Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic starting and stopping device of an automobile engine, which comprises a crankshaft, wherein the output end of the crankshaft is connected with a planet carrier in a planetary gear mechanism, and a sun gear of the planetary gear mechanism is connected with a permanent magnet rotor in a three-phase synchronous alternating current motor; the system also comprises an electronic control unit powered by a storage battery, wherein a first control end of the electronic control unit is in bidirectional communication connection with the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor, and a second control end of the electronic control unit is in bidirectional communication connection with other control units; the control output end of the electronic control unit is connected with the hydraulic control unit; the first control output end of the hydraulic control unit is connected with a hydraulic brake used for braking a gear ring in the planetary gear mechanism, and the second control output end of the hydraulic control unit is connected with a hydraulic clutch used for engaging and disengaging a sun gear and the gear ring in the planetary gear mechanism. The invention greatly reduces oil consumption and exhaust emission, improves the economy of the automobile and reduces emission pollution.

Fig. 1 shows an automatic start-stop device of an automobile engine, which comprises a crankshaft 1, wherein the output end of the crankshaft 1 is connected with a planet carrier 3 in a planetary gear mechanism, and a sun gear 6 of the planetary gear mechanism is connected with a permanent magnet rotor 8.1 in a three-phase synchronous alternating current motor 8; the system also comprises an electronic control unit powered by a storage battery, wherein a first control end of the electronic control unit is in bidirectional communication connection with the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor, and a second control end of the electronic control unit is in bidirectional communication connection with other control units; the control output end of the electronic control unit is connected with the hydraulic control unit; a first control output of the hydraulic control unit is connected to a hydraulic brake 2 for braking a ring gear 4 in the planetary gear set, and a second control output is connected to a hydraulic clutch 7 for engaging and disengaging a sun gear 6 and the ring gear 4 in the planetary gear set. The planetary gear mechanism is mainly composed of a planet carrier 3, a ring gear 4, a planetary gear 5 and a sun gear 6. The three-phase synchronous alternating current motor 8 mainly comprises a permanent magnet rotor 8.1 and a stator 8.2.
When the automobile normally runs, the electronic control unit controls the hydraulic control unit to enable the hydraulic clutch to be combined, the crankshaft drives the planetary gear mechanism to drive the permanent magnet rotor to rotate, the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor is in a working state of the generator, the storage battery is charged through rectification of the electronic control unit, and the hydraulic brake does not brake at the moment.
When the automobile runs in a red light or is plugged, when the air conditioner is not started, the electric quantity of the storage battery, the brake vacuum and the water temperature of the engine reach normal values, the driver steps on the brake pedal, the control system can automatically control the engine to be flamed out, and a nearby cylinder is just enabled to be in a proper working stroke at the flameout time point. When the engine needs to be restarted, as long as a driver releases a brake pedal, the electronic control unit controls the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor to work and controls the hydraulic control unit to brake the hydraulic brake, the hydraulic clutch is separated at the moment, the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor drives the engine to ignite a certain cylinder in a proper working stroke, the engine is ignited successfully, after the engine is started successfully, the three-phase synchronous alternating current motor is converted into a power generation working state, and the brake and the hydraulic clutch are released from combination by the hydraulic brake.
When at least one of the electric quantity of the air conditioner or the storage battery is started, the brake vacuum and the water temperature of the engine does not reach a normal value, the automatic starting and stopping device of the engine cannot automatically control the engine to start the engine to flameout.
