼真,立体感强等优势而逐渐被广泛用于广告宣传、产品包装、图书插页和艺术立体画等。
目前,自由立体图通常采用光栅板和光栅膜而制成,光栅板和光栅膜绝大部分基材采用PET板材或BOPP薄膜,并在PET板材或BOPP薄膜的正平面上借助光栅压纹辊筒压设有呈柱状或圆点状的光栅压纹。光栅板的特点是:1、厚度为2mm~8mm之间;2、立体感强:光栅成像的特点决定同样景深的立体画,板材光栅可产生更大的立体感,更加逼真,更加震撼;3、视距远:2至10m左右,解决了片材立体画只能拿在手中把玩的尴尬,板材光栅最大可做到幅宽1.2m,丰富了立体图案的应用,更有利用大幅面立体画,立体广告,个性立体的制作;4、光栅条纹数目小,极大有利于立体画的打印制作,满足了量少质高的个性化立体画制作,比如立体广告,大幅面立体画,立体照片等;5、 经久耐用:材料厚不易损坏,表面不弯曲,不变形,寿命长,容易打理清洁。其缺点是:不能量产,成本高,制作工艺影响成品率,不能折叠或卷起,运输受到尺寸的限制,运输很不方便,运费高。
光栅膜的特点:1、厚度为12~20um;2、透明度高、光亮度好、无毒无味、耐水、耐热、价格价廉、质地柔软。其缺点是:制作立体画时,由于立体光栅膜与立体图像中间要有透明介质,需要先将光栅膜和PET透明度非常高双面胶粘贴在透明介质上,然后再进行裱画,比柱镜立体光栅板和柱镜立体光栅片在制作立体画时多一道工序,影响了光栅弧度的聚焦的准确性,从而增加了次品率。
为此,基于现有光栅板、光栅膜制作立体画的缺点,亟需研究一种便于运输且制作立体画过程简单、立体感强的立体画制作材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC光膜,该PVC光膜能卷起包装、运输方便制作立体画过程简单且所制作的立体画的立体感强。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种PVC光膜采用的技术方案是:所述PVC光膜包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体,所述光膜本体具有正平面和用于反向喷涂图案的背平面,所述正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有光栅压纹;所述光膜本体由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂60~90份、DOP或DOTP28~33份、稳定剂1.20~1.80份、大豆油0.01~0.03份、防寒剂0.02~0.05份、甲酯2.0~3.0份、改质剂0.01~0.03份、加工助剂0.01~0.03份、抗UV助剂0.02~0.05份、色料0.007~0.012份。
所述光膜本体由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂75份、DOP或DOTP31.5份、稳定剂1.50份、大豆油0.02份、防寒剂0.04份、甲酯2.25份、改质剂0.02份、加工助剂0.02份、抗UV助剂0.04份、色料0.01份。
所述光栅压纹呈柱状或者圆点状。
本发明的有益效果:
1、制作立体画时,本发明的PVC光膜与立体图案之间不需要透明介质,相比于现有技术中光栅膜材制作立体画,减少了一道工序,进而降低了次品率。
2、制作立体画时,不需要裱画,直接在本发明PVC光膜的背后平面进行喷绘图案即可,简化了立体画的制作过程。
3、本发明的PVC光膜为软膜,相比于现有光删板材而言,能卷起包装,便于运输。
4、本发明的PVC光膜刚性强、抗拉伸性好且印刷着墨性能好,不容易掉油墨。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本发明一种PVC光膜,如图1所示,该PVC光膜用做制作立体画。所述PVC光膜包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体1,光膜本体1具有正平面和用于反向喷涂图案的背平面11,正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有柱状的光栅压纹2。
本实施例中的PVC光膜本体1由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂60、DOP或DOTP2份、稳定剂1.20份、大豆油0.01份、防寒剂0.02份、甲酯2.0份、改质剂0.01份、加工助剂0.01份、抗UV助剂0.02份、色料0.007份。
实施例2:
所所述PVC光膜包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体1,光膜本体1具有正平面和用于反向喷涂图案的背平面11,正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有柱状的光栅压纹2。
本实施例中的PVC光膜本体1由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂75份、DOP或DOTP31.5份、稳定剂1.50份、大豆油0.02份、防寒剂0.04份、甲酯2.25份、改质剂0.02份、加工助剂0.02份、抗UV助剂0.04份、色料0.01份。
实施例3:
所述PVC光膜包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体1,所述光膜本体1具有正平面和用于反向喷涂图案的背平面11,正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有柱状的光栅压纹2。
本实施例中的PVC光膜本体1由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂90份、DOP或DOTP33份、稳定剂1.80份、大豆油0.03份、防寒剂0.05份、甲酯3.0份、改质剂0.03份、加工助剂0.03份、抗UV助剂0.05份、色料0.012份。
在其他实施例中,所述PVC光膜本体的正平面上也可用过光栅压纹辊筒压设有圆点状的光栅压纹。
制作立体画时,直接在本发明PVC光膜本体的背平面进行喷绘图案即可,制作立体画的过程非常简单。另外本发明的PVC光膜为软膜,能卷起包装,方便运输。
本发明PVC光膜所制作的立体画,其色彩逼真、层次细腻,画中的每个元素如:动物、人物、花草等,都具有很强的立体感和纵深感,栩栩如生,似乎实际就在眼前,伸手可得,具有强烈的视觉冲击力。

1.一种PVC光膜,其特征在于:所述PVC光膜包括厚度为0.5~5mm的光膜本体,所述光膜本体具有正平面和用于反向喷涂图案的背平面,所述正平面上通过光栅压纹辊筒压设有光栅压纹;所述光膜本体由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂60~90份、DOP或DOTP28~33份、稳定剂1.20~1.80份、大豆油0.01~0.03份、防寒剂0.02~0.05份、甲酯2.0~3.0份、改质剂0.01~0.03份、加工助剂0.01~0.03份、抗UV助剂0.02~0.05份、色料0.007~0.012份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC光膜,其特征在于:所述光膜本体由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂75份、DOP或DOTP31.5份、稳定剂1.50份、大豆油0.02份、防寒剂0.04份、甲酯2.25份、改质剂0.02份、加工助剂0.02份、抗UV助剂0.04份、色料0.01份。
