技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料制品生产设备,具体是一种可调节的塑料制品余料切割台。
背景技术
吹塑技术一种发展迅速的塑料加工方法;热塑性树脂经挤出或注射成型得到的管状塑料型坯,趁热(或加热到软化状态),置于对开模中,闭模后立即在型坯内通入压缩空气,使塑料型坯吹胀而紧贴在模具内壁上,经冷却脱模,即得到各种中空制品;由于吹塑产品时,制得的产品会有飞边,首先要去飞边处理,然后要处理工艺瓶口,因此一般需要在吹塑机上安装去飞边装置,产品去边以后再手动修口,手动操作切刀效率低,且精度不高,无法满足部分产品要求,容易导致产品口部包装时产生漏液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调节的塑料制品余料切割台,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可调节的塑料制品余料切割台,包括底座、电动机、切割刀和切割室;所述底座设置有支架、滑道和废料槽;所述支架设置在四根,分别设置在底座四角;所述滑道设置在底座的右端;所述废料槽设置在滑道下方;所述电动机设置在底座左上方,设置有安装板和安装螺钉;所述安装板设置为两块,分别设置在电动机的前后两边;所述安装螺钉设置为四个;所述切割刀左端通过联轴器与电动机相连接,中间通过轴承固定在切割室内,右端为闪电型,刀面与水平方向呈二十度夹角;所述切割室设置在底座右端,并设置有螺杆孔、和挡板;所述螺杆孔设置在切割室左端;所述挡板设置在切割室内部,并设置有螺杆和螺帽;所述螺杆设置在挡板左端,穿过螺杆孔;所述螺帽设置在螺杆左端。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支架底部设置有防滑垫。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述滑道设置为漏斗形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防滑垫能够防止工作过程中切割台滑动,并且减小支架与地面撞击的噪音;所述滑道方便将切割下来的废料导向一处,方便处理或再次利用;所述倾斜的切割刀能在切割塑料瓶余料时循序渐进的切割,防止一次切割量过大损坏产品;所述切割室能防止切割的余料飞溅,同时防止工作人员被高速旋转的切割刀所伤;所述挡板能够左右移动,以限制塑料瓶的伸入长度,由于切割刀为斜面,这样便能控制塑料瓶的余料切割量,适用于不同的产品,通过旋转螺帽便能控制挡板的位置。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种可调节的塑料制品余料切割台,包括底座3、电动机6、切割刀13和切割室10;所述底座3设置有支架2、滑道16和废料槽17;所述支架2设置在四根,分别设置在底座3四角,支撑起底座3,保证工作时的稳定性,并设置有防滑垫1;所述防滑垫1设置在支架2底部,防止工作过程中切割台滑动,并且减小支架2与地面撞击的噪音;所述滑道16设置在底座3的右端,设置为漏斗形,方便将切割下来的废料导向一处方便收集;所述废料槽17设置在滑道16下方,将从滑道16导出的废料集中收集起来,方便处理或再次利用;所述电动机6设置在底座3左上方,设置有安装板4和安装螺钉5;所述安装板4设置为两块,分别设置在电动机6的前后两边,方便将电动机6安装在底座3上面;所述安装螺钉5设置为四个,能将电动机6稳定的安装在底座3上;所述切割刀13左端通过联轴器7与电动机6相连接,中间通过轴承14固定在切割室10内,右端为闪电型,刀面与水平方向呈二十度夹角,能在切割塑料瓶12余料时循序渐进的切割,防止一次切割量过大损坏产品;所述切割室10设置在底座3右端,能防止切割的余料飞溅,同时防止工作人员被高速旋转的切割刀13所伤,并设置有螺杆孔15、和挡板11;所述螺杆孔15设置在切割室10左端;所述挡板11设置在切割室10内部,能够左右移动,以限制塑料瓶12的伸入长度,由于切割刀13为斜面,这样便能控制塑料瓶12的余料切割量,适用于不同的产品,并设置有螺杆9和螺帽8;所述螺杆9设置在挡板11左端,穿过螺杆孔15;所述螺帽8设置在螺杆9左端,通过旋转螺帽8便能控制挡板11的位置。
