Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置,包括转轴、钻钉轴、加工刀片、汽油机,汽油机安装在汽油机基座上,汽油机基座通过汽油机支架固定在转轴支架上方,汽油机连接转轴,转轴下端穿过转轴支架,加工刀片安装在转轴的下端部,转轴支架下方依次设置第一圆形槽和第二圆形槽,第一圆形槽上安装上固定桩,第一圆形槽与第二圆形槽之间安装下固定桩,钻钉轴的顶端位于转轴支架的上方并安装有旋转开关,钻钉轴的下端穿过上固定桩、下固定桩并安装钻钉,汽油机的前后两端各安装一个手把。本发明可以在户外进行冰面加工,移动便捷并且安装简单;加工冰面质量较好,冰面的光滑度较好。

一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种加工装置,具体地说是冰面加工装置。
背景技术
目前,国内对冰研究越来越深入,在研究的过程中需要对大量的样本进行测试并获得其相关属性。在涉及户外冰面相关研究时,需要对户外的冰样进行观测并研究,在研究之前,需要对冰面进行加工处理。此时就需要一种冰面加工装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供将表层冰进行一定深度的处理,从而能够满足试验需求的一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置,其特征是:包括转轴、钻钉轴、加工刀片、汽油机,汽油机安装在汽油机基座上,汽油机基座通过汽油机支架固定在转轴支架上方,汽油机连接转轴,转轴下端穿过转轴支架,加工刀片安装在转轴的下端部,转轴支架下方依次设置第一圆形槽和第二圆形槽,第一圆形槽上安装上固定桩,第一圆形槽与第二圆形槽之间安装下固定桩,钻钉轴的顶端位于转轴支架的上方并安装有旋转开关,钻钉轴的下端穿过上固定桩、下固定桩并安装钻钉,汽油机的前后两端各安装一个手把。
本发明还可以包括:
1、所述的上固定桩和下固定桩包括两组,每组均配置一个钻钉轴,链各个钻钉轴分别位于汽油机的左右两端。
2、所述的转轴支架与上固定桩之间可实现相对移动,转轴支架下方的上固定桩上设置可以对转轴支架进行限位的支架固定器。
本发明的优势在于:本发明可以在户外进行冰面加工,移动便捷并且安装简单;加工冰面质量较好,冰面的光滑度较好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1,在图中圆形槽2通过固定桩4和固定桩5固定住,在固定桩4和固定桩5中内置可以伸缩移动的钻钉轴9和钻钉轴10,在钻钉轴9和钻钉轴10上方有旋转开关18和旋转开关19,下方有钻钉1与钻钉3。在固定桩4和固定桩5上方有可以上下移动的转轴支座8以及转轴支座8下面的支座固定器20,在转轴支座8中央内置转轴7并且四周安置有四根汽油机支架17,在汽油机支架上方安置汽油机基座11。
汽油机支座11上方是汽油机启动装置15、汽油箱16和汽油机14,汽油机14通过汽油机支座11中部的轴承连接转轴7。汽油机基座11两面设置有手把12和手把13。在转轴7底部安置有加工刀片6。
在加工冰面时,先扭动旋转开关19和旋转开关18将钻钉1和钻钉3插入加工冰面区域两侧,固定好装置。调整转轴支架8的位置让加工刀片6接触冰面,用支架固定器20将转轴支架8固定住,开启汽油机14,汽油机14带动转轴7旋转,双手压握手把12和手把13,使加工刀片6充分接触冰面。加工完成后,提离转轴支架8和钻钉轴9与钻钉轴10,移出装置,即可开始冰相关研究。
本发明是一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置,主要应用领域是冰面加工技术领域,包括可以带动转轴转动的汽油机14,转轴7,转轴支架8,固定桩5、4,钻钉1、3,钻钉轴9、10,手把12、13,支架固定器20,汽油箱16,汽油机启动装置15,汽油机基座11,圆形槽2,加工刀片6。本发明在冰面选好的位置将钻钉1、3插入冰面,旋转钻钉轴9、10,固定好装置。然后,用手压住手把12、13将加工刀片6插入冰面,调节好支架固定器20位置,将转轴支架8固定好。加工时,开启汽油机14,汽油机14带动转轴7加速旋转,对选好的冰面进行旋转加工,双手压住手把12、13,使冰面与加工刀片6完全接触。当加工完成后,将转轴支架8提离支架固定器20位置,旋转钻钉轴9、10,将钻钉1、3提离冰面后移出整个装置,即可开始冰相关研究。

1.一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置,其特征是:包括转轴、钻钉轴、加工刀片、汽油机,汽油机安装在汽油机基座上,汽油机基座通过汽油机支架固定在转轴支架上方,汽油机连接转轴,转轴下端穿过转轴支架,加工刀片安装在转轴的下端部,转轴支架下方依次设置第一圆形槽和第二圆形槽,第一圆形槽上安装上固定桩,第一圆形槽与第二圆形槽之间安装下固定桩,钻钉轴的顶端位于转轴支架的上方并安装有旋转开关,钻钉轴的下端穿过上固定桩、下固定桩并安装钻钉,汽油机的前后两端各安装一个手把。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于现场试验的冰面加工装置,其特征是:所述的上固定桩和下固定桩包括两组,每组均配置一个钻钉轴,链各个钻钉轴分别位于汽油机的左右两端。
