本发明公开了一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺,经过涤纶丝的准备、整经准备、丙纶丝的准备、无纺布的制备、经编复合工序、外观检验和包装入库工序,完成了经编复合土工布的生产;本发明的土工布通过采用特定的结构,实现了捆绑丝对纬纱的交叉捆绑,同时捆绑丝4通过采用环绕捆绑,进一步加强了对经纱的捆绑,并且通过对纬纱进行捆绑,实现了经纬纱的一同捆绑,相较于传统工艺的只对经纱进行交叉捆绑,有效的提高了对经纱和纬纱的固定,避免了在使用时纬纱的滑脱,大大提高了本发明土工布的使用强度。

一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺。
背景技术
公路建设初期需要进行路基的铺设,在铺设路基的使用由于怕路基下沉,需要使用到大量的土工布,将土工布在路基铺设的时候进行使用,能够让路基遇到降水的时候不会下陷很严重,保护了路基的安全,但是目前很多路基都是采用一层的结构,这样的结构会使得土工布的使用质量下降,一旦遇到强酸的路基,很快就会将土工布腐蚀处漏洞,出现漏洞的土工布在相应区域就会有路基下陷的风险,使得路基的抗震强度得不到保证,也会间接影响在路基上面所铺设的道路的使用寿命。
土工布,又称土工织物,它是由合成纤维通过针刺或编织而成的透水性土工合成材料。成品为布状,一般宽度为4-6米,长度为50-100米。土工布具有优秀的过滤、排水、隔离、加筋、防渗、防护作用,具有重量轻、抗拉强度高、渗透性好、耐高温、抗冷冻、耐老化、耐腐蚀。土工布分为有纺土工布和无纺土工布。
无纺土工布是由长丝或短纤维经过不同的设备和工艺铺排成网状,在经过针刺等工艺让不同的纤维相互交织在一起,相互缠结固着使织物规格化,让织物柔软、丰满、厚实、硬挺,以达到不同的厚度满足使用要求,无纺土工布具有很好的织物间隙,有很好的附着力,由于纤维柔软具有一定的抗撕裂能力,同时具有很好的变形适应能力,同时具有很好的平面排水能力,表面柔软多间隙有很好的摩擦系数,能够增加土粒等的附着能力,可以防止细小颗粒通过,阻止了颗粒物的流失同时排除了多余水分,表面松软有很好的保护能力。它们都能起到很好的过滤、隔离、加筋、防护等功效,是一种应用广泛的土工合成材料。
无纺土工布的优点是:1.渗透性好;2.保温性好;3.有弹性、可复原;4.没有布料的方向性;5.应用范围广,主要作用为工程的增强、隔离、反滤、排水、广泛用于水利、公路、铁路等领域,也可在防渗工程中使用土工布作为土工膜的保护层,使保护防渗层不受损坏;
无纺土工布的缺点是:1.与纺织布相比强度和耐久性较差;2.不能像其他布料一样清洗;3.纤维按一定方向排列、所以容易从直角方向裂开等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种织造工艺简单、强度高、不易脱纱、并且能够保证纱的直度的经编复合土工布的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺,其创新点在于:经过涤纶丝和高强耐老化丙纶丝的准备、整经准备、耐老化丙纶短纤的准备、无纺布的制备、经编复合工序、外观检验和包装入库工序,完成了经编复合土工布的生产;具体步骤如下:
(1)涤纶丝和高强耐老化丙纶丝的准备:选用222dtex的涤纶FDY、18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝和2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝,所述222dtex的涤纶FDY分别用作捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3,所述18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作经纱,所述2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作纬纱;
(2)整经准备:对捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3进行分段整经,所述捆绑丝4整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,所述整经张力为15-25cN,所述捆绑丝3整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,所述整经张力为15-25cN;
(3)耐老化丙纶短纤的准备:选取5D的丙纶短纤维备用;
(4)无纺布的制备:采用丙纶短纤维经过毡化制备得到规格为120g/m2的丙纶短纤无纺布;
(5)经编复合工序:所述经纱、纬纱、捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3经过经编织造得到经编织物层,所述经编织物层与无纺布层固定连接,复合得到经编复合土工布;
(6)外观检验:将复合得到的经编复合土工布进行外观的检验,检验无误后进入下一工序;
(7)包装入库:将检验合格的经编复合土工布进行包装入库,以待销售。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中的捆绑丝4的穿纱方式为1穿1空,所述捆绑丝b的穿纱方式为1穿1空,所述经纱的穿纱方式为1穿1空,所述捆绑丝4的密度为4.5根/英寸,所述捆绑丝3的密度为4.5根/英寸,所述经纱密度为4.5根/英寸。
进一步的,所述步骤(5)中的经编织物层由若干个正方形花型不断循环而成,所述正方形花型由经纱、纬纱、捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3经过特定的结构织造而成。
进一步的,所述经编织物层由特定结构经过不断循环而形成,所述特定结构为:采用6行为一个循环,经过特定的送经比来完成织物的织造,所述捆绑丝4的垫纱工艺为2-3、3-2、2-3、1-0、0-1、1-0作为一个循环结构;所述捆绑丝3的垫纱工艺为1-0、0-1、1-0、2-3、3-2、2-3作为一个循环结构;所述经纱的垫纱工艺为0-0、1-1作为一个循环结构。
进一步的,所述特定的送经比分别为:第一行纱线的送经比为14.3,第二行纱线的送经比为12.65,第三行纱线的送经比为12.65,第四行纱线的送经比为14.3,第五行纱线的送经比为12.65,第六行纱线的送经比为12.65。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明的土工布通过采用特定的结构,实现了捆绑丝b对纬纱的交叉捆绑,同时捆绑丝a通过采用环绕捆绑,进一步加强了对经纱的捆绑,并且通过对纬纱进行捆绑,实现了经纬纱的一同捆绑,相较于传统工艺的只对经纱进行交叉捆绑,有效的提高了对经纱和纬纱的固定,避免了在使用时纬纱的滑脱,大大提高了本发明土工布的使用强度。

具体实施方式

如图1-3所示,一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺,经过涤纶丝的准备、整经准备、丙纶丝的准备、无纺布的制备、经编复合工序、外观检验和包装入库工序,完成了经编复合土工布的生产;具体步骤如下:
(1)涤纶丝和高强耐老化丙纶丝的准备:选用222dtex的涤纶FDY、18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝和2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝,222dtex的涤纶FDY分别用作捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3,18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作经纱1,2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作纬纱2;
(2)整经准备:对捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3进行分段整经,捆绑丝4整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,整经张力为15-25cN,捆绑丝3整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,整经张力为15-25cN;
(3)耐老化丙纶短纤的准备:选取5D的丙纶短纤维备用;
(4)无纺布的制备:采用丙纶短纤维经过毡化制备得到规格为120g/m2的丙纶短纤无纺布;
(5)经编复合工序:经纱1、纬纱2、捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3经过经编织造得到经编织物层5,经编织物层5与无纺布层6固定连接,复合得到经编复合土工布;
(6)外观检验:将复合得到的经编复合土工布进行外观的检验,检验无误后进入下一工序;
(7)包装入库:将检验合格的经编复合土工布进行包装入库,以待销售。
步骤(5)中的捆绑丝4的穿纱方式为1穿1空,捆绑丝3的穿纱方式为1穿1空,经纱1的穿纱方式为1穿1空,捆绑丝4的密度为4.5根/英寸,捆绑丝3的密度为4.5根/英寸,经纱1密度为4.5根/英寸。
步骤(5)中的经编织物层5由若干个正方形花型不断循环而成,正方形花型由经纱1、纬纱2、捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3经过特定的结构织造而成。

特定的送经比分别为:第一行纱线的送经比为14.3,第二行纱线的送经比为12.65,第三行纱线的送经比为12.65,第四行纱线的送经比为14.3,第五行纱线的送经比为12.65,第六行纱线的送经比为12.65。
本发明的土工布通过采用特定的结构,实现了捆绑丝3对纬纱2的交叉捆绑,同时捆绑丝4通过采用环绕捆绑,进一步加强了对经纱1的捆绑,并且通过对纬纱2进行捆绑,实现了经纬纱的一同捆绑,相较于传统工艺的只对经纱1进行交叉捆绑,有效的提高了对经纱1和纬纱2的固定,避免了在使用时纬纱2的滑脱,大大提高了本发明土工布的使用强度。

1.一种经编复合土工布的生产工艺,其特征在于:经过高强耐老化丙纶丝的准备、涤纶丝整经准备、耐老化丙纶短纤的准备、无纺布的制备、经编复合工序、外观检验和包装入库工序,完成了经编复合土工布的生产;具体步骤如下:
高强耐老化丙纶丝的准备:选用222dtex的涤纶FDY、18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝和2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝,所述222dtex的涤纶FDY分别用作捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3,所述18000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作经纱,所述2000D的高强耐老化丙纶丝用作纬纱;
涤纶丝整经准备:对捆绑丝a和捆绑丝b进行分段整经,所述捆绑丝4整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,所述整经张力为15-25cN,所述捆绑丝3整经时,盘头数为7个,整经机的车速为300rpm,所述整经张力为15-25cN;
耐老化丙纶短纤的准备:选取5D的耐老化丙纶短纤维备用;
无纺布的制备:采用丙纶短纤维经过毡化制备得到规格为120g/m2的耐老化丙纶短纤无纺布;
经编复合工序:所述经纱、纬纱、捆绑丝4和捆绑丝3经过经编织造得到经编织物层,所述经编织物层与无纺布层固定连接,复合得到经编复合土工布;
外观检验:将复合得到的经编复合土工布进行外观的检验,检验无误后进入下一工序;
